Paul C. Dillon, MD I had my surgery with Dr. Dillon on 9/28/17. From the start, my spidey senses told me to walk away when my surgery was scheduled for at 10:00 am and by 1:00 PM I was still sitting in the waiting room for the anesthesiologist & to even be taken back for surgery. I paid the agreed amount for a Tummy tuck, Brazilian Butt Lift, liposuction of my bra pads, love handles and arms. I got out of surgery after 7:30 - 8:00 PM and me and my companion were informed that my arms did not get done, nor my front bra pads and only 1 back bra pad was done. INCOMPLETE surgery, but they charged me. Upon things settling my stomach is not flat, my butt cheeks are uneven, still dimpled and not shapely as I had requested. The doctor and Lift Body Center staff promised me a revision at NO COST to me for the problems and dissatisfaction. From October, 2017 to January, 2018 at my post OP visits, I expressed my displeasure with incomplete surgery and still flat and uneven butt with the nurses, Office Manager Kendall Greenburg, staff and Dr. Dillon. He re-examined & re-assessed what needed to be done and revised. The Lift Body Center kept telling me, let things settle and at 6 months if not happy they would fix it. Not to mention my undone bra pads. Well, in between this time alot of unprofessonialism, lack of proper follow up and follow through took place. I scheduled the retouch, revision surgery for 4/19, then 2 weeks prior, a Chris from the Lift Body Center calls me and tells me my surgery needs to be cancelled, due to what was going on in Puerto Rico? Something with saline. Ok, while this was another major inconvenience, among many others with this facility - from no return ph call backs on concerns, questions, and issues I needed information and answers on to them scheduling my post OP appointment with a technician and not my surgeon after a surgery as major as mine; I rearrange everybody's schedule since we'd be coming from out of state & pick a 5/10/18 revision surgery date. Again, Chris a "new" staff member advises me alot of people have been fired, restructuring was going on, BUT he too assured me that I won't have to pay any additional costs. I've met with Dr. Dillon, the office manager, Kendall for a 6 month period prior with the promise of the problem, with both front bra pads & 1 back bra pad being undone and a flat, uneven, still dimpled butt cheeks being a result, being fixed and taken care of to my satisfaction. Kendall and Lift ASSURED and PROMISED me. Then on 5/2/18 the accounting manager, Jeanne Shockey, whom I've had 1 awful encounter with back in Nov. 2017 because she was rude, unprofessional, lacked care, concern or compassion and basically has this condescending, "Too bad deal with it, I'll assist and help you when I get ready, if even at all" attitude calls me on 5/2/18, literally 1 week to the day before what is to be my retouch, revision surgery to argue me down, tell me I have to pay for a new surgery, kept talking over me, cutting me off. Telling me she will hang up the phone on me and it was as if she intentionally wanted to upset me, ruffle my feathers and cause conflict because they knew they were wrong and backing out of what had been promised and assured to me for 6 months! They refused to let me speak to Dr. Dillon, she was unprofessional and then an Alecia tells me, I am not welcomed to call Lift anymore, they won't take my calls. I regret going to the Lift Body Center. They mislead, lied to me, did not make good on guarantees they made and the promise to fix what feels so much like a BOTCHED surgery. Dr. Dillon is very nice/ kind, but nice and kind does not get you the plastic surgery results you pay out of pocket for. Making wrongs right and doing the job properly, not rushing and completing a unfinished job is what I needed. I am so unhappy with my results, feel like they are nice and professional with you UP until they get your money, then give you the run around, lies and excuses for why they don't or didn't deliver what was promised! MAJOR REGRET using The Lift Body Center. Don't Use them!

Kara Garresten is the young lady I worked with 2 months ago. She will act like she is there to help you but in all actuality she is there to get surgeries booked. They fired the lady Laura who was horrible as well. After my surgery I called to get help and all of them were rude and nonchalant. Dr. Dillion does not care if you are not happy. He will tell you what he can do and the day of surgery tell you a different story. These people do not care about you. If I could give them no stars I would. There is no way a business should be ran this way. Go somewhere else to get your work done, because their work is horrible here. I will be posting my post op pics in another post. 1 star..

