After missing an appointment without notice (I wasnt reminded of appointment that was made months in advance) and having to reschedule an appointment as I live 1.5 hours away and single mother of four children I came to the rescheduled appointment where I was informed by an unfriendly staff member that I could not use their gift of a procedure. No one notifyed me over the phone. Said staff member has been rude to me at all 7 visits at the office. After spending $7,200+ with this company, I would have expected much better service. Only positive response is Dr. Turkle is good at surgical procedures. She should let that staff member go or put her in a position with little to no client contact.

I just want to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Turkle and her team at Turkle and Associates. I am 55 years old, very fit and a very healthy eater. I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction on Dec 15, 2016 and want to say how very pleased I am with the results! Dr. Turkle is an amazing surgeon and a kind and compassionate person. I had a minor complication and had to have a drain placed just 8 days into my recovery and she did that on Christmas eve!!!! She is a true artist and could truly envision the results I wanted. My abdominal area is down overall 10 plus inches! In my whole life I have never had the body confidence I have now. I am at my goal weight and am exercising full strength again. I feel amazing at 55 years old! I love being a testimony for all of the staff and Dr. Turkle and I am so very glad that I chose them for this procedure!

Met with Dr. Strasbourg to see if Picco would work for my particular type of hyperpigmentation in my face. He did an initial test spot (for which he did not charge me.) On follow up I didn’t see any difference, and he did another test spot with higher settings, again, didn’t charge me. I’m still waiting to see if it works (keep your fingers crossed for me.) But I’m impressed that he cared and was ethical enough make sure this treatment was effective before charging me for it. I’ve been to other dermatologists who don’t have this kind of integrity and had no qualms taking my money knowing that their treatment which was painful and expensive was doing absolutely nothing for me. This guy is honest, I would recommend.

Friendly and caring staff, super helpful, beautiful office!! Doctor hrisomalso (spelling) was my daughters doctor! My daughter is 3 and doctor hrisomalso saw stitched up her face one evening due to a fall one evening. We have had two follow up visits with her and each time she has been so kind. Her bedside manner is great too! She was very gentle with my daughter and went out of her way to provide us with great care. Would recommend this facility and doctor Hrisomalso to anyone!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Turkle’s for nearly 10 years, and I have always experienced her as a fantastic doctor, but over the past year, the care she has provided to me… beyond outstanding and compassionate. My typical visit… Dr. Turkle’s office is posh, yet comfortable. You will be greeted with a friendly face and made to feel comfortable. My typical visits to Dr. Turkle are for Botox and filler. I always love the end-result, and I completely trust her to administer just what I need for a natural look. Dr. Turkle always offers the latest services and she administers injections with a gentle and artistic hand. I recently had my first lip injection. I had never previously had them injected because I had heard it was very painful. Dr. Turkle is highly-skilled… I felt zero pain and left with only one wish- that I had done this much sooner! Patient education… Dr. Turkle also does an excellent job of educating her patients. She does this in a variety of ways. She always takes the time to answer questions during your visit. Even though she is very busy, I have never felt rushed. She also sends out routine newsletters with information about new products and services, she frequently offers seminars on new/popular services, and then there is the annual Girls Night Out. Girls Night Out is an excellent, annual event she hosts that is not to be missed- great information and deals on products and services. Dr. Turkle’s staff… Dr. Turkle’s staff is awesome… nurses, coordinators, receptionists, aestheticians… the best. They deliver excellent service, are informed, friendly, and highly professional. This past year… To call Dr. Turkle an outstanding doctor is an understatement. Almost one year ago, I was riding my bicycle as part of a cycling event, and was struck by a pick-up truck. I was very fortunate. The aftermath from the accident was scarring and an extremely large hematoma on my right glute. Over the course of my treatment, Dr. Turkle treated me with a compassion I have never witnessed, nor ever heard of, from a doctor. She saw me after hours. She was sensitive to the costs I was incurring from the accident. She was very transparent on treatment outcomes. She gave me excellent treatment. She was highly compassionate, and she made what was a tough time in my life much easier. Please realize that what I am writing is a gross-understatement; Dr. Turkle went well above-and-beyond. She is not only a wonderful doctor, but a wonderful human being. I cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for a fantastic doctor for your aesthetics needs and interests, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Turkle.

