I had a breast augmentation with 365 CC Round Silicone Implants about 1 month ago and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Iteld set more realistic expectations than some other doctors I saw for consultations, and gave guidance that I needed to make a decision on how I wanted the end result to look. It isn't an exact science, there is artistry involved and that is where I think he shined. I originally went to Dr. Iteld because of his use of Exparel during surgery. This resulted in virtually no pain for me personally after surgery. It felt like I did about 40,000 push ups the day before, discomfort yes, but I would not call it pain. I had never been under anesthesia (I have not even had my wisdom teeth out) and I had never taken any narcotics, so when I found out that Dr. Iteld doesn't give narcotics because his patients don't need them it was music to my ears. I had surgery at 7:30 on a Thursday morning, I was home and happily on my couch before noon and I was back to my desk job on Monday! When my surgical bra was uncomfortable, he got me in first thing in the morning to figure out a solution, and I have already seen him two other times since surgery to check on the progress. 100% pleased with my choice and the service I was given.

I had a difficult case, as my nose had been broken three times, I could not breath through one nostril and none of the breaks had ever been resolved. Dr Iteld was able to restore my breathing, I haven’t slept this well in nearly 20 years, and considering how difficult my case was, he was able to make my nose look straight, functional and pretty. He took the time to make it look right, and after it was all done, I still looked like me. Dr. Iteld did a great job. The staff was phenomenal, very prepared and super helpful. He's very professional and intelligent and I felt very comfortable with him and very confident in his expertise. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting in to and he also made sure I was aware of the limitations to my augmentation. I was borderline needing a lift and he was very upfront about how I would look choosing to forego the lift at this time. Was thinking of having breast augmentation done for years and finally decided to go see a doctor and consult. I found Dr. Iteld by reviews on yelp and google and scheduled a consultation with him. Initially, I just wanted to talk and hear recommendations but after the first visit I realised that Dr. Iteld is the guy and I scheduled my surgery right away. 2 weeks after I had my new AMAZING breast . I have no idea what I have been waiting for the whole my life!! I could not be happier about the result. Dr. Iteld did a fantastic job on me! They look so beautiful and now I can fit in any clothes I like and everything looks great on me. I was worried about the scars after the incision as some of my friends had really bad scars after their surgeries but not here. Dr. Iteld is fantastic and it's been only 3 weeks after the surgery but I can tell how well my skin was stitched and that soon I won't have scars at all!!! You should get that special cream for scars they have there, helps tons healing. Now I'm sending all my friends to Dr. Iteld for any plastic procedures they have been thinking of doing because I know they will get the result they want. Your face and body is not something you want to mess around, right! I'm 100% confident in Dr. Iteld recommending to my friends and will be having one more surgery very soo with him. I also switched my botox injections to his office as well. Another thing that I really liked is that no one is pushing you or tries to upsale anything. You will always hear the truth either you can get what you want or not. No fake promises. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I will be the first to admit that I am the most critical when it comes to my body while also having really high expectations when I pay for services. I always look at reviews and find the highest rated when it comes to something that really matters to me. I found Dr. Iteld through RealSelf, along with other doctors that I did consultations with as well. I found Dr. Iteld to be the perfect fit for me for various reasons. He was very personable, realistic, and never rushed or dismissed any of my questions or concerns. Also, the biggest selling point was Caryle which has been nothing but the best throughout the entire process. I went to each doctor's appointment by myself and she was patient every step of the way. Gave her friendly input when I needed it. Made sure that I was comfortable and never pushed something on me. Explained the process and made sure she was readily available if I ever needed anything. She sat with me while I bounced between two different sizes and was extremely patient. Furthermore, recovery was nothing what I expected. Surgery was Thursday and by Saturday I could completely function on my own without much assistance from my boyfriend. My biggest concern was that they would look as natural as possible and Dr. Iteld did a phenomenal job and I am