Incredible staff..they were professional, courteous, polite, and willing to go above and beyond whatever I asked. I definitely felt valued. Doctor Mitzugishi is a true ARTIST! His work has increased my love for myself! He was calm and confident and I am so happy I chose him to do my surgery.

I just recently got a breast augmentation done with Dr. Mays and he did such a wonderful job! He and the nurses were so patient with helping me choose my size and took everything I said to them into consideration. I am almost two weeks post op and I already love them so much! The size is absolutely perfect and they did such a great job of explaining in detail everything I needed to do to take care of myself. Im beyond ecstatic with the outcome and im so happy with the way they look! I'm so glad I found the perfect surgeon and I would highly recommend him to everyone!!

Terrible experience. My face lift surgery was very poor--my neck looked worse than when I came in. I returned 2 times, and Dr. Calobrace would do nothing about it. Three months later, went to another surgeon, and he said surgery was done incorrectly. Still Dr. Calobrace would do nothing.

Today is the last time I am visiting this place. I booked an appointment for a small service for 3:15PM this afternoon. I checked in with reception early and waited.... 3:15 rolled around and no one came to get me, yet everyone else in the waiting room was gone. So I waited...3:25 rolled around and there was no sign of anyone. None of the employees came back to let me know they were running behind. So, instead of sitting and waiting indefinitely, I went back to the reception area to make sure they didn't skip over me or something. Now, I have to add that the tardiness from this spa has been consistent the last 5 times I have visited them. One appointment I waited almost an extra 20 minutes. I have let this go in the past because I understand that businesses often run behind,...but every single time?? I should also note, that each time they were late, they never acknowledged or apologized for it. So off I went to reception to check in again. They didn't like me doing this. So instead of apologizing, one of the staff told me "oh it's ok, it's ok" as if I was the one running late for the appointment. I then told her, I had a 3:15 appointment and the nurse I had an appointment is late. Her rude response was, "it's only been 9 minutes, do you want to be seen or not?" Then she went and got the nurse who was supposed to see me. Now the nurse comes out from the back and starts repeating what her co-worker said: "it's only been 9 minutes". Then when I go back with the her, she closes the door and condescendingly says, "I'm sorry you're having a bad day." I told her I wasn't having a bad day and that I was supposed to be seen at 3:15 and they have been late every time. She starts getting snotty with me and repeats to me over and over "do you want to be seen or not"? I explained that I know places run behind, but this isn't a doctor's or dentist's office, it's a spa. The employee gets angry and tells me that she has a doctorate and that she's Dr. so and so. I never said anything about her education level, that was irrelevant and what a weird, over-the-top response. At this point, she is really irritating me with her attitude acting like I'm the one with the problem. I really think she wanted to argue with me. I can only assume,they must have other customers complaining about tardiness. I kind of got that feeling the way both of the employees jumped to the defense so quickly and started parroting each other's words. I didn't want to make a scene or upset anyone, but it's clear now that they employees were stretched and they were taking it out of the customer (me). Let me ask you this: if I were consistently late (9 minutes or more) for my appointments, don't you think they would be annoyed with me? Maybe they would even cancel my appointment? It is not the client's fault that you are overbooked, understaffed, whatever, so you should not take your frustration out of them. I can't recommend this place because of the way I was treated today. Why would I??

I had sculptra done by Dr Mays, a new Dr at the office and I am currently devastated. The bruising and swelling is horrible. The shape of my face makes me look like a,freak. I had a good talk with him before about how i was overfilled and puffy following a previous global injection of 2 vials of scupltra. He proceeded to fill two relatively small areas with two vials and never consulted with me that he was going to do this. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror, knowing of course the true results do not come for weeks and more shocked when I went to check out and the price was double of what i expected.I honestly want to cry for what he did without even asking. Only to explain it is his protocol. Well I think that is totally ludicrous to say that is protocol. Treatment is based on the patients desires and budget. I am very unhappy with this expedience. I am very afraid of the results from this which cannot be undone. Additionally, the assistant left a large amount of dried blood under my chin and barely massaged my face. She was not going to offer to clean it until I had to ask.

The staff at CaloSpa have always welcomed me with a beautiful greeting and a smile. They care about you as a person not just as a customer. I have been with them since 2014 and I have always left very satisfied with their service plus looking more beautiful!!. Meredith and Kristy Sheehan have been amazing, providing me with all different treatments and recommendations. They are true professionals in their field. I will miss you all!!

I couldn’t be happier with my recent Cutera LaserGenesis treatment. Katy Jo is professional, kind, and very patient. She explained the process in full, made sure I was comfortable at all times, and even called to check on my a few days afterwards to see if I had any questions. There’s not a doubt in my mind Calospa is the region’s best medi spa and Katy Jo is the best aesthetician. Treat yourself, feel great about your skin, and pay a visit to Katy Jo! In today’s world, it’s so easy to focus on our careers, families, and personal goals. Pay attention to your skin and let Katy Jo work her magic. So I have been purchasing ZO Normacleanse for the past 7 years from out of town from these guys and I recently ordered my face wash from them to send to me all the way in Miami when the representative told me they changed the bottle and it will appear different looking. I specifically asked if the product is the same amount and the same ingredients which apparently has changed, which I was.told was the same. Not cool

I just went for my breast augmentation today and all I have to say is I was BEYOND satisfied with Dr. calobrace and his staff. I thought customer service was dead . . . it's not. It's alive an well at Calobrace & Mizuguchi Plastic Surgery Center. The service I received was not expensive or complicated. The customer care was as if I had spent a million dollars. Friendly and attentive staff. It was actually fun going there.
