I could not be happier with my breast augmentation. Every one of my friends and family have said the work done is was great and that my breasts look natural. The pain pump that Dr. Turowski gives really helps the day after surgery. Overall, he is a great doctor with many years of experience, which shows in his work. He called my house the night of my surgery personally to see how I was doing. My results are great and I would not have chosen any other doctor. I went to 4 different doctors to get different opinions, and Dr. Turowski was the only one who took a substantial amount of time to talk about my surgery at the consultation. He was recommended to me from many other patients as well.

I was scared of the scars that I might receive, but Dr. Turowski did his best to minimize them and you cannot even tell I had work done on my arms a couple of years ago. From start to finish, it's always been top notch care. Questions are always answered with details, not just a yes or no. What Dr. Turowski has done for me is nothing short of life changing.

Colleen Marshall spent a long time analyzing which treatment would be best and now that the swelling went down (just two days), I can see that she did an excellent job. She is so kind and skillful. If you are considering injections for any purpose- you must see Colleen.

Where to start. Well I am a young male. I have had under eye bags that have bothered me for the longest, since I was 13 to be exact. I am now in my early 20's. I got my first job at age 19 and since then I have saved. It was hard work saving for the mere fact that I had a restaurant job earning minimum wage. It took me nearly 4 years to save up $8,000. I had been saving for this event. I admit I was very excited and quite optimistic about this procedure. I did some research and in the end, chose New Horizons. The receptionist was an absolute sweetheart, made me feel very comfortable. I initially was going to go with Dr. Turowski but ultimately chose Dr. Lou because of his l "experience" with ethnic people. First off, Dr. Turowski, founder of New Horizons was going to charge me $2,000 for Blepharoplasty. Their prices were supposed to run the same but Dr. Lou somehow ended up charging me $2,500. So I payed $2,500 and he ended up ruining my left eye. First off, he was a half hour LATE to my operation day. He charged me an arm and a leg yet he was a half hour late. He was very quick with the markings and didn't even show me what marks he made on my face. I was rushed into surgery. Afterwards, he wasn't even there when I came out of my procedure. What I have now is slight hollowing in my left eye (too much fat taken out) and the right eye is still puffy. I can deal with the right eye still being puffy but the asymmetry is just awful. On top of that the worst thing, there is retraction of my lower left eyelid. When I brought this to his attention, I was astounded that he still wouldn't admit his wrong doing. He tried to tell me that my eye was originally like that, as if I don't know the physiology of my own face. Then he suggested the massing method, something I had already taken in fruition once I seen the damage prior to my first post op visit. I continued doing the massage. I got the procedure done on July 3, 2013. It is now February 19, 2014 and still nothing has improved. I feel as if I was robbed of my hard earned money. If I request revision surgery I'm am positive he will charge me, I feel I shouldn't have to pay a penny any fee for this. He had stated he's not happy unless I am, which is in my opinion not valid, since my money is in his account and I am left with a retracted eyelid.

I had a great experience. This doctor is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met and I am in the medical field! Also this physician’s surgical skill are top notch. He did my breast reconstruction and I could barely see any scars right after!! Now a few months later the scars are barely noticeable and i am more then happy with the results. 2 months ago I received a Rhinoplasty surgery after years of wanting to undergo the surgery. My sister had recently undergone a Breast Augmentation and they turned out great so I went with Dr Turowski. I couldn't be more happy with my results. Dr. Turowski gives you honest expectations and tweaks you just enough to give you improvement without making you look overdone. I have future plans for other surgeries I would like to have done and I most definitely will do them with Dr. Turowski.

Dr. Turowski had his work cut out for him. I had a breast reduction in 1990 and he performed a second reduction and lift with very small implants 4 weeks ago. I am extremely pleased with the results so far. I still have typical post surgical swelling due to the technique he had to use because of my previous surgery. I would say that overall, it was a fantastic experience. Both breasts have healed nicely, and he was able to keep the integrity of the blood flow to both nipples which was a big concern of mine. My issue was with the management of my expectations for post op and more importantly, the delayed response time from the nurse when I had issues and concerns. I felt very ill after my drains were removed and was swelling a lot. I sent her a message and a few hours later, I tried the office and they said she left for the day. I messaged her again telling her I felt lousy and needed to talk...it took her over 6 hours to reach out to me. I tried to call her back and she didn't answer. Other questions were answered 2-12 and sometimes 24 hours later. I understand she is busy with other responsibilities and patients, so I would suggest they add a post op nurse to handle just post op patients. Reading the packet is not the same as reassurance from a professional when you are recovering from a major surgery. She was wonderful and sweet when I saw her in person, just delayed in responding when sending messages which I was instructed to do if I had concerns.

