If I could give less then 1 star I would. I waited for an hour to have a mole removed. As I was waiting a woman and child came in and were met by her husband who is another surgeon at the hospital. The child was sleeping peacefully, this was not am emergency. The surgeon said he needed to leave by 3 in order to make it back for work. Since Dr Madry was running behind the surgeon asked the receptionist to be bumped up even after she stated there was one person in front of them. I was then put into a small consultation room with no surgical equipment and heard the couple go into another room to start their appointment with the doctor BEFORE mine. I walked out of my exam room and told the staff member who stared at me blankly. No apology, she didn't say a single word! So grossly unprofessional and inappropriate! Unacceptable.
