I LOVE The Geldner Center! Dr. Geldner is a wizard, he does beautiful plastic surgery. I have experienced his work on myself, and he has also treated my friends and family. I would trust his nurses with any procedure, they are all very knowledgable, explain everything so well and are so sweet! There is no reason to go anywhere else. Both locations are convenient, clean, and the receptionists are so friendly. Highly recommended!

Very unhappy with a first visit there. We live about 10-12 minutes away from the Hinsdale Geldner Center. My mom left home with a margin of more than 40 minutes. GPS led her to the wrong location. When I gpsed the office, I also got a similar wrong address. She kept calling the office in order to get some instructions as to where to go yet she received no response. Regardless she arrived a couple minutes late to her 8 am appointment. Mind this my mom is a very busy woman and handles multiple appointments on a daily basis. When she arrived, staff refused to accept her and made her reschedule. Staff never answered the phone, didn't accommodate her in any way, and refused to provide service. Time is very valuable. If they had answered their phone, my mom would have made it with time to spare at their office and wouldn't have wasted precious time. This is not a good first impression Geldner Center Hinsdale. I'll make sure to spread the message.

CAUTION, do NOT get your lips injected with any type of dermal filler here. You will not just waste your money, but you'll look like an idiot. I had to go back 5 times to TRY and have them fix the botched job they did and my lips still were not even. I'll post some fun photos of my experience. Oh, of they add too much filler, the injection to remove it feels like what I imagine acid would feel like - it's one of the most painful things I have experienced.

Both Hinsdale and Downtown offices are great and the staff is amazing! First let me start off by saying Dr. Iteld is the most up front doctor you may ever encounter. His number one promise is to do the best he can the make you feel the best you can and he certainly delivers on that. My story: When I was about 16-17 I had my ears pierced and about a year or two after I started to develop large keloids on both ears. After having surgery by one surgeon who fed me false hope and gave me no aftercare after the surgery my keloids eventually came back, bigger and worse than before, even with pain! I went years with the keloids on my ears trying everything i could to at least have them reduce in size. Well closer toward my graduation of college with a few referrals I ended up at Dr. Iteld's office. I told him my story (above) and he told me directly I won't have the earlobes if any originally had at birth, but he will do everything he can to make my ears look as close to normal as possible. The surgery went great to say the least and what made it even better was the aftercare I have received. Going on 6 months now and Dr. Iteld has been there every step of the way to help me make sure those keloids never come back. I couldn't more than satisfied with the results. Even though I don't have my birth earlobes (which I knew I was't going to have anymore) I love the way my ears look now and to me they look nothing less but normal! This is a great surgeon that really cares for his patients and does his best to help in any way! Thank you!
