I've had two tattoo removal sessions as well as a laser hair removal and I must say the staff is amazing- super friendly and knowledgeable. Both procedures have produced great results so far with no discomfort. I look forward to my future visits and will let you know what my end result is. I'll say that just after two laser treatment on my tattoo it's nearly gone in some areas in significantly faded in others. It's definitely worth the drive to know you're in good hands that can deliver great results.

Dr. Rittaca was able to get 3 of my tattoos off completely with a few laser treatments. His lasers are cutting edge and he was able to suggest using a patch to help the ink come off. I would highly recommend going to him for tattoo removal - you will be so happy with the results!

The staff is amazing here. All the ladies I’ve encountered are so friendly! Dr. Lu does amazing work and he gave me exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is so clean and welcoming. I had been going to Ritacca Medspa for a couple of years (early 2013 to early 2015) for Botox and Filler, mostly for my forehead and the area between my eyes. The office is very clean, modern yet welcoming. The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Eva was the esthetician who always treated me. She was really great; respectful, patient, knowledgable, took her time and never pushed me to buy products or extra services. Unfortunately Eva left the center in mid-2015. I would have given Medspa 5 stars, but because of my last treatment with Dr. Ritacca, who filled in for Eva, I can only give 3 stars. And I never went back. See next review for more information.

I’ve been a client/patient of Ritacca’s for approximately 8 years and I’ve recommended them to multiple friends and family. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional. April, the front desk coordinator, is highly knowledgeable and handles any issues with respect and with a desire to result it quickly. Jen, Sarah, Amy, Mary Rose and the rest of the staff is simply amazing! Dawn is an beyond skilled in injectables! I always get great care and results at Ritacca’s!

I made an appointment for a consult on 9/16/19. I came in and was fortunate to meet with Lindsey. I am a 64 yr old woman who has been lucky to have good skin. I didn't start to develop lines around my mouth until I was 62 after an anaphylactic to a med that literally cracked my skin. I asked Lindsey what I could do. She told me about your practice and the options I had. She explained everything in detail, prices of procedures and products, and told me what I could start with first. She was knowledgeable, personable and beautiful inside as well as outside. I purchased products of which she explained on detail how to use. She put me at ease and made me feel hopeful. I have been to this place five times for my facial hair removal services. The front desk staff was always friendly and easy to communicate with. Jacque Vaynberg was my clinician and I thank her for all excellent work she has done to eradicate my cosmetic issue that I have been dealing with for years! She made me feel so comfortable each time I came. It has been a year since my last visit and I am satisfied with the results. So, I would most likely consider this place for other future cosmetic surgeries and medspa services.

I went in with a certain amount I wanted to spend. I told Robin, the assistant that got me prepped, how much and she was excellent. She didn't pressure me, she made me feel very comfortable. She checked on me and also gave me a follow up call. I had a wonderful experience. The person, Dawn, that did the filler and botox, did an excellent job. I feel like I look exactly how I expected. I would highly recommend them.
