Best experience ever! Dr. Breit is so amazing, kind, knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to and makes you feel like number one. He took his time to answer all my questions and explained everything to me. His staff is also amazing. The moment I walked into the clinic I felt comfortable and at ease. This place is the place to go! I will be recommending Plastic Surgery Associates to everyone I know!

We have used the medical grade skin care products over the last few years for our son's acne condition. When he pays attention and uses the products like he suppose to do, we find they work very good. Not sure they have something for getting a teenager to do the proper thing... that's a whole other issue, lol

A true Horror Story. First off, I want to stress that I really like Dr Breit and I would like to see him again. Unfortunately, the horrendous experience I had in the waiting room will prevent me from ever returning to Plastic Surgery Associates. My father had skin cancer surgery at a dermatology clinic in Sioux Falls. His open wounds ended up being too large for them to close properly so they made an appointment for us to go directory to Plastic Surgery Associates. After checking in and sitting down, my father began to bleed profusely from the large open wounds on his face. I responded by repeatedly gathering napkins from the nearby coffee station to stop his bleeding. The receptionist gave us a dirty look...never once asking if there was something she could do to perhaps help us. In fact, after waiting for OVER AN HOUR and becoming increasingly frightened about my father's bleeding, I went to the front desk to ask when we would be seen. The receptionist replied in a cold one that they weren't sure that my father's insurance was acceptable but they were still checking. The other patients in the waiting room were staring at us in horror as I attempted to keep the blood that was pouring from his face from messing up the cloth furniture in the waiting room. Finally after an hour and 1/2, I was in tears and called my father's dermatologist to tell him what was happening - how long we had been waiting, how rude the receptionist was, how they still didn't know if they could accept his insurance AND how my father had lost so much blood at this point that he was feeling faint. His dermatologist told us to leave Plastic Surgery Associates IMMEDIATELY and come back to their dermatology clinic which we did. There they bandaged him up and sent us instead to Sanford Plastic Surgery where Dr. Karu fixed him up with more speed and compassion than I ever knew existed in the plastic surgery profession. Plastic Surgery Associates lost my business and the business of my family and friends - all due to a horrible waiting room experience!

I have always been happy with the results. They dealt directly with my insurance and all has gone well .I have not heard from them or Insurance with issues.

This place will bring stress to your life, will take your money and won't help you with your problem, and will ignore you if you tell them you are unsatisfied with their service just like they did to my sister. My sister has a 3rd degree burn mark on her leg, which she wanted to get rid off, she went and saw Dr. Anthony Brent, he scheduled a treatment for her and said by summer time of 2013 she should be able to wear shorts and skirt without noticing where the burn mark was, she paid them right away $3000 a $1000 for a single treatment, she was able to go to 2 treatments which didn't do anything, burn mark still looked the same and their machine broke, they couldn't fix it and had to order a new one from Israel, which took like 3 months when the summer was over already, so they took her money, didn't fix the mark on her leg, and when i was trying to call them to somehow get the money back and resolve the issue, they send me to their manager Marv, Marv was very rude when i called him and hung up on me couple times, after couple conversations with him he started ignoring my calls, left him many massages and secretary kept telling that he was at the meeting all the time or at lunch. Don't waste your time and money, go to PROFESSIONALS cause this place is just a rip off.
