Medical experience was fine. Billing is not. I had allergy testing done there. They told me my insurance did not cover allergy testing but it was covered 100%. They did not refund my money. They kept it in case I owed them money. That was shady and I'm not sure it was 100% legal either. I had surgery July 19, 2018 and they still have not refunded me $155.00. They have been deducting from that balance for charges. I called for my refund today and was told I still have a charge pending. I explained that my insurance is paying 100%. She's going to check with the office manager to see if my refund can be mailed. I think my $350 should have been mailed and not held hostage at all.
