This Dr ugghhh. Not only did he mess up my both of my hands I was also sued by his office for way more than the balance owed. I called 6 months after having surgery on both hands to make an appointment to be seen because both of my hands and up the backs of both arms hurt constantly. Only to be told I had been sent to collections for money I didn't even know I owed and they would not see me. So called collections with the number his office provided to set up payment arrangements. Never could get an answer. Then got papers to go to court. Now garnishing my paycheck. This proclaimed Dr is trash!!! I didn't even want to rate 1 star but that's the only way you can write the review! No do not recommend him for anything. Be ware!!!!!!!

Dr Towle did a great job with my carpal tunnel release. His staff was awesome. Sad to hear that he is retiring.

Worst billing office ever! I am so unhappy wth our after service of this office. My husband had wrist surgery and all went fine and no problems. We made prompt payments and I paid in full up until surgery. We had multiple bills roll in from surgery so I was paying them off as money was available. We had a total bill of $843 owed to his office. I hadn’t made a payment until after the first of year when my new fsa money kicked in. I paid half the bill. The next month I get a collection letter for $1155. That’s $312 more than my actual bill. And not including the $421 payment I made - month earlier. I called the doctors office and left about 6 messages for the billing department never got a response. Finally after two weeks I get ahold of a linden. He told me he couldn’t speak at all with me bc my husband didn’t have me on the hippa form: I understood her just needed to pay the balance owed of $421. He said he couldn’t help me at all and I needed to take it up with collections. I called and spoke with collections and the lady at collections didn’t even have the info that I had made a payment 30 days prior. I told her the amount owed on the collection letter was more than the original bill. She said that is interesting and didn’t know why. I asked her if they charge anything to collect and she said no that it was interest from the bill. $311 in interest in a month that seems insane! Linden also won’t speak to me or my husband about anything with the account. So I called back to the office and said I would like to pay my bill. Sweet lady said sure! I asked her how much we owed and she said $421!!!!!!! I said so there is no interest, she said no ma’am! She said wait is this account the one linden talked with about , I said yes ma’am! She said I’m sorry I have to talk with linden before I take your payment! No one would take my payment!!! I called back to the collection agency and told them the lady said I’m sorry someone doesn’t know why there are talking about. I said ma’am I just wanna pay y bill of $421 she said I’m sorry linden told me I can’t accept anything less then the $734 on the account! What kinda collection agency don’t accept any type of payment??? For real! Call back to the doctors office and linden has made up some bogus excuse that it cost them $311 to send it to collections. Except the collections office didn’t know anything about the fee. Bc the lady had already told me that they collect a percentage off the amount owed!!! I’ve never been more mad then this! A compete crock of lies and scamming people out of money! Again I get it it went to collections so that’s on us! But charging bogus money for it to be there for one month in insanity and a scam!!!

If looking to have a pleasant experience with professional courtesy treatment with Dr Towle & his front office staff I wouldn't recommend this practice. His RN however is very nice & takes time explaining the process at a level those of us without medical degrees can understand. I had surgery by Dr Towle years ago with much success & a very pleasant experience which is why I went back when I once again started having problems with my hands, it appears the applauds throughout the years has gotten to their Eggo's how unfortunate.

I have had four surgeries with Dr. Towle over the last 20 years. Most of the time it was because I was being an idiot, playing to hard, or using a tool silly. I could go on and on about how amazing he is, but let me just say ... Thank you for the 100% use of my hands, despite the silly things I have done do damage them. Once healed from the surgery, I hope I never see you in your office again, but I truly appreciate all you have done for me.

DR. Towel went by what some one else said ,and dismissed me with out talking to me or checking me out for him self.Still having problems with my rist. ..

Dr Towle is the Best doctor for Carpal Tunnel Release surgery. The BEST! Mine was done in 2011. There are no scars. Not even a speck.
