Am 100% sure that choosing Doctor Samuels as my surgeon doctor is the best decision i’ve ever made to do changes in my body. Full recovery at 3 day of surgery, plus i have now the most beautiful and natural breast in the universe jajaja. Gentle, patient and caring, she is a perfectionist in her job. GOD BLESS YOUR HANDS DOCTOR, YOU ARE THE BEST. Also staff is very professional and polite.

The entire staff is highly competent, professional and just "good people" to work with. There are likely not many Google reviews here because people don't want to admit, "I've had a little work." Completely understandable. I went for Vasershape and lost over 2" around my waist in about four weeks. Which may not sound like a lot, but here's the key: It was 2" I was probably not going to lose any other way. I mean, I was already doing everything else right. Seriously: healthy diet, weight training, cardio, walking, restful sleep, stress control, hydrating, clean living. Everything. My doctor is bored. Nothing to fix. Yah. That's how I like it. Yet..... there on my sides..... despite all my best efforts..... Remained. These. Two. Little..... Blobs. Just.. Blobs. Sitting there. Refusing to go away. Rather frustrating. And a bit discouraging. Fed up, convinced I had done everything I could, I knew it was time to take action. Zap the blobs. So, was it worth it? In my opinion, absolutely. No, it's not a miracle. It only does so much. I think it's best used for a few targeted, stubborn areas. But, it's non-invasive, painless, and effective. If you are considering this type of treatment, here is my non-professional opinion: Don't do it to START your lifestyle changes, but as a Mid-to-Late course Reward/Motivator/Polishing Off. Do the up-front work first. That reveals the stubborn areas for targeted treatment. It also puts you on a path that is more sustainable over time. Then target those blobs with glee. You've earned it. Remember: Looks are the motivator. Health is the goal. Hope this helps!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Samuels. She came highly recommended to me by another friend who had used her for her augmentation. Right off the bat when searching for a surgeon, I knew I would be the most comfortable and understood using a female doctor. I needed a doctor who really understood the emotional impact, the depression I felt caused by my breast issues and negative body image. I also have serious back issues including steel rods in my spine. Ultimately, I had a reduction and lift done mainly to reduce pain, be more comfortable and wanted to stay all-natural. Looking younger and more attractive didn't hurt either! Dr.Samuels could not have been more amazing with her professionalism, personal manner - I could ask her anything and she always gave clear, honest answers that made perfect sense. She is a perfectionist and it shows in her work. I look darn amazing now, but still look like me, not Barbie which was exactly what I wanted. You will also see that she cares. She has two daughters and will treat you like her third. You will LOVE your body again after she works on you. I HIGHLY recommend her. Can't say enough good things. If you are only just considering having some work done, I encourage you to have a consultation with her and get your questions answered. Her wonderful, knowledgeable staff were so helpful all along the way as well. Dr. Samuels and her office has earned a patient for life with me.

I had plastic surgery done prior to seeing Dr. Samuels. I was totally unhappy with my results which led me to Dr. Samuels and I am glad I did. Not only did she do a revision that 3 other doctors refused to do but it was the best experience EVER!. This wonderful woman is a perfectionist. She is passionate about her work and it shows. She is the most personable, professional, caring, experienced, meticulous, & dedicated, etc. I could go on and on. I would suggest her 10x over any doctor in Louisville, KY. When I initially researched doctors I did not choose her because she was a little more costly but let me tell you, you get what you pay for. Remember that!!!

I would certainly have stayed away from this practice and excruciatingly painful procedure called “Profound” performed at this practice. I’m pressed to believe the level of pain I’ve experienced is expected during this procedure, unless procedure went awry. Dr. Samuels failed to set expectations, didn’t properly disclose any information about the procedure. She made poor judgment by discontinuing the procedure half way through to resume next day and didn’t bother showing up. Next day it was performed by a nurse. Dr. Samuels never provided a quote that would transparently detail procedure; there was an immense discrepancy between what was verbally agreed to and what was done, not a person I would trust.

Lexington/Louisville/Tri-County Area - Seek No Further! After 5 previous consultations, Dr. Samuels eliminated all other options off my list after my first visit with her. She not only took her time to talk thoroughly about my options, she never rushed me, and kept my interest in mind the entire time. She is realistic, genuine, professional and warm! Her staff is down to earth, never treated me like a number, and went the extra mile to look into cost savings and check in during recovery! If I could give them 25 stars I would! But if I can say anything, I’ll say that Dr. Samuels gave me my life back! I had struggled through my late teens, all of my 20s, and now early 30s with large breasts, back pain, depression and weight gain. My body wouldn’t budge no matter what I tried. Workouts only stressed out my body due to the large pendulum breasts I carried, and along with 4 bras to exercise in because I couldn't breathe. I went nowhere! I had my breast reduction surgery March 2018 (at that time I was a 36GG or H). Dr. Samuels was the only surgeon (vs. my other consultations) that said I would be her ONLY surgery for the day. She focused on me alone. My surgery was estimated to be 5 hours, but lasted longer due to her meticulous work, she paid extra attention to detail, and was careful to make sure everything was so-so. Not only did she come in early, she performed my 7.5 hour surgery, but also stayed with me until I woke from the anesthesia. She even made sure someone kept in touch with my husband and mom to give them peace of mind during the entire operation – total communication. My mom says she has “a mother’s heart” in all of it. She cares, oh my goodness she cares! I was afraid of doctors until I met Dr. Samuels. I don't have children, I've never even had a tooth pulled before this surgery. I felt zero pain the entire process (other than the nausea from the meds my first night), I had zero setbacks from recovery, zero side effects, and 100% satisfaction! I bounced back in 3 days! I followed every step she suggested, because she monitored every part of recovery for the best results!! My result??! My breasts are even, UP where they should stay (I love the option of going without a bra!) and I’m now a beautiful, PROUD 36D!!! I’ve lost 45 lbs since my surgery and I’m now wearing size small t-shirts and will be competing in a women’s physique competition in 3 weeks – IN A BIKINI - what?!!! Thank you Dr. Samuels and Staff – I’m back to my teenage self and LOVING my body. You are a goddess of art and have a talent blessed beyond belief. DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!