Turkle & Associates is an extremely professional medical practice in Carmel, IN. I'm writing specifically about Dr. Matt Strausburg, who is the board certified dermatologist at this practice. Dr. Strausburg is extremely intelligent with a history of fantastic educational experience, specifically that he did both medical school and residency at Indiana University. More importantly, however, is his bedside manor. My dermatological concerns were not only thoroughly addressed, but Dr. Strausburg takes an extra step to deliver consistent, compassionate, personalized care to all of his patients. So, I currently go to Dr. Zukowski in Wilmette, IL - three hours away - because Turkle lost me as a patient. Her work really is a case of "you get what you pay for" because she never once discussed where incisions were going to be made, how to address a virus I caught during the procedure - and never told me that I'd develop a giant BREAST GAP one year post-breast augmentation. What scares me is that she does more than simple run-of-the-mill breast augmentation procedures, and people in Indiana are convinced that she's qualified to do this, simply because she advertises that she is. I strongly recommend going over to Chicago and finding a real cosmetic surgeon there, such as the one I mentioned earlier in the review. I have spent $30,000 to have him effectively reconstruct my face, and you can't tell whatsoever. He does things that Turkle would never think of, like following up via phone call every 1 - 2 weeks, discussing where incisions will be made, prescribing massages, and even doing the surgeries in his own private clinic - something that Turkle can't offer whatsoever, which will lead to nosocomial infections. I've attached a picture of my reconstructed face, which Dr. Zukowski (NOT Turkle) is responsible for. I've had jaw reduction, chin contouring, brow lift, face lift, neck lift, and fat grafting to cheeks/laugh lines/temples/underneath my eyes. This is work that Turkle could never dream of doing because she apparently even messes up something as simple as a silicone breast augmentation. Avoid her at all costs.

Great experience with Dr Hirsomalos! My 15 year old son had a pretty nasty injury to his lip and chin area. Dr Hirsomalos was on call and we met her at Peyton Manning children’s hospital. We later met her in her office to get stitches removed and she was equally as kind and helpful. I was very nervous about having Rhinoplasty. My nose was crooked from a previous injury. I had a very hard time breathing as I had a deviated septum as well. I did a lot of research and after my consult with Dr. Hrisomalos I was immediately put at ease with her sincerity, kindness and confidence. Handled our "little" patient with care! GREAT choice of a doctor! Our little one, Indy, had to have a surgery on his lip at just 14 months old. Talk about the fear involved in that initial news! Dr Turkle and her nurse were very kind and patient at the consultation as Indy wasn't really too happy about having his mouth examined. She never seemed frustrated at all. She was so good about putting us at ease and made sure that we knew she was calling in the best pediatric anesthesiologist for that day to make sure he was the one for our sons case. THAT was a HUGE relief and a major sign that she cared about our confidence in the team that she would be working with on his surgery day. Dr Turkle also recommended that we bring him in for the first case of the day so it would be easier for all of us on withholding food and drink since he couldn't have anything after bedtime due to the general anesthesia. (I never would have thought of that!) Her surgery scheduler was really nice and funny and she was able to get the surgery scheduled the following week for us which was great! On the day of surgery we checked in and didn't have long of a wait before going back to the pre-op area where we met with the nurse assisting with his surgery, the anesthesiologist (Brendan Frank) and then again with Dr Turkle. Each one of them were kind, informative and I didn't feel rushed to just get him back there on the table but more as if this was "when we were ready" kind of thing. Dr Frank put scented gel in Indy's little mask so he would like the smell of it and right away he was playing with it and putting it on his own face! He was just fine going in with the nurse when it was surgery time, too. She carried him back instead of wheeling the bed b/c he preferred her to pick him up... and she did it! I thought that was nice! She put his preference above protocol and I really felt better about that! As soon as surgery was done, Dr Turkle came to visit with my husband and I and said how good Indy was back in the operating room and that everyone thought he was such a cool kid. He didn't fuss or cause any commotion (which tells me they made him really comfortable too!) and that the surgery went well from start to finish. Then she walked us to the post-op area to see him and to sit with him until he woke up from the anesthesia. He was alert within about 15 minutes and we were released. Indy was swollen and a bit pitiful for about 4 days but then was back to his normal silly self quickly... and he looks perfect! You can't see any scarring or even tell that he has had surgery! He was happy to go in for the post op visits too at Dr Turkles office! She is always so welcoming and seems happy to see her little patient! I will recommend her to anyone and will be having surgery with her myself later this year!

