I really love this place! I had my first breast augmentation in 2014 with Dr. Craig and he did a great job but having it be my first procedure, I was afraid to go “too big”. No one knew I had implants because it looked so natural. Now, 4 years later, I’m finally ready to go bigger and I couldn’t be happier with the results and of course, went with dr. Craig again. He did an amazing job and i catch myself constantly looking at the great results. Now, I got the surgery on a Thursday and was able to return to work the following Monday (but I know everyone recovers differently). Dr. Craig is experienced and straight forward. He is not afraid to tell you what won’t fit your body or what’s too big/small. The staff is also amazing, right from calling in to make a consultation to the nurse practitioners (who I called A LOT) tjay helped with all the questions that I had prior and after to surgery. I’ve never had a bad experience here and would go here again if I decide on another procedure.

She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions before I made my first appointment. During my initial consultation, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Craig. He and his team of nurses walked me through the entire process and made sure that I was informed before making a decision. I felt 100% prepared for what was going to happen the day of the surgery. It went exactly as expected and I experience very limited discomfort. I was back at work within 4 days and back in the gym within 3 weeks. Tacky office staff. While in waiting room, heard receptionist relay a patient's question to another person behind her in the office. Neither wanted to call the man back to say they did not have a larger size device and the receptionist told the other lady "you call him back, don't worry I told him you were with a patient". Well, she was not with a patient. They were both just sitting there chatting. After I completed all the paperwork they mailed to my house (no keeping things secret!), and waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time, I get called back to talk with an assistant. They don't even do the procedure I made the appointment for! The response was "Did you tell them what you want? Who did you talk to?" Felt like I was talking to someone at the IRS. The office staff should stop yacking and take care of customers and potential customers better. Needless to say, I can not rate the Dr or any procedure, as I did not meet even meet him.

I’ve tried contacting them 3 times over several weeks to schedule a consult with Dr Paul Mills and can’t get a call back to save my life. I’ll take it as a sign from above, it just isn’t meant to be for me and Renaissance. In the same amount of time, I’ve contacted and already had a consultation with another doctor. Not a good way of doing business in my humble opinion.

My eye doctor recommended I see a plastic surgeon in Ohio because I was interested in an eyebrow lift. Many years ago I was hit with Bell's Palsy and it caused my eyebrow to droop. The Ohio surgeon recommended a procedure that would involve making incisions in my scalp, etc. I wasn't comfortable with his recommendation. I found Dr. Fata on the internet and placed a call to Renaissance. I spoke to Danette on the phone and she strongly cautioned not to have that procedure done. It was an old procedure that doctors hadn't performed in years. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Fata. Dr. Fata also explained that he would never recommend doing what the Ohio doctor had recommended. Ultimately, Dr. Fata's recommendation was an eyelid procedure that I am very happy with. I've had other procedures with Dr. Fata since. He is the only doctor that I'll ever go to. Dr. Fata is meticulously careful and caring. I took a friend with me one day who was looking at having something done and Dr. Fata did not recommend she have that procedure because she would not have been happy with the results. If you want an honest opinion from a doctor who cares about results, see Dr. Fata. Danette and the office girls are so very nice. Every time my husband has been with my he comments how much he likes the girls there. I hope Dr. Fata never retires.

His office staff are great too! Donette remembered things about my personal life (a family trip to Disney) and asked about it at my post-op appointment. Renaissance Plastic Surgery is one of the best businesses I have had the pleasure of dealing with on a continual basis. Dr. Boschert, in my opinion, is the best when it comes to plastic surgeons. When I first decided to have surgery, I consulted with a few other doctors in the St. Louis area. Dr. Boschert and the whole Renaissance crew just blew me away. He was incredibly informative and has the best bedside manner. The drawbacks as well as the advantages were discussed right away and there was absolutely no pressure. Both surgeries went off with no problems, drawbacks, etc. Now several years later I still use their medical spa as well as receive invites to special events. I recommended Dr. Boschert to several friends, and their experiences were also top notch. Everyone at this place has a positive and warming attitude and works with you to ensure you have the most pleasurable experiences. If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars I would. Because of Dr. Boschert and his expertise in this field, I have never looked or felt better about myself.

