As a former medical professional and a patient of dozens of specialized physicians, I can honestly say that I have never encountered a medical practice that is so focused on patient satisfaction. From the moment you call on the phone, you feel welcomed, cherished, like family even. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make all of your interactions with them, whether on the phone, via email, or in person, exceptionally pleasant and informational. And Dr. Loftus goes out of her way to answer all of your questions, perhaps ones you haven't even thought of. All of the educational materials are incredibly detailed and helpful, literally the best pre- and post-surgical instructions I've ever seen. Additionally, all of the costs are clearly explained. No hidden surprises! I found Dr. Loftus when I was researching the procedure I was considering. To say her website is helpful is an understatement. Some of the reasons I chose to see her (after a humiliating consultation with another surgeon) were that posted on her website are videos of her conducting a pre-surgical consultation and of her doing the surgery, and that the costs for the procedure were listed clearly. Knowing what to expect in terms of physician engagement and cost were deciding factors, as were the other positive reviews I read about how conscientious and skilled Dr. Loftus is. I was definitely not disappointed. My surgical recovery was better than any other surgery I've had, thanks to Dr. Loftus's attentiveness and skill. And my results are better than I could have dreamed! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Loftus and all of her staff, especially Marcy, who goes out of her way to make everything go off without a hitch, smiling all the while. --A very happy patient :)