As a mid 50's male, I was a little intimidated when I first walked into Dr. Turkle's office having never been to a plastic surgeons office before. The staff could have not been more welcoming putting my fears at ease. My wife talked me into getting Botox injections, Dr. Turkle has a very calming presence, the injections were a piece of cake. While talking to Dr. Turkle I inquired about a "mini face lift", after she assessed my skin and suggested a non-invasive treatment at their medical spa(Phases) that uses ultra sonic technology to tighten the face and neck. The treatment is called Ulthera, the aesthetician who did the treatment was amazing and the results were even better. Six months later I looked 10years younger(my friends knew something was different but couldn't figure it out!). I will now be on a regular schedule getting Botox injections and non-invasions treatments at Phases. Thanks you so much to Dr. Turkle and your entire staff!

Just making the appointment felt intense.I had considered the procedure for a long time, but with so many surgeons out there, made it a little overwhelming. She was not only knowledgeable, but also personable and truly cared for me as a patient and person. Very highly recommended! I'm a 35-year old male and have had stubborn flank (love handle) fat for years despite avid exercise. I finally sought quotes and consultations from five local plastic surgeons. While Sando/Aker and Chernoff were close seconds (I would highly discourage anyone from seeing Zollman or Fata), Dr. Turkle provided the most thorough and professional consultation. From start to finish, the treatment was immaculate. I met with Dr. Turkle and the anesthesiologist prior to surgery and was even called by Dr. Turkle later that same night to check in on healing. Pain was very, very minimal throughout the process and (at most) a 2/10, though this was only one targeted area, so please note that the greater the volume and coverage the greater likelihood of pain. I'm extremely happy with the results and am so thankful to Dr. Turkle and her amazing staff for their stellar care!

This is where you go if you can't afford a Chicago surgeon, or even San Francisco or LA. I model in the adult industry, and I constantly get rude remarks about my breast implants, which have a huge refund gap between them. Turkle is responsible, and she feels no remorse about it, or the rude service I received while under her supervision (e.g., allowing me to contract a virus in the OR and ignoring me whenever I speak up about it). Go to Dr. Zukowski in Wilmette, IL if you want quality results for any number of surgeries. He specializes in feminizing TS women, like myself, so working on a genetic female is a cake walk to him. I have undergone a variety of surgeries with him, and he's far more competent than Turkle. Anyone who actually likes her work is probably a mouth-breathing Carmelite who actually thinks that Carmel represents luxury. It doesn't! Go to a legitimate surgeon, maybe somewhere in the world where people earning a measly $45k in a cubicle aren't looking down on people earning $30k in a factory!

I recently had a permanent eyeliner procedure with Bessie Polley. I was wanting a cat eye and also was curious about eye brows. Bessie was extremely professional and kind throughout the entire appointment. I had several questions, and she took her time to answer them and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We did a follow up eyeliner appointment and a micro- blading the next appointment. She was just as kind and professional the second time around. I am over the moon with my results and recommend this procedure with Bessie to anyone. I not only saves me time, but I always feel polished and done!