I had the robotic hair transplant surgery from Dr. Turowski and his team of talented, knowledgeable and caring staff last September in 2014. The experience was exactly as they described it. I had a very noticeable balding crown which I was told after the surgery would look much better and would be my own hair to do with what i wanted without needing special products. I was also told that the hair would take 3-6 months to start to come in and possibly even after 6 months continue to grow more. I can honestly say that after 6 months it's exactly as I expected. The bald spot is no more. After 3 months my girlfriend started to notice some growth but now after 6 months I have actually been getting compliments from my friends and co-workers who knew I had the surgery. I would recommend (and have recommended) Dr. Turowski for hair restoration surgery.

I am extremely happy with the tummy tuck procedure I had done. My scar and belly button look great, and I can finally see my waist. He is very honest and realistic which I appreciate. It was pricier than other surgeons I researched, but his credentials, experience, skills and staff are worth the money. I also want to add that all of the staff is great, but the anesthesiologist was amazing. I was nervous and terrified and she was really sweet and reassuring. Would definitely recommend Dr Turowski and all his staff to others.

I have been very Happy with Dr Turkowski and all his staff. My results are beautiful and getting better and better as time goes on. The Doctor and his entire staff are very supportive and spend a lot of time just listening and responding to calls, texts, and at office visits as anything aesthetic especially to the face can be very traumatic as the initial swelling asymmetry bruising and lack of movement or uneven movement can be very frightening, even though it is expected, and part of routine healing. I am 5 months out and looking and feeling good. You can get it cheaper, but it's your face and he is worth every penny.

I had a great experience with Dr. Turowski and the New Horizon staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures. Procedures: Breast Augmentation and Lower Blepharoplasty During the initial consultation Dr. Turowski answered all of my questions in great detail and eased any concerns I had about my procedures. They used a photo body scan system to simulate my after results with various sizes of implants. It was very helpful to see my projected results after looking through the many before and after examples of his patients. He and his staff were very patient with me as I tried on sample sizes in their office, there was no rushing, and they encouraged me to take my time. It was very overwhelming for me, but the sizing recommendation he made were exactly what I was looking for. The information that is given about post op instructions is very thorough and I felt I knew exactly what to expect in terms of pain, range of motion, healing, etc. The after care has also been fantastic. I received text messages from Dr. Turowski checking my comfort level the day of and the day after the procedure. That was a very nice touch that to me shows his commitment to his patients. I was encouraged to call the office at any time if I had any questions or concerns and always received a prompt response from their team. All of my post op appointments have gone well, my healing process was on par with that of other patients. I am 3 months post op at this point and loving my results! Breast Augmentation: I still have minimal scarring at the incision site, but because it is in my underarms I am not at all concerned with the appearance long term. I have not yet tried Mederma, but I believe that will make them even less noticeable. Blepharoplasty: My results far exceeded my expectations! It’s taken years off of my face and I no longer have people asking if I’m tired all the time. And there are absolutely no visible scars! I was very worried about that early on post op, but the incisions have faded completely.

I have went for a hair transplantation here at this clinic more than a year ago. I have spent 12k for procedure and extra 3k for robotic procedure. The hair follicles developed after a year was very less. The staff was nice but I would not suggest this clinic for anyone who is looking for hair transplant.

I compared photos taken the year of the surgery and this past week -- my eyes look FABULOUS. No change. His staff is professional and highly educated. Dr Turowski is a really skillful surgeon who knows what he is doing. I had a philtrum reduction done by him. When I was on the surgical table, every step he did I felt no discomforts and I walked out without bruising. Within one week, the swelling went down, and the result is great. I would never recommend dr. Turowski back in 2004 I had Breast Augmentation, I first paid so much money a total of $8,000 and on the surgery day I was on a cold room waiting for a total of 5 hours until I guess the doctor remembered he had scheduled me for a surgery, I then heard from a nurse he was out with his wife, it made me so upset but I still went ahead and allow him to do my surgery, I was so upset because I asked him to use Gel silicone but he use Saline silicone, I clearly told him I was having pain and talked to the doctor, sent an email called constantly and he was never around to talk to me, I visit his office and he talk to me for about 10min telling me I would be feeling much better as time went by. its been now 10 years and for the past years I been experiencing pain while I sleep on my side, this pain has always been there, it feels as if I being cut. this doctor does not care at all, he did not re-do my surgery and kept ignoring me. I hate that I spent so much money on him, this time after 10 years I will do a much better research and find someone to redo his mistake. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