This is going to be a little long, but I hope you take the time to consider this review when making your final decision. Undergoing a procedure at Lift Body Center is now one of my biggest regrets. Please note, before leaving this review, I reached out on multiple occasions over phone and email in an attempt to talk to management for an open and transparent conversation before just putting them on blast online. My experience started very positively in April with a consultation near where I live in Milwaukee. I was looking to have lipo conducted on my arms, back, and love handles as a confidence boost before my upcoming wedding. I was aware that the procedure would take place in Schaumberg, but I was unaware of the repeat trips that I would need to take for follow-up appointments. With no weekend availability and no weekdays with extended hours, I was forced to take time off of work each visit to travel back to Chicago-land. This would have been acceptable if the content of the follow-ups were meaningful, but each time I just stepped on scale, took some digital photos, was measured, and had a few routine questions answered. This could have easily been accomplished at a satellite location as I was never seen by a doctor and I felt was consistently a waste of time. There were also an increased number of trips taken because of a secondary procedure to correctly finish my initial procedure. This is a particularly painful point for multiple reasons. I believe that the need for the second procedure was influenced in part by a new assistant who was clearly underprepared to help in the operating room. Even in my groggy state, I have clear memories of her incorrectly documenting information on the wall and the doctor having to correct her multiple times. I know that this delayed progress during the operation and resulted in incorrect information being entered into my chart. During the first follow-up, the information in my chart clearly did not reflect what had happened in reality and my left arm was mostly untouched at that point. Instead of being met with understanding and customer service, I was made to feel like I was lying to try to scam for an additional service or that swelling was to blame when I just wanted my initial procedure completed. Following all of that frustration, the rescheduling was extremely difficult. After several back-and-forths, there was an arrangement for me to come in the very next day, but that was impossible for me and I was made to feel like they were doing me this huge favor to fit me in rather than deserving a timeslot for corrections. The result of the second procedure was another round of painful recovery and interruption to daily life. The second set of incisions resulted in even more scars on my arms, back, and sides which are clearly visible when wearing my wedding dress. Ultimately, I replaced one insecurity with a new one, and the scars elicit far more questions and attention than any unwanted fat deposit ever did. Additionally, I now have a large handful if saggy skin on each arm and a noticeable lump on my right hip. When discussing these concerns, I was referred to other treatments or products, obviously to another large added expense. While I understand that there is no guarantee for any sort of medical procedure, the minimal inches lost over the course of these months have in no way justified the expense, frustration, and disappointment that I have felt. Overall, this entire process was meant to be a confidence boost before my wedding and it has become one of my largest regrets. My arms were asymmetrical at my bridal showers and the medical charting was always inconsistent at best and completely inaccurate at worst. I have been made to feel like I was lying or somehow not following instruction rather than being met with compassion and great customer service. PLEASE RECONSIDER USING LIFT BODY CENTER FOR ANY PROCEDURES. I feel completely taken advantage of and that my money was far more important to them than my satisfaction.

I really thought I was in good hands. Apparently not. Went in for breast lift and cellulite removal. No difference at all in the cellulite. Very disappointed and the breast lift horrible! I'm still healing and it's been over 4 months and I have holes opening up and stiches coming out. Just last night got 2 more hols and one is pretty big that it probably needs stiches now! My areola are messed up as well. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. Or at least the doctor who did it! Horrible! Now my scaring is going to be completely worse. I can't stand even looking at my breasts at all. Nor where I got the cellulite removal. It actually looks worse or the exact same as it did. Waste of money alot of money on top of it. I recommend definitely doung your research on places especially the doctors. Had I done that I definitely would have never went to this place. And definitely would have not had the doctor I had even touch me. Please do your research ladys. The nurses are wonderful and the front desk people. Some of the consultant's are horrible and very dippy so ask every question possible. If they do not work with me they definitely will be hearing from my lawyer for sure. Un acceptable what's happening to me.

