I had a breast reduction. I called the office on 4 to 5 occasions to tell them there was something wrong with my chest. It smelled like dead flesh. It was black and nasty. Even before that visit. They seen my nipple was some what blue. There is a medication you can give for that it's called nitrous something. Also leaches can be used. Everytime I called the nurse would talk to me. Not one time did she put me 9b hold to talk to dr. Or have me on the phone talking to the dr. She just would say it was normal. By the time I got in to see him. My nipple was dead. And I had to go in for emergency surgery on that next monday. To have nipple removed. So I lost it. They are not good at listening. The nurse seems to think she makes all the calls. And the dr. Thinks that if he tattoos one on ot makes it all better. Well it doesnt. I'm now embarrassed of my chest. And he seems to think it's ok. If they would of listened to me things could have been different. Dont go to him.

Dr. Baldwin and his staff are amazing. I had a very pleasant experience and overall wonderful results from a cosmetic procedure. They are kind and caring. Dr. Baldwin is very skilled and takes great care of his patients.

My husband was a surveyor for over 40 years. Due to years of sun exposure he has to have skin lesions removed on an annual basis. My husband's previous surgeon retired suddenly so IU gave us three names. I recognized Dr Baldwin's name because my brother had a mole on his temple removed by Dr Baldwin several years ago. My brother really like him. So we made an appointment. He surgically removed a lesion at the base of my husband's neck. No follow-up appointment was needed because the stitches were disolveable. You can hardly tell where the incision is. I wished we'd met Dr Baldwin sooner. Its hard to find a good 'likeable' surgeon now days. I know we'll be back to see him.
