If you want a surgeon that will give you honest feedback and keep you on track with realistic expectations then Dr. Ghaderi is who you want to see. There are plenty of surgeons who can perform surgery but make sure you go to someone like Dr. Ghaderi who will do it because it is the best surgery/option for YOU. I am so happy that I was referred to St. Charles Plastic Surgery and had Dr. Ghaderi there to guide me through the process. He was great and his staff were awesome! But even better than all of that are my results! I love my new look!!!

I went to Dr. Ghaderi for my elective procedure based on positive things I had heard from other people. I found the office staff to be professional, courteous and knowledgable. Dr. Ghaderi met with me and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and concerns. I never felt pushed to make a decision or hurried to leave the consultation. I had my procedure done with him and have never regretted the choice to do surgery or my choice in surgeon. I appreciated his attention to the smallest details. Even the nurses working in the hospital had the nicest of things to say about him as I was awaiting my surgery. After surgery he called me that evening to make sure I was doing ok and see if I had any questions. A couple of days later I had a question to ask. It was in the evening and his office was already closed, but I was able to reach him within minutes. Even though Dr. Ghaderi and his staff work with patients every day, it is a big decision to the person deciding to go through with elective surgery. I felt like I was cared for the entire time and never left to feel like just another patient.

I want to thank Dr Ghaderi and his staff for two wonderful experiences and two great results correcting complications that resulted from a previous breast augmentation surgery with a different board certified surgeon. Several years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of having a small medical part left in my body after breast augmentation surgery with a different surgeon. I struggled to find the right surgeon to help me deal with this (I did not trust the original surgeon to operate on me again). Dr. Ghaderi was very compassionate, thorough and professional from the first meeting and throughout the whole process, which was a huge relief because I was very scared and distrustful during this time. Everything went smoothly with removing the part and the scar is tiny and barely visible. I recently returned to Dr. Ghaderi for breast implant revision to correct several problems that resulted from original surgery with the other surgeon (bottoming out, rippling and wide scar). I am very pleased with my results. I would only trust Dr Ghaderi for any future surgery for myself and would highly recommend him to any of my loved ones. I called the plastic surgery clinic. The lady took the phone. I asked about the dr David she said he retired many many years and then hang up the call. I don’t understand why so mean and rude she is. It’s in the google that’s it’s still in the name of David Ross. You people better change that name and train your staff.

I would never send any of my friends here. I was scheduled to have reconstructive surgery with double mastectomy and 3 days prior to my surgery he backed out. With NO explanation, no valid reason. During the consultations, he always seemed rushed and shot down most of our questions and made us feel like we were bothering him. Very abrupt behavior::very pompous attitude::very diva like. He was very pushy to have me change hospitals and when I didn't want to, that is when he became impossible to deal with. I am so happy that he did not do my surgery as I LOVE my new plastic surgeon and can not wait to move forward. Beware--you must have thick skin to deal with this doctor.

After all that and seeing all the doctors I had seen I was tired and having a hard time keeping all the facts straight in my head. He was very kind, patient and listening and willing to meet with me several times until I decided I was ready and comfortable to move forward. Whenever I called the office with a question or concern I almost always had my call returned within 30 minutes, by him. He was willing to take the time to talk directly with me, that is a rarity in today's world. I couldn't be happier with the results of my reconstruction. I had no complications. One of my other doctors told me I should be a poster child for this surgery because it turned out so amazingly well. I felt like family throughout the process because of the care that he and his staff showed. I wish there were more doctors out there like him. They are getting harder to find.
