I had eyelid surgery a few months ago and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Dr.Cowen is great and his office staff are extremely professional, kind and friendly. The surgery center, doctors, nurses, etc where the best! I would recommend Dr. Cowen to anyone who had to have similar surgery....it can't get much better!
