Monica the receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions along with the rest of the staff.. I had a knarly tooth that needed extracted and Dr. Tanner made the whole experience very comfortable and I could barely believe how quick they made the process. I highly recommend this place.. The pricing seemed fair as well!

Beware! Whoever is in charge of billing can't or won't do their job. Husband had to have teeth extracted because of throat cancer and instead of billing medical (as our medical pays for extractions due to head, neck and throat cancer) his dental was billed. When I tried to get them to bill the correct insurance whoever sits behind the wall at the front desk was very rude and refused to come out from behind her wall to speak with me directly. We are now out of pocket for this procedure because the "mystery" lady and the billing department (that you can't contact) refused to send our medical insurance company a note from the doctor stating that indeed the surgical extractions were needed before radiation could start. They have had almost 6 months to do something about this. The extractions went fine, but dealing with the office staff has been a nightmare. Just one more thing a cancer patient and his family shouldn't have to deal with. Wish I could give a zero star rating!!

Very caring and kind. Dr Tanner took care of my son along with my wisdom teeth. He is very kind and excellent! That is why I knew I wanted him to take care of my daughter when she had some stubborn baby teeth. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! I will always recommend Dr Tanner and his staff!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction, It was a broken tooth and as I already have anxiety with the dentist I was very nervous. Everyone was super caring and very friendly. The extraction itself was as easy as it could be. Dr. Tanner was really gentle and was able to complete the extraction with barely any pain. I was self pay and what was due was very reasonable. He even called me that night to check on me and let me know they were there if I had any questions. Thank You!

The doctor did a good job with the extraction, but the billing and customer service was bad. Make sure to review your billing and estimates. It took us 3 months to get things corrected, between them and insurance.

I can't say enough about the professional manner of Dr. Kasey Call and all of his staff. When I had a tooth extracted, they were very kind and caring. I was a little apprehensive, but Dr. Call immediately put me at ease, took his time with the procedure, and assured me that they would be there for me if I needed to call with questions afterward. Two days later I am healing nicely and would definitely go back to Dr. Call or Dr. Tanner for any future oral surgery needs.

I walked in yesterday at random and was seen today by the oral surgeon Dr. Call. I was in pain and could not chew, talk, or swallow without pain from a tori exposing bone and a sharpness rubbing my tongue. Dr. Call solved the problem by loosening the bone and pulling it out. I had instant relief from the pain I was in. I was so happy and so glad I walked in yesterday looking for help. I highly recommend this practice. They were thorough and I go back in 2 weeks to check for any infection since I have an auto-immune disease, MS. The doctor put me on antibiotics too. It was a very good experience and I could tell the doctor was really paying attention to what I had explained to him.

Absolute idiots working in this place. I’ve been trying to have my dry sockets fixed up for weeks now and it’s apparent they don’t know what they’re doing. They just found a thick, blood soaked, chunk of gauze hidden under the fresh gauze they had been bringing me in to replace. The new gauze wasn’t even put in all the way and it’s now falling out of the hole. There are never any parking spots because many of the employees love taking 2 parking spots. Absolute JOKE of an oral surgeon.

I had to have a molar extracted because I had broken it under the gum. The extraction itself was fine, but later I got a bill for a "Consultation" in addition to the "surgical extraction." The "consultation" is not covered by most dental insurance plans, but it's a way for the doctor's office to make more money. The consultation was $91 (and he came in, introduced himself and shook my hand). The extraction was $288. (Consultation is also not covered by medical insurance.) In the future when if we need something like this, we'll go somewhere else.

This is a top-notch office! Everyone is kind, courteous and professional. Everything about the procedure (My son had his wisdom teeth extracted) was fully explained and all questions were answered. He had no complications. I highly recommend this office.

This dentist visit was probably the worst experience that I have ever had from a provider. I don't even know where to begin... First, the office itself is dingy and poorly kept, it basically makes you feel like your there to get a second rate procedure in the back of some store front. Second, the receptionist staff there is god awful...I was made to feel like an idiot and a poor beggar...there was an issue concerning my care credit account that need to be addressed by talking to a "live person" from care credit, but the receptionist "refused" to call because she, in her words, was too busy to assist me....WOW!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She was also sick and looked like she shouldnt have come to work that day...Third, the dental assistant that was supposed to take my xrays had a broken arm or hand and couldnt do her job right, she kept asking me to help here do stuff.....makes you wonder how great the service is if this dentist cant even afford healthy ready to work employees....this brings me to my fourth point.....in the 2 hours that I was there, I never even saw or talked to the dentist!! Amazing....I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this terrible dentist for any reason.......DONT GO HERE EVER!!!!
