I am very pleased with my results after my appointment with both Dr Barbara and Dr Felix Bopp. This was not the first time that I had used Botox and fillers, but it is my first time with the Bopps and the first time that I was this excited and pleased with the outcome. Both doctors are exceptional. Not only was I pleased with the results of my procedures but the time that I spent with the doctors and their staff was very warm an welcoming. With the many struggles of this hormonal change that all women will face at some point, I truly admire the care and compassion that I received from my lab tech, Christine. I was referred to Bopp dermatology by a friend in 2010 for treatment of cystic acne after trying every product imaginable with no results. They recommended smooth beam laser treatment and since then I have not had any more major problems. It drastically reduced my facial scarring and prevented my cystic acne from the beginning! Dr B Bopp is the best in the city probably the country! . She sees things no one else can and she will immediately enhance your looks. She never will over do it. You will look yes younger but never over done , always natural. I have gotten filler from another doc when I can’t get in to see her , but never do I allow them to touch my chin or mouth area. I will wait as long as it takes. She is great at tweaking that one or more things that r bothering you. Although you r not quiete sure what’s wrong, she will notice it immediately and fix it perfectly. Very lil discomfort if at all. Again you will never look like you had “something done”. I came to Bopp on a friend's recommendation because I had broken capillaries/redness on my cheeks that was getting worse with age and I was so self conscious about it, I didn't leave the house without makeup. Dr. Barbara told me she thought I would really benefit from full face BBL so I bought 3 treatments and scheduled them 4 to 6 weeks apart. Ellen, my BBL tech is amazing! I saw such a dramatic change in my skin after 1 BBL treatment and one of the darker broken capillaries completely disappeared in about a week! After 3 treatments, my skin is smoother, the redness is gone, and I've been receiving compliments about how good my skin looks. I highly recommend BBL treatment at Bopp.

I came for mole removal and acne scar treatment and when I called for making an appointment, I clearly told to the secretory on the phone which services I want to come for. I came to your office and only It was a young lady who told is a dermatologist saw me. I asked for my mole removal and acne scar treatment and she told me I am not sure about them and you need to ask from Dr. Bopp who is plastic surgeon. I asked to speak with him and she said he is not available and you have to come another time. This is very inappropriate because I clearly explained to the secretory that for which services I want to come to the office and then she made an appointment for me. I paid your office visit and took a vacation time from my work but I did not receive the services which I wanted and even did not receive any proper answer for my mole removal and acne scar treatment. I only spoke to the lady who could not answer my questions professionally and with a lady who was a nurse. I wanted to speak with a relevant doctor and specialist. what is the point to pay money and took vacation time from work to speak with a nurse or irrelevant doctor. Also the staff were not friendly at all. I asked for laser hair removal prices and they told me we cannot say that the technician should say. Okay! please ask your technician to answer my question! you cannot say the price on the phone and also cannot provide the answer even when I am in your office!? The costumer service which I received yesterday was horrible. I am going to put my review in yelp and google websites. My husband is an internal medicine physician and I am completely familiar how the Doctor's office costumer service should be, but I really shocked yesterday when I saw your costumer service. I was a potential patient for your office which you could make money from that but you forfeited any potential relationship. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