extremely happy that I made the decision to go with him. I could not sit here and accurately explain how happy I am. I would recommend Dr. Iteld to anyone and everyone and I am beyond thankful. I went from hiding my chest, even in the most intimate situations, to feeling so much more comfortable in my own body and that is because Dr. Iteld did a fantastic job the first time. Dr Iteld removed my breast implants and undertook a revision rhinoplasty for me in May 2019. I had breast implants and rhinoplasty in Thailand, approximately 6 years ago. It was a very negative experience for me. As such, I was fairly apprehensive and nervous to re-visit plastic surgery but after 5 years of dissatisfaction with my nose shape and breast implants, I decided to look into having the revisions made. I am 3 weeks post op as I write this and I am still seeing the full effects of my revision rhinoplasty and loving my natural breast shape and movement. I had several consultations prior to booking with Dr Iteld. He was, in my opinion, the most personable, intelligent, well presented and relateable. The lovely team working alongside Dr Iteld also were a big factor in my choice to book with Dr Iteld as they were attentive, professional and knowledgeable during my initial phones calls, consultation, pricing and booking conversations. I mention this because I found that other offices I spoke with seems to be less engaged with the process, more jst transactional. Caryle was an extension of Dr Iteld and appeared to have a depth of experience with his processes. The team felt like a cohesive unit and made the experience pleasant and enjoyable for me. You can tell Dr Iteld is very busy but he always made me feel like he was focused and cared about what I was saying or feeling. The experience with the actual surgery was great. The staff at the surgery center were so sweet and spoke very highly of Dr Iteld before I went into the surgery. Dr Iteld visited me before I went into the surgery to talk through the procedure again to make sure my mind was at rest. My prior surgeon did very little communication with me before or after the surgery and this experience has changed my perspective on plastic surgeons. I was very happy with Dr Itelds level of attentiveness. I loved that the medicines prescribed before and after surgery alleviated my potential for bruising and swelling. I also did not take any heavy painkillers after the surgery, which amazed me given my prior experience. The day afterward surgery I was able to move around and was clear minded. This was a very big difference from my previous recovery. Dr Iteld even helped me on the sunday morning following my surgery to remove my splints from within my nose. This shows me that he cares about his patients comfort level. Dr Iteld has a great sense of humour and a great energy and a high level of positivity in his disposition. I always felt at ease coming into my pre and post appointment, I almost look forward to them ! Carlye and the other ladies on the front desk were always so sweet and I must have called them 5 or 6 times prior to my surgery to ask questions and double check my arrangements but they never made me feel like an inconvenience. All in all, I can't accurately describe how positive, or communicate how much this experience has meant to me and helped me heal emotionally from my first surgery.. Thank you Dr Iteld and Caryle and all the wonderful staff I will be forever grateful for the changes you have helped me to achieve for myself.

I can’t find the word to say how incredible Dr Iteld is......oh wait I can! He comes as humble as can be. Since the first visit, him and his staff were amazing. I went in there with so many questions about breast augmentation and before I could ask any of them they had already answered all of my questions. They took pictures of what my breast looked at that first visit and what they would look after surgery. He is so confident in his work that it made me look no further and do my procedure with him. The day of my surgery it went as smooth as can be. Every single person there was on top of things and made you feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I was actually so comfortable, I was off all medications 24 hours post op. There was minimal bruising (thanks to his supplement and following his instructions to a T). I am going to see Dr. Iteld for my gender confirmation surgery,, top surgery, as I am FTM transgender. I can not say enough positive things about his staff and about him. He has amazing bedside manor, he listens to your concerns and answers any questions you have. He made sure that thought out the whole consultation that you are comfortable and don’t feel awkward. This was big for me as I have gender dysphoria with my chest. I would send anyone to him. He’s not your typical plastic/reconstructive surgeon, he’s down to earth, cracks jokes and makes you feel at ease. His staff are very knowledgeable throughout the whole process and helped me make sure I had all my letters. I can not wait to have my surgery with him.