Dr. Fata and his staff were so kind and comforting throughout the entire process. The staff monitor the appointments ahead of time so they can greet you by name when you walk in the door--even on the first visit. ("Hi! Are you Elizabeth?") Donnette and the other women in the office always greeted me with a smile and were very kind. The consultation and pre-op were very thorough, and the facility is very elegant and well kept. Dr. Fata answered all my questions patiently and did not make the appointment feel rushed. I did not feel pressured to get the procedure (breast augmentation) during my consultation, and I was not pressured to go smaller or bigger than I wanted. They let me try on implants under a bra ahead of time to I could have an accurate idea of the size I was choosing. This was very helpful when making such a big decision. They also offered me some soda/water because my consult/pre--op were combined, and I was there a couple hours. The Caramel Surgery Center they use is an excellent facility with caring nurses/staff and skilled doctors. (Dr. Fata did the surgery, but I also met with the anesthesiologist before surgery.) Lastly and most importantly, my results are amazing. I went from a AA to a C, and it was a bit of a struggle to fit/adjust the implants into my small frame, but he executed the surgery perfectly. I am so, so happy that I got the procedure done, and I am even happier I chose Dr. Fata and his staff. It has been 4 months since the procedure, and I am 100% happy with the process and the results.

I wanted to have a lot of work done as far as injections. I am 63 years old. Most of my life, I was fortunate to look 10 years younger at any given time without cosmetic treatments. But no longer! Also, my budget did not allow me to pull out (4) $1,000 dollar bills and say to Tonya (the ever problem solving injection nurse) "Hit me with 6 injections today." And, I was not going to finance at 28% any carry over balances. Using my cookie jar funds, I came in twice a month to get the work done. Everyone was gracious to me and all showed the same high degree of professionalism that Dr. Klein advertises for his practice. Tonya explained all options available and there are many along with her best advice on how to proceed. Tish, who handles the front desk, was always making certain I was getting my discounts off any subsequent injection visits after the first. Everything was complete in 6 weeks. "Smooth sailing", as they say and I look fantastic. I colored my hair auburn, purchased new make-up and clothes to compliment so my new look was of a fashionable, attractive woman 47 years old "again". Sometimes, everything goes just right!

I went in today for a consultation with Dr. Boshert and his nurse. This greet and meet of this doctor and his staff was beyond my expectations of information and bedside manner. Because of the way the consult went I am choosing to get a fractional laser treatment from this spa. After worshiping the sun all my life not realizing the damage it was doing to my skin. I would look in the mirror, and shutter at the person looking back at me. I felt like I looked 80, when in fact I was only in my early 50's. I spoke with Dr. Craig several times regarding an Erbium Laser to my face. Finally at the last Annual Appreciation party he ask me what I was waiting for? That if there was a perfect candidate for this procedure...it would have my picture next to it. Dr. Craig explained the procedure to me in depth, and reassured me I would get the results I was looking for. I had the procedure done in December of 2014 with Dr. Craig, and Anne Strate and it was the BEST decision I have ever made. The down-time I experienced was minimal, but the result were maximum. At my last check up with Anne, I asked to see my before and after photos. I cried when I witness my beginning photos, I did not even recognize that person. It was exactly what I was wanting, not a different looking face. Just my face but without all the sun damage, and wrinkles. I went in for a breast augmentation consultation appointment. The staff wasn't very friendly, I'm not sure how these other reviews keep commenting on how you're "part of the family". The office itself is very outdated. During my consultation process I felt as though I was being rushed out of there. Dr Fata himself is a bit arrogant. I was trying sizers on at the end of my consultation and I was literally being rushed by the assistant. I literally got to stuff the sizers in the bra and I was about to take a picture when the assistant barged in and said "ok we need to get you out of here because they need the room". They don't give you any informational paperwork or anything at all. Just a very low quality experience when compared to other breast augmentation consultations I've been to. Honestly I felt as though I was just wanted for my money and I got the vibe that this is the kind of office that does not want anything to do with you after they take your money. I highly recommend first timers to seek other opinions before settling with this provider.

After being shunned by five other surgeons saying that they were not even going to touch me or my problem that I was having with a former breast augmentation I reluctantly walked into Renaissance. It was my last stop before giving up hope and living in a deformed way for the rest of my life. after reviewing my situation and discovering how complicated it was going to be, Dr Fata said that he would do it! I Believe I began to cry because here I now was sitting in front of the man that God was going to use to change my life. A few months later we had surgery. The surgery center that I was scheduled that and that he goes through is beyond anything you could ever ask for as far as genuine kindness and compassion. After surgery the doctor and his staff were with me every step of the way through the healing process and the pain process until I was better. I've been seeing Dr. Mills for over a year for breast reconstruction after having a double mastectomy. I visited Dr. Boschert after losing quite a bit of weight. We spoke together about a tummy tuck & a breast lift with augmentation. Dr. Fata gave a detailed and professional evaluation, however, after meeting with several other plastic surgeons in the area, I opted to go elsewhere.