This place is a total fraud!!!! Please save yourself the trouble and don't come here. I came in for a consultation and met with Kara...I wanted work for my abdomen. I was told all the great and wonderful things about lipo and none of the side effects...she rushed me into scheduling an appointment for the procedure 2 days later. The day before the procedure I called to cancel because after I did more research about lipo I realized the dangers of it and decided it wasn't for me....2 months later I get a bill in the mail from alphaeon credit saying I owe 4,101.58 dollars which is the full cost of the procedure I never got plus 101.58 dollars.

Lift Body Center is the go to place for any mom who is looking for a mom makeover. I had two c-sections and I have had the infamous kangaroo pouch. I have always been self conscious of my stomach area and hatted the back fat bulge spilling out of my bra. I am so happy to have found Lift Body Center. The environment is welcoming, the entire staff are polite, friendly and very professional. They really make you feel like family and take very good care of you even after the procedure is done and your home resting. I had my procedure, liposuction on abdomen, back and bra pads, done in April and it was the best decision I have ever made for myself! Dr. Dillon gave me the best results and I couldn't be happier! His team took good care of me. I would do it all over again if I had to. It has been two months and I have dropped pounds and a lot of inches off of my waist! My body has been sculpted and I have natural beautiful curves now! No kangaroo pouch, goodbye waist cincher and hello coke bottle me! I can wear my fitted tops, I can wear spandex, and I can finally wear my midi dresses without the bulge and hang of fat! There was no way I could've gotten my results from eating right and exercising. I really had stubborn hard fat that only Dr. Dillon could get rid of. He is truly an artist and I could tell when I met him that he loves what he does! I would recommend anyone, looking for the best results, to Lift Body Center. THEY TRULY GET THE JOB DONE!!!!!!!

I do not recommend anyone go to this place. This facility has very poor business practices! I paid for a procedure, but due to an unforeseen medical condition I was not able to have it done. This facility is still holding my refund after 2 weeks. Whats worst is that the manager of the facility tells me I'll get it back but she doesn't know when. This to me is totally unacceptable! Only a incompetent "manager" will not know the process of a refund. To accomadate me I was advised of a different type of procedure, I was even told I would be given a "Free" treatment. But what I was not told was that each treatment consist of 4 applications and what I would really get free is 1 application. During the treatment I was asked how I would pay $2100 for the remaining applications, even though I am still owed over $3000 from a refund? I am over this company will not give them another dime and I suggest who ever is reading this take heed. Btw I still have yet to receive my refund!

It started out nice and ended in a nightmare I paid the down payment.Got home talked to my personal physician and he advised me to wait on the procedure for a year or two..I calle canceled and asked for a refund ..I had to contact my credit card company to settle the dispute. They never refunded my $400 If you plan on going through with a procedure it’s fine to make the down payment but if you have any doubts don’t give up your money they’re not quick to t refund.

Had surgery 2 weeks ago! When I tell you I love this office and their team! From the front desk with Katie, to my consultant/ masseuse Diana to Nick and Dr. Dillon! I went to a few other places and from the warm welcome when I entered this location to my 100000s of calls and questions to the day of my surgery. Diana especially made sure all of my questions were answered and made sure I felt less like a client and more like family. When you do your consultation ask for her! I see other reviews on here not so satisfied but when I tell you they had to have done something wrong after their procedure. It’s been two weeks and I know I still have some swelling but when I tell you Dr.Dillon worked wonders, I did lipo and a fat transfer... If you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon believe me you will be more than satisfied! Definitely getting my referrals!!! I appreciate all of you at Lift ♥️

