Dr.Caughlin goes above and beyond with his work. It was my first time getting anything cosmetically done (lip injections) so I had lots of questions - and Dr. Caughlin did a great job at answering all of them. During my consultation he thoroughly explained the process, and went over a few different options. I ended up getting the procedure done that same day and I'm very glad that I did. It was not as painful as I thought it would be, and Dr.Caughlin would stop every so often so I could look in the mirror to make sure everything was as I wanted it to be. He followed up with me everyday for about three days to check in and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Dr.Caughlin.

I was very nervous about getting lip fillers and within 5 minutes of meeting Dr.Caughlin and his staff I was completely at ease. They were SO patient and explained everything to me so thoroughly. I didn't feel bad about asking extra questions. It was such a positive experience and I'm so glad they walked me through it. When I decided to turn to filler injections for my hollowing eyes, I had no idea where to begin to find a surgeon. I constantly heard a radio ad talking about Dr. Coughlin and his office services. So I decided to give them a call and see if they would be able to help with my issue. This had to be the best phone call I've ever made! During my FREE consultation, Dr. Coughlin was very attentive and listened to my concerns. He was very knowledgeable and recommended what would be best to address my "problem." I decided to schedule the procedure one week after my initial appointment. The day of my procedure, I was extremely nervous. Dr. Coughlin's personality and positive attitude soothed my nerves. He thoroughly explained what to expect and aftercare. Dr. Coughlin has a very skilled hand, the procedure was virtually painless and was done fairly quickly. I had very little bruising (which is expected) and no pain after the procedure. I couldn't be happier with my results! My eyes are refreshed, revitalized and I no longer have the "always tired" look. Dr. Coughlin even called me a few days after the procedure to see how I was doing. I found that to be very courteous and caring. If you are looking to having work done, I highly recommend Dr. Coughlin.

Very caring and attentive Doctor cant say anything negative about my experience! Beautiful office, lovely staff, and all treatments are done with him ONLY not nurses or aestheticians like some other places. He shows you what he is using and goes through the procedure with you. As someone who has never had cosmetic surgery before I was nervous. I am 57 years and wanted my "bags and wrinkles and scars off my face!" From the moment I stepped into their office I felt welcome and comfortable. With many visits before surgery i was told what to expect and exactly what was going to be done, answering any questions I had! Dr. Caughlin has made me feel young again! Not only was he very helpful and caring before and during the procedure, Dr. Caughlin follows up on you to ensure your recovery process is going well.
