I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Frank for my breast implant revision surgery in July. After several consultations with other doctors in Chicago and Northwest Indiana, I knew immediately after our consult that he would be my plastic surgeon. I came to him with concerns from my initial breast augmentation: I had 500cc saline implants that had displaced and bottomed out over 11 years time. During my initial consultation, I was able to address my areas of concern and explain my goals for the look I wanted to achieve. Dr. Frank was so personable, attentive and gave me great options to correct my breasts. Together, we decided on 800cc Ultra High Profile Silicone implants with a bilateral pocket repair using Allograph. The day of surgery, Dr. Frank was enthusiastic and confident as he made his markings and final measurements. He addressed my last concerns and I knew I was in great hands with Dr. Frank performing my corrective surgery. Once home, he called me in the evening to check in and see how I was feeling. I thought that was an extremely thoughtful and caring gesture. Post surgery, I followed up with Dr. Frank in his Munster office for several visits per protocol. My breast revision surgery has completely blown me away. Dr. Frank did such an outstanding job creating the exact vision I had during my initial consultation. I have transformed from a self-conscious mom into a confident woman. I am so happy that I went forward with my corrective surgery and hiring Dr. Frank for the job was the best decision I have ever made. He truly is an artist of his craft, and you will be in the best hands possible working with Dr. Frank. I cannot thank him enough for his incredible work!!!

Dr. Frank has a wonderful bedside manor. Lisa is very nice and reassuring. I had Liposuction and a tummy tuck done in 12/2019. I did not get the look that I wanted to achieve. I'm very disappointed. I have a kangaroo pouch on the lower part of my abdomen and the upper portion of my abdomen protrudes out. He basically told me to do sit ups and for $6000 dollars more he can fix it to give me the look I want. After paying $7000 dollars you would think you would have gotten the results you wanted. I went to consult with 3 other surgeons and basically they all told me I had a botched job and now I have to pay for another surgeon to fix what he messed up. Very disappointed.

In non-medical terms, Dr. Frank performed a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast lift in one procedure. As I am still bruised pretty bad, I have to say that he did a phenomenal job. I really look fabulous. I feel so much better about my appearance. My only complaint was that it was an extremely painful procedure.The breast lift was not painful at all. I believe most of the pain came from the combo of lipo and the tuck. I could have used some morphine for sure. I never had morphine before, but I believe this would have been a time where I definitely could have used it. On the positive side again, I am recovering quickly and have absolutely no regrets on making this decision. Thank you, Dr. Frank.

After months of researching my procedure and different plastic surgeons. I found Dr. Frank and his staff were exactly what I was looking for, professional, years of experience, and many honest reviews. Dr. Frank is exceptionally great and made me feel amazing. Before my procedure I was self-conscious and felt like I was limited to what I could wear or do. I am more self-confident now in how I look and feel. The day of procedure came and Dr. Frank's bedside manners were great and helped me feel a little less nervous. Post surgery went well and am healing nicely. After four post-op appointments(all which were over a 2 month period), I was released and no longer needed to come back for visit's. All around it was truly a great experience and I would recommend my family and friends to him. Dr. Frank has such a great personality and will listen to your needs and wants.

I knew the first time i met with Dr. Frank and his assistant Lisa that he was the one i would want to handle my surgery (tummy tuck). Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation to the day of surgery to the follow up phone call that evening to make sure how i was doing to the follow up appointments. I could not have asked for a better and more informative doctor and Lisa his assistant helped me every step of the way and responded to my emails with questions. My only regret is i did not have the surgery years ago. For the first time in decades i can wear clothes without feeling self conscious and now i can wear bikini's confidently again. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Frank and Lisa and his entire office. I mean what doctor calls you personally to see how you are doing ?? I have to say the surgery center that he uses for his surgeries is awesome too. No long waits .... i was in early and into surgery and out of surgery before i knew it ..... Thank you Dr. Frank, Lisa and your entire office staff!

He and his staff has wonderful bed side manners and great personalities. Dr. Frank called me the evening of my surgery which made me feel good to see how I was feeling and I can always call him if I have any concerns. There’s so many bad characters out here so it’s nice when you meet people that is personable and kind. Would recommend him to anyone. He is also board certified which gives you more confidence that he knows what he’s doing. Great guy!

After my original review of this place the nurse from the office called my wife and asked her to ask me to change my review. It was kind of like a bribe. Dr. Frank’s office was supposed to check with our insurance company (which they never did) to see if a procedure was covered (which it was). Three months had passed before I posted my first review and it was only after that review they decided to finally call. The nurse said their office was waiting to hear back from my wife’s eye doctor, and after hearing that I was convinced that they didn’t even try. I admit, I wanted them to help my wife and that why I changed my original review, but since it’s been 6 more months since I’ve heard from them and we found an amazing doctor that cares about my wife, I will say that these clowns are so unprofessional! It was unprofessional for his nurse to take pictures of my wife topless with her beat up cell phone, instead of a camera like her current doctor was, and acted clueless about how to save the pictures. No bedside manner (towards us at least). Please don’t call my wife nor I to ask us to change our review. No manipulation or bribery here! I will tell Healthgrades, BCBS, and everyone who listens how terrible and unprofessional this office is! Shame on you!

Dr. Frank is am amazing doctor. The results of my Botox compared to several other doctors was far superior. Way more natural and lasted a lot longer than other offices. I finally found "my doctor" thank you to him and his wonderful staff!

Dr. Frank did my procedure on 2/19/19. Dr. Frank and his staff were wonderful. Dr. Frank took plenty of time at my consultation to answer any questions I had. He is very knowledgable and personable. I felt thoroughly prepared and informed for the procedure. If I had any questions, it was easy to email his practice coordinator, Lisa, and get a quick response. I am very happy with my results. I feel like the result is very natural. I would recommend Dr. Frank to anyone.
