Completely unethical and dishonest office I've ever dealt with. I reached out to Khristi Autajay in regards to an awful experience I had with Juana Shin an aesthetician in their office. Khristi initially was nothing but apologetic, which is all fine and dandy. But when I needed an actual problem resolved, like getting a refund of my money on a package of laser treatments, she has done nothing but ignore my emails and calls. So now this office has $1000 of my money and they are doing nothing to refund it. On top of the lack of morals at this office, the front desk is disgustingly filthy. Take one glance over the counter and see how dirty it looks. Can't imagine how unsanitary the rest of the facility really is. Also should note that the resident clinic is a complete scam. I got scheduled with a resident for a laser procedure. Procedures through the resident clinic are advertised as discounted and I was even told that the service would be discounted. When i went in for the laser treatment visit, the resident Doctor, Dr Vinay Rawlani, told me the treatment would be $200. I get into the laser treatment room and there is Juana Shin telling me the cost is actually $450. So I'm actually getting charged the regular price even though I was told I was getting a discount being that a resident was performing the procedure? Huh? Say what?! Total scam. Do not trust these guys. To be fair though, my skin does look great and Dr. Rawlani did do a great job on that. But you couldn't pay me to get another procedure done here knowing that these guys are nothing short of back room salesmen pushing to get the most money out of you as they can. Khristi Autujay should be ashamed of herself for the way this office is being run. Next step: report to FTC and medical boards. I can't believe a reputable institution like northwestern has such awful morally corrupt people like this working for them.

Had Mohes surgery on my cheek.. Left a 1-1/2 inch scar which only 3 weeks later is hardly visible. So pleased!!

I had a great experience with Dr Ellis. He is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and honest. I had my rhinoplasty with him to correct the deviated septum. The results exceeded my expectations. The whole experience at the hospital and at the clinic was very pleasant from start to finish. Dr Ellis takes his time to explain everything in detail, gives his recommendations and puts you at ease about the upcoming procedure. I am so happy he was my doctor and I am very thankful to his friendly clinic team for great customer service:) Thank you!

I wish I could give Dr. Ellis and his office a million stars and hugs for helping me with my condition. I have Neurofibromatosis. Not a lot of people know about this condition - including doctors. I started seeing Dr. Ellis about 3 years ago for my NF. He has helped me immensely. This condition causes skin growths and can be very painful. Not only that, because the growths are on the skin, it is psychologically difficult to deal with. Dr. Ellis has been able to remove my growths with no down time and with almost no scarring. In fact, the scars that I do have, I really have to point them out because the are almost invisible. Dr. Ellis and his office has helped me out so much. I am so glad that I found someone to remove these growths but also be so compassionate about my condition. He is honest about what he can and cannot do. And he has helped me immensely. On top of that - his office staff is unbelievably awesome! His Physician's Assistant Alex (I think that's his title) is a wiz with needle and thread. He makes sure I'm healing ok and he seems to really care about how I'm feeling afterwards. The women that run the front desk are so kind and friendly. They too seem to REALLY care if I'm ok and how I'm healing. Due to the fact that they have taken such good care of me, I probably won't be going back much more. They have done such a great job at getting me where I want to be with this condition. There is no cure but It almost looks like I don't even have it. I have spent years crying over having NF. Now I cry because I've been taken care of so well. Thank you so much to Dr. Ellis and his staff for taking care of me. There is no words that can adequately express how much thanks I have in my heart for what you have done for me.
