I had a very positive experience under the care of Dr. Salameh. I met with him several weeks prior to the surgery and he carefully explained the different procedures that I might need to have in order to repair my nose as a result of having the Mohs procedure for my basal cell carcinoma. He was very patient and answered all of my questions fully. He encouraged me to call if I had further questions after I left his office. After discovering the I had skin cancer on my face and would need Mohs surgery, I was referred to Dr. Salameh for reconstruction. The extent of the potential damage and permanent scarring was unknown, and I was terrified. Dr. Salameh and his team took special care to help me emotionally as well as physically throughout this process. My Mohs surgery was successful, and Dr. Salameh was able to close the wound with minimal scarring. I'm still healing, but the results are amazing! Most people don't even notice, and it's been less than a month since the surgery. Dr. Salameh has a special way of putting his patients at ease - he is kind, gentle and sensitive. He took time to help me understand my options and to answer my questions, but I also felt like he made a special effort to get to know me. He always made sure that I knew my concerns were important to him. Throughout this process he has been more like a friend than a physician, and I can't say enough about his team, who also took special care to ease my fears. I highly recommend him for any procedure, whether elective or medically necessary. He's a brilliant physician, but as important, he's a good person. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Dr Salameh in Bowling Green, Ky!! Not only was he extremely kind, he was very detailed and thorough when explaining the procedure I needed. He performed a breast reduction to relieve chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain. I was a G cup and now I am currently a D. After all the swelling goes down, I just be at a full C cup. My pain has subsided tremendously and almost immediately after surgery! I couldn't have asked for better results and I highly recommend him as a plastic surgeon, along with his staff who were helpful and considerate in every way! I added a few pictures, two from before the surgery. (one in regular clothes and one in a bathing suit) and then two from after, ( one in a swim suit and one in regular clothes). It was the best decision I have ever made for my self! Not only am I more confident with my body, I am able to do more physical activities so much easier!!!! Go see him and his staff if you are interested in any plastic surgery procedures!!!!

Dr. Salameh has been a significant part of my breast cancer journey. After my double mastectomy I thought I would be “disfigured” for life but Dr Salemaeh stepped in and on January 15, 2018 he inserted the breast enhancers to stretch the skin and 18 months later I received my implants. I’m me again. During the enhancer process I used TNS recovery process (which I highly recommend) it soften the skin to allow the skin to hurt less with each visit. I’m going to get a hydra facial on May 27th to celebrate ..... take it from this survivor, you don’t want anyone else on your team. He’s patient, he’s kind, he is a perfectionist and he explains everything very clearly and most importantly he cares. He will be your biggest cheerleader and fan. Dr Salemeh is exactly what Bowling Green needed.

Dr. Salameh is not just any doctor, he is a craftsman. A craftsman that has natural, superior knowledge of face and body structure. His gift and eye for excellence is God given, he was born with it and it cannot be learned from a book! He recently performed a brow lift as well as upper and lower blepharoplasty on me. I am 55 years old and gravity was taking over. I am two weeks out from my surgery today and Dr. Salameh's technique and knowledge has taken at least 15 if not 20 years off my upper face and I am thrilled! Also, I had very minimal pain after my procedures due to the pre care Dr. Salameh conducted. Your face is just that, your face. It's the first thing the world notices about you and it's nothing to be taken lightly when choosing the correct doctor to perform any procedure on it. I would highly recommend Dr. Salameh for any plastic surgery you may be in the need of or want. I had a large sebaceous cyst come up inside my skin on the left cheek of my face. I was very nervous and scared to have the cyst removed especially since it was my face but it absolutely needed to come out. Dr. Salameh and all of those in his office were super nice and really helped me to calm down and not worry on the day of my surgery. Dr. Salameh took GREAT care of me and made sure I was calm and comfortable. The procedure took a short amount of time and was not painful. I was extremely concerned about a scar because of the place being on my face but it has only been 1 week and the place on my face is healing up great!! You can hardly see where he had to cut my skin to take the cyst out. I am so pleased and happy with my results and that I had Dr. Salameh complete the procedure for me! He does an AMAZING job!!

My 20s were welcomed with the new adventure of cystic acne and the bumpiest skin texture (I call chicken skin) that no product/regimen, prescription or diet change could get on top of. I even changed the makeup I was using. After having one of my worst breakouts, I called Carli in the MedSpa after talking to Dr. Salameh’s office at The Med Center Women’s Conference desperate to get on top of it. I told her exactly what was going on and that I had sensitive skin, and she recommended the pumpkin enzyme facial and dermaplane procedure that was on special. The procedure was painless and relaxing, and I could honestly see a difference right then. The first couple of days after were a little rough as my skin adapted to what had just been done, but once it healed up from the extractions and my breakouts calmed down I felt like a brand new woman. I’m now about 2 1/2 weeks out from my facial and my skin is the smoothest it’s been in a very long time and I have had very minimal breakouts! Makeup goes on like a dream! I was so surprised at how much one good facial did for my skin. She also told me exactly what I needed to do to maintain it and answered any questions I had. Carli is fabulous and will make sure you get the correct procedure done for your needs!

If I could give more stars than 5, they would get 20. Dr. Salameh is a gift to the area. I went in for a consult and had my surgery a week later. I was so surprised at how quickly they were able to get me in and make my dreams come true. He is so sweet and professional. He complimented me on my body and said I looked great, even when I was miserable about it. I had 360 degree Lipo, a breast augmentation (310cc each) and a fat transfer to the breast. I am in AWE at my body. I am currently almost 3 weeks post op and I am seeing my body in a way I thought I could only dream about. I cannot say thank you enough to him or his staff for being so professional, sweet, and complimentaive. I would highly recommend him to any and every one!

ZERO PAIN (pain meds and a GREAT anesthetist, Erin). The experiences I've had with Dr Salameh and his staff, including Botox, fillers, skin care and surgery, are so wonderful, easy and fun! They all treat me like an old friend and Dr Bernard Salameh might be the coolest, sweetest and most talented surgeon on the planet lol! I'm not kidding. He can do anything, most things can be "fixed" without surgery, but if you need surgery he does it in his office in a big beautiful operating room with the sweetest staff I've ever met.
