If you call your doctor he will say he is in network. If you call Briarcliff Surgery Center or ask them in person...they will say they are in network. However, I got a $700 bill from the anesthesiologist saying he was not in network. I guess you need a clipboard so that every single person who touches you can sign off that they are in network. The receptionist who said that everything was in network the day of my procedure conveniently does not work there anymore. I had a witness. I also wrote across my paperwork at admission that everything must be in network. That page has conveniently disappeared. They will send you a survey before you get the bill saying you owe out of network costs. Beware...

My son just had surgery at Briarcliff Surgery Center & I can't say enough nice things about the staff! The front office ladies were nice, knowledgeable & efficient. The nursing staff was outstanding!! They made sure to answer all of our questions and had amazing bedside manner. Of course, the cost of surgery, anesthesia, etc was not cheap, but that definitely depends upon your insurance. Be sure to ask how much every aspect of the procedure & care is going to cost and what will be covered. For example, the anesthesiologist bills separately from the surgeon and from the surgical center. Would definitely use this facility again, if needed.
