They happily pocketed my money then waived "informed consent" in my face when I expressed that the VERBALLY PROMISED results were not achieved. Presumably an ethical practice would look a mother in the eye and tell her that the procedure she's seeking for her child should be delayed until the end of puberty. At the time they even actively persuaded me to purchase additional treatments they knew wouldn't work in the form of a "package!" Instead, their condescending office staff now act as if it's unheard of that someone would be displeased to spend so much money for temporary results. Don't trust their aestheticians or office personnel to fully inform you of anything.

I have been struggling with acne and pigment problems for a while now and Dawn has helped me get back to a point where I feel confident again. 2 weeks ago, I had CoolSculpting done on 2 areas of my abdominals. When the applicator was initially applied, the pain was VERY intense (I didn't think I could complete the proceedure!) but subsided after about 12-15 minutes when the area went numb for the rest of the hour. After removal of the applicator, there was additional pain when the area was rubbed out. The rest of the day my abs were sore, but I was able to resume normal activity. A few days later, I started getting severe pains in these areas, and could not sleep at night, so pain meds were prescribed which helped me to sleep. I'm at the 2 week mark and am still experiencing some numbness and soreness in these areas. I haven't seen any results yet, but was told that results won't be evident until about a month out. If results aren't drastic, I honestly don't know if I would go through this again.....If results are drastic, you know what we go through for beauty! (smile) However, I have had several other proceedures done with Dr. Sando and his staff, and would not hesitate to highly recommend them! They are very professional and concerned for their patients!

Although the staff was very friendly, i went in for Kybella injections and was told I needed a chin implant. The RN who helped me said I had several options of what she could do for me, yet when I asked her what my options were she addressed different issues with my face, like how one side of my face was weak and that I need botox and filller in certain areas. I wound up leaving feeling self conscious about things I never would have noticed and although I asked for information regarding the chin implant no one at the office currently could give me any information regarding price or what the procedure would entail. I got an email today about it, and called to ask about price and was told it would be a few thousand. I was prepared to spend $1200 and left needing a few thousand dollars in work. The initial small issue of my double chin I went in for resulted in me feeling like there is something very wrong with my face... The staff was polite and friendly and the set up was clean, so I am giving 3 stars.

When I had first heard of eyebrow microblading, I immediately googled where I could have it done. I left a message on My Plastic Surgery Group website requesting more info and not only received a super quick response but I was also able to book an appointment. Dawn is truly the master of her craft!!! She genuinely cares about giving you the look you want and knows what compliments your face the best. I was initially intimidated by my new brows because I literally started with close to NOTHING, after a few days of getting used to them, I fell in love with them! I have received a ton of compliments and many have requested info on who and where to go! The cost is totally worth it, it includes the consultation, initial procedure and touch up. It's definitely a two part process and the aftercare is extremely important so the pigment will take to your skin. The touch up is to fix any areas that didn't take well and to adjust color, starting conservative is best if you're brows are very light and thin, it's quite an adjustment! Dawn will answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. She's the best! I urge you to go to her for microblading, cheaper places aren't always the best places and this is a package cost not just the cost of the initial procedure! I now have natural looking brows that I no longer have to draw on. I absolutely love them! All the ladies I have met or talked to are incredibly sweet and helpful. I can't wait to schedule consultations on a couple other procedures. This is now the only place I will ever go!

They had already messed up my girlfriends surgery. Finally gets us in to see what can be done to fix it days after it should have already been addressed. Makes us wait for almost 2 hours past the agreed upon appointment. She wants me there so we both know what’s going on and then I’m not even allowed to go back and consult with them. They said no family allowed and I have to sit in the waiting room. What an absolute joke and so disrespectful. How are you gonna deny the right of anyone who wants to know what’s going on with a loved one when they want you there. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Let’s not forget how great Dr. Sando was, too, as he stepped in to see me when Dr. Aker was on a short vacation. Everyone at their office is very kind and helpful, getting back to you immediately when you leave a message or send an email. This was a procedure I had wanted for a very long time, and everything went off without a hitch. My recovery went well, the end product is better than I could have expected. I have infant twin babies that I was able to lift after five days post-op, just as Dr. Aker promised. I was back at work within a week of my surgery! I went in for a consultation about fillers and the aesthnetician insisted that I do “just a little” Botox around my lips before I left their office. I trusted that she was trying to help me and 2 days later I now have this huge looking frown with skin hanging down on both sides of my mouth. I’ll definitely have to have filler now, but I’ll never step foot in that place again and neither should anyone else! It must all be a game to get you to a place where you have to keep coming back for services. She also insisted the only way they could really help me was by having one of their most expensive services. I’m furious at the way I look now as I passed a mirror in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Stay away from there! They truly aren’t there to help you. They are going to do things which will cause you to need more and more. I guess maybe I was just ignorant about what they really are. Don’t trust them! I now look like a very sad clown. I’m sick from this experience.

My experience with My Plastic Surgery Group has been no less than remarkable. It's difficult to imagine a more impressive practice than this group of individuals. (front office, marketing, patient coord, check out/scheduler, and nursing staff) I had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation approx. ten months ago. I could go on and on about Dr. Jones and his ability/talent, not to mention his incredible bedside manner; however, I'll simply say, "He does Hippocrates proud." :-) He is the perfect physician in my eyes and has left me feeling better about myself than I could've dreamed. I wish I was able to upload pics to include in my review because my results are dramatic. I have the "tummy of my dreams!" My scars are barely visible to the naked eye ergo my results surpassed all expectations. I am a bit of a perfectionist and was incredibly apprehensive to undergo plastic surgery.