Nick is not professional at all neither the doctors, I had a liposuction surgery and results came up really bad and had allergy because of them still taking pills till today's date . I had a procedure scheduled for June 21 ,2018 i went in for my procedure but unfortunately due to health issues they couldn’t do my procedure. They collected the funds since day 1 through the finance company .I had made numerous calls for my full refund they give me No answers every time I call. Dr. Brian Rosset is the surgeon who performed my procedure he was great and made me very comfortable throughout my procedure. He was very compassionate to my needs and made sure I was comfortable at all times through my procedure. I am a 47yr african American woman who has had 2 pregnancies via c-section deliver. I went into the lift center had my consultation for a tummy tuck and lipo to flanks,bra pads and back in may 2016, a month later June 2016 had the procedure done loved the results a few weeks in, but noticed a slight upper ab bulge went in spoke with my surgeon in October 2016 he scheduled me for revision of my abdominal area in January 2017 I'm really loving my flat tummy and snatched waist now. Thanks to Dr. Dillon I can put on a bathing suit this summer.

My experience at Lift started off GREAT until after the procedure. It was recommended during the consultation by Kara Garretson that I should have Lipo done. I was very unhappy with the abdomen portion of my stomach. After 7 months and $4500 later my stomach still looks the same. I even asked Dr. Dillon why wasn't the skin laser performed and he stated that I had enough elasticity on my stomach and didn't need it. When I asked Kara about that via email, she stated that it will be fine and they will take care of it if need be. I followed all the instructions that were given to me, I have always been a consistent person in the gym. The office failed after the procedure was done to return phone calls and messages to me so that I can come back for my follow-up appointments. It literally took me to get aggressive over the phone just a couple weeks ago in order for someone to call back. Needless to say, I finally went in, got measured and expressed my concerns with the male nurse that I seen. I since then spoken with Kara (who finally returned an email) and another person who's conclusion was "oh you just need a tummy tuck now" and their over the top gratitude was to offer me a 15% discount off a $7000 procedure, which was a huge slap in my face. Had it been expressed to me during the consultation that a tummy tuck was needed, I would not have gotten the lipo done but no one has ever mentioned me needing a tummy tuck during the consultation nor prior to the procedure but 7-8 months later. In my opinion this place is a scam to get your money, the entire procedure was not completed (skin laser) and they're not completely honest with their clients. I also have bulges and unevenness in my stomach and I am post the 6 month healing process. Good Luck to everyone who utilizes their business!!!

So I was on a bit hurry to schedule this appointment and to get approved for financing.....red flag kerrie at the Brookfield location was great at getting me set up for financing but failed to inform me it you only have 1 year to pay it off and didn't inform me that I have 48 hours before the procedure to cancel without having to pay 50% anyway... So after doing this first review I actually came in and did the procedure since i was paying for it anyway. Best decision ever 3 wks since I've had ive done and lost 5 inches and still counting because I'm still swollen. The doctor that did it couldn't believe how much I was laughing during the procedure. Dont get me wrong the first week was hard for me but had a great daughter, sister and daughter in law to see to me. I will be doing something more next winter so i can be ready for summer if i don't do it in spring.. Great staff and I've recommended people already.

I had my chin, love handles, bra pads, stomach and upper arms done. It’s been 5 weeks, I look amazing. My expectations were to look thinner, I am very pleased to say that I look thinner and in incredible shape. Who knew I had triceps muscles under there! I can see all of the muscles that were hidden away. I am wearing sleeveless shirts for the first time in years. All of my clothes look and feel great. I have no back fat, and a flat pretty tummy in a bikini. This was the best decision I’ve made to do something for myself. I spent hundreds of not thousands on dietary products that made no difference. Lift was a beautiful facility with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very organized and ready before and after my procedure. I have very tiny scars that may very well disappear altogether over time. My skin looks fantastic and very even. The surgeon was definately very gifted and very experienced. He was pleasant and very reassuring. I will recommend Lift Body Center to everyone that I know.

