Awesome! Very personal. Dr. Loftus spent 40 minutes with me at the consultation. She gathered all personal info, took pictures, and measured. NOT like other drs who have their nurse or staff do it. Felt very informed before, during and after the surgery! Written info was exceptional. When scheduling the surgery she went beyond and really worked to fit my schedule needs. I thank them for that! Has great bedside manner and a sense of humor. I followed the written instructions and there weren't any issues: no nausea, great healing! Office staff are just as great; answered calls and questions. Help throughout the process. I would ONLY do any plastic surgery with her!

I had a breast reduction 10 years ago and was the best decision of my life. Dr. Loftus was an amazing doctor. She was right with me the whole time.After the surgery I had a panic attack thinking something was wrong. She met me at the hospital in the middle of the night to calm me down and make sure everything was ok. She was totally understanding and not put out at all. Wonderful doctor and person.

I first saw Dr. Loftus on Oprah many years ago discussing her book “Smart woman’s guide to plastic surgery “ for which i ordered and read in its entirety. I had thought about a breast reduction for years, after waiting several years to have it done, i search for her and found her office in a state near mine and the rest is history. I have had several procedures performed by her and find her to be and excellent surgeon who is a perfectionist which shows in her work. The whole experience was awesome, staff is great, all are super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Loftus for any cosmetic procedures.

I went to see Dr. LOFTUS for a consultation for a breast augmentation. I currently have implants but wanted to go a little bigger. The staff was friendly over the phone. After I arrived for my consultation I was taken back to a room to wait for Dr. Loftus. When she arrived she introduced herself. Almost immediately after that she gave me this concerned (or disgusted) look and asked me very sternly if I was wearing perfume. I stated that I couldn't remember putting it on that morning but that i quite possibly could be wearing some. Dr. Loftus became very agitated and stated multiple times that her staff should have told me NOT to wear perfume to the consultation. She then proceeded to tell me that we may have to cancel the appt or that if it bothered her that bad she would have to open the door!! This was within 5 mins of meeting her and I was completely shocked that she would speak to me this way considering I was there for an elective surgery. I felt immediately uncomfortable!!! I wanted to leave right then but figured I would give her the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my consultation. During the consultation I felt dr. Loftus was very short with me and seemed almost agitated at times that I couldn't make up my mind about size ( I mean it's a big decision!). She then left me in the room with her receptionist (who was very nice but is a receptionist!!) To try on different sizers. I just want to note that throughout the whole consultation I was left alone on several different occasions for LONG periods of time before I would see anyone again. What I'm MOST upset about is the amount of time I was at the consultation for 3 HOURS!!!!!!!!! Which is totally unacceptable considering the typical length of a consultation is 1 hour! No one apologized to me about the amount of time I was waiting except on one occasion after about 45 mins of sitting by myself in a room waiting for dr. Loftus to come back that she returned and said sorry she had other patients call in that weren't scheduled that day and she had been dealing with them. But that was it!!! Shouldnt I have been a priority since I had an appointment ?? Another thing that bothered me... I have a funny last name (my husbands) and dr. Loftus at one point asked me how to pronounce it and told me I should've kept my maiden name. It offended me. Overall after leaving a 3 hour consultation (of which i probably only saw dr. Loftus for 45 mins!!) I was livid! I did not feel special at all, I did not feel like she understood what I was trying to achieve. She just kept pushing for the most biggest implant even though I was worried about looking "fake". I was totally surprised at my experience based on all the positive reviews! I dont know if she was just having a bad day but I will be seeking out another surgeon for my procedure .
