This is the cliche doctor who can't run a business. Went for a consultation, waited literally 45+ minutes in the exam room before the doctor came in. He apologized when he came in, so I didn't say anything. I ended up agreeing to do the surgery and paid their 20% deposit. Waited several days for someone to call and schedule surgery. When a member his staff finally called to schedule my surgery, and go over some of the surgery-day details with me, two things became apparent. First issue - Dr. Eagan had not gone over a lot of the details about the surgery and the care I would need afterwards. Secondly, the person calling to schedule my surgery didn't actually know what surgery she was scheduling me for. To me, that level of disorganization in a surgeon's office is alarming, so I asked Dr. Eagan to call me, so that we could go over everything. Dr. Eagan called, but his ego was apparently bruised. He was very short in his answers, and was being somewhat arrogant/dismissive. When he mentioned that I would need someone with me for 24 hours due to anasthesia risks, I asked what risks those were, he said "just general risks that come with anasthesia" and wouldn't go any further than that. After all that, he couldn't be bothered to tell me what risks there were. My gut feeling just wouldn't let me move forward with this doctor without crossing all the t's and dotting all the i's. Eventually Dr. Eagan had one of his staff members tell me that he didn't feel I trusted him, and that it would be best if I went to another doctor. They then proceeded to explain that my deposit would be refunded, but it could take up to 8 weeks. Dr. Eagan needs to learn that trust is something earned, not given, when it comes to choosing a surgeon. He is not entitled to my trust because of the diploma hanging on his wall. When a doctor is that disorganized, why would anyone trust that he's going to do a good job when he operates on them? When you run your practice like that, you don't get to be offended when a patient needs to ask a few more questions.

I just had breast reduction September 12th 2017 dr.eagan and his staff are so wonderful and treated me very well......Dr.Eagan is one nice doctor he made sure he got Medicaid to cover my surgery very quick his work is great I'm healing very well and fast thanks again Dr.Eagan you changed my life with this wonderful surgery
