I went to Pam for botox and she was wonderful. The office is nice, neat, and clean. The staff in general was extremely nice and kind. I will definitely continue going to Pam and Aspire.

Wish I would have went somewhere else. After spending a lot of time researching and several conversations, I decided to go to Aspire for my procedures. I provided multiple pictures of my desired outcome and at no point did anyone tell me my desired results were unachievable or unrealistic. Several thousand dollars and a lot of pain later, I'm left extremely disappointed and sad about the results. I'm even more uncomfortable in my body due to an issue from the procedures and lack of the desired outcome. In fact, I may have to go through another procedure to correct the issue. I've not recieved an apology or any effort to address the lack of the results or the issue I have now from the initial procedures. In an effort to be more comfortable and happier with my body I am less happy and more uncomfortable. Don't share in the experience I've had. Find another doctor.

Could not be more disappointed in my experience. Being relatively new to FW I asked around for a recommendation for a Medical Spa. Every time I heard about Aspire it was a do not go. I decided to form my own opinion (I love my monthly facials) and was pleasantly surprised by my appointments - all went well until a problem arose. Then I understood why no one would stand behind a recommendation to this place. I was burned by my procedure (IPL) and could not get Dr Lee or anyone on the phone - the vmail was full - the entire weekend. Unacceptable and unprofessional - what if I had been a surgery patient? I waited until open on Monday morning to get someone to speak with me and help me fix it. I went in and Dr Lee proceeded to tell me "yes that's a second degree burn, but no matter it will heal fine". Um. That's it???? I had been uncomfortable for 3 days/sleepless nights and that's it? Then he told me to use a specific lotion and oil - use those and come back in a week. I went to front desk to make my follow up appointment and she proceeded to charge me for the cream/oil. And did not offer to refund the cost of the procedure that gave me a second degree burn and potentially a lot of hassle to get rid of hyperpigmentation. Unprofessional. Unacceptable. Do not go.
