I recently visited Jazzi for the first time for my first IPL photofacial, and I do recommend giving this place a try. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's too soon to know what the actual medical and aesthetic outcomes will be. However, I can say that the office lobby was bright, cheerful and pleasant....as were the employees. Everyone was very personable and helpful, but also efficient. Overall a very pleasant first time experience. Maybe after my second session I will have a chance to add that 5th star! :)

The VIP package is a fixed monthly fee that allows you to have customized sessions with your choice of different treatments! I would highly recommend it! I've been able to have laser hair removal and microneedling, at every session, at a fraction of the cost compared to others in Lex.

Dr. Mohammad has been assisting my surgeon in my treatment after a jaw replacement and sagittal split at the University of Kentucky in December. My recovery, though absolutely no ones fault, has been rather lengthy. The very first time I met Dr. M was about 10 days after my surgery. He couldn’t have been more willing to answer questions, listen to my concerns, set expectations and take all the time I wanted to make me comfortable. His attitude and willingness to always make himself available hasn’t changed over the course of the last 5.5 months. Anytime I have a question for him, he responds promptly and with clear instructions and explanations so I understand, with certainty, what is going on - no matter the time of day or evening. His time at UK is coming to an end (he’s been learning from my surgeon over the last year to increase his knowledge in the Oral/Maxillofacial area to better serve his future clients) and he’ll continue to work on growing his practice, expand his client base/relationships and provide excellent care to those he will treat. I will certainly miss interacting with him during my follow ups but I know he has an amazing opportunity and future ahead of him. I certainly realize how lucky I am to have received the care and build the relationships i have with Dr. M and the others he’s been treating me alongside. You will not regret giving Dr. M and his staff the opportunity to care for you! Can’t wait to see where you go in your future!

I have had three facial treatments and three laser hair removal treatments at Jazzi Cosmetic Surgery and every single time the staff has bent over backwards to make my visits great! They have accommodated requests when I have ask without complaint and with a smile. The office is nicely decorated and extremely clean (a must for me). I can tell you with the two previous facial treatments several years have been erased from my face (my last facial treatment was completed on 2/13/2019). I am a VIP member and LOVE that I can receive different types of treatments that I need and would not normally be able to afford. You won’t be disappointed if you come here.
