From the moment I met the Dr and team I was comfortable. My appointments were in both locations based on my schedule - Dr. Lied and everyone was wonderful, kind and easy to work with. My results were really very good and they helped make a tragedy a positive experience. Highly recommend them.

My wife is actually the one writing this she is just using my name for her discretion. I had a consultation scheduled here and I got the time and location mixed up. I accidentally went to the Kenwood location when my appointment was at the Edgewood location. And I also got my appointment time mixed up. The Kenwood location is in a very upscale office building that even has security. I felt uncomfortable just from that upon arrival. It was not a very warm and inviting environment. It was like I was at Trump Tower or something. And I had to check in with a security guard at a desk just to tell them I was there. Then I got up to the second floor where the actual office is. And I was told that I was at the wrong location and I had the wrong appointment time. When I asked the receptionist lady if they could maybe move my time around she was quite nasty with me. She was not friendly or personal at all. In fact firstly it takes weeks just to get scheduled with this place. No matter which location you go to. I was very tired because I did not sleep much the night before and I was kind of in a daze and I was staring off into space. And the receptionist lady thought I was looking at her computer screen and very rudely said to me "this is all private back here!" And I was like "what?" And then I explained to her that I wasn't even paying any attention to that I was just kind of in a daze. She treated me like I was some kind of a common criminal and I did not feel like I fit in at all. I felt like I was in snobs snootville with the Kardashians or something. It was not a very welcoming experience. And I hadn't even met the doctor yet and I already had a disgusting taste in my mouth. So I called the Edgewood location where my appointment was actually supposed to be and explain what had happened. They weren't much friendlier and made me reschedule and could not get in for another month. And to be honest with you I don't think I'm going to show up for that appointment or use this practice.
