I would've given 5 stars but this year, I have made several attempts to call for an appointment left messages and no one ever calls me back. I drove past there to make sure they were still open. I've had facials, exfoliations and even bought his products last year with no problem but this year I can't seem to get an appointment not sure what is going on there. The actual services are a 5 but the customer service is 1 which made the average 3 stars...

Amazing Products! Great for ethnic skin however the general business practices itself are extremely subpar at best. There is a 20% chance someone will answer their phones, a 50% chance that your call will be returned after you leave a message and when you use a credit card, there is a high chance you will get 2 pending charges that stay past 10 days (after one has posted, the other will pend for a long while)... this place is extremely busy so you will wait a while regardless of your appointment time and since the receptionist helps with procedures, there is a likely chance that no one is at their window when you arrive. I'm sure things will turn around when a true office manager/receptionist is employed here to improve Dr Tinsleys Office. He really knows what he's doing but the issues of just trying to do business here is frustrating and makes the entire experience feel like a job just trying to improve oneself

Dr. Tinsley and his staff are the real deal. He is a Miracle Worker. I have never been treated with such professionalism by every staff member in my life. The atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made my visit such a delight. Thank you Flawless Center for Cosmetic Medicine because you Rock.

I have contacted the office more than three times to schedule an appointment, leaving messages each time; I have yet to receive a return call. If this is exemplary of the service I will receive pre and post procedire, I am going to pass.

Poor and unprofessional communication at this office. I scheduled appointment a month prior the office canceled two days before via text. It's been over 2 months and they are refusing to refund my money..rip off

I love Dr Tinsley and his staff! His knowledge of plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine is superb and unmatched. The fact that he’s trained his assistants to do more than schedule appointments and answer telephones kudos to him others would have to pay top dollar for what he’s given to them due to his unwavering passion and commitment. I’ve been coming to flawless for 7 years because I’m worth having the Best surgeon and that is Dr Elton Tinsley!