Doctor Dillion’s team is very unprofessional. I had a procedure done and I told him that I was not happy with the results and he said it will get better with time. My lipo was barely done. I feel this entire staff is very relaxed, and uneducated. I will be opening a case because of the way they handled me after surgery. I would not recommend this place to anyone after the experience I had. They seem to be only interested in collecting a payment. The customer service will make you question how they are in business so long. The quality of the work is a 1 out of 10.

I had lipo 360 done January 29 of this year and still experience discomfort and a lot of swelling ..nothing like Kara(nice but just there to get bookings) made it seem , like I’d be back at work in 4 days . It literally took me almost a month before I could drive minimally comfortable. My surgery was a bit suspect , being that the nurse practitioner in the office was performing lipo on me along with the dr Roberg (who is a quack , I’ll get into that shortly ) . Only a doctor should be performing lipo on anybody ! I am a nurse and they did no prep op labs or work up on me .. I knew my lab work And had a chest X-ray the prior week but nothing to do with this surgery so technically I knew I wasn’t anemic and my platelet count was good to undergo the procedure but they didn’t ,, too worried about booking and getting financed .. I have a hernia that I believe didn’t have before and it’s on the side of my abdomen that the NP was working on .. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal or malpractice to have any staff other than a physician performing surgical procedure !!.. btw they can argue the hernia was already there but I never had a physical evaluation by a doctor prior to surgery and a hernia Would have been a contraindication to the surgery and I should’ve been turned away .. upon discharge which is literally off the OR table and out the door , Walgreens wouldn’t fill my pain medication and I was besides myself in pain ... come to find out Dr Roberg had an opioid addiction or something and his name was flagged at pharmacies (google his name .. it will come up )..Never saw a physician post op .. and now I hear they fired Dr Roberg and that they are changing the name of the facility .. hmmm I wonder why ??.. my results are mediocre at best ... I suggest you do a thorough research on the facility and doctors that you choose to do your procedure .. but don’t go here !

11/3/2016 - this is an update on my previous review. After I submitted my review the manager, Kendall Greenberg, called. She stressed how much they want patient satisfaction. I went for a visit and met her and Dr. Dillon. The doctor and staff from my previous awful experience do not work there anymore. I decided to give this place one more chance and I have to say that between Kendall and Dr. Dillon turned my awful experience into a wonderful one. Dr. Dillon performed a tummy tuck and the service pre and post surgery have been wonderful. Both of them have really walked the extra mile in order for me to be happy. They really know how to do a patient satisfaction recovery service. Please never change they way you treat patients. You make me feel that my opinion matters and thanks to your outstanding service and dedication, I feel more confident now. Thank you very much. Ana I don't have a good experience with this place. The consultant said I only needed a water lipo and my stomach was going to be perfect. It was a nightmare since the beginning. The day of the procedure turned out that a different doctor was scheduled to do the procedure & I was not notified. I felt the procedure when she assured me I was not goint to feel anything; very painful. I lived in a different state & for my appts they said it was w/the doc but turned to be w/a RN after I travel over 1 hr each time. I told the doc how dissapointed I was & he said I was a candidate for tummy tuck instead lipo and that the consultant should have said it. Of course, if I want the tummy tuck now I need to pay the whole amount of the procedure; over $8,000. They said they were going to work with me and never heard from them again. Now, the doc that did the procedure doesn't work there anymore. My stomach looks very ugly and I have a lot of loose skin. I will never recommend this place. I believe it is false advertisement when the advertisement says that it is a guarantee you will not have loose skin. They don't really keep customers happy at all. Ana

I was debating as too whether I should do this for a while. Look my initial visit was wonderful as long as they get u in and receive your money!!!! My experience after that was a disaster I took out a 10 thousand dollar loan and my body is a disaster one of my butt cheecks is bigger and deformed I cried for months. These people do not care for you or your body I am broken and even more embarrassed of my body but they said my body looks significantly better people I look at myself in the mirror and I feel shame worse than before. I was mocked and told this is not a diet plan lol i know that but i didnt even get the shape i wanted i look like a fool and feel like an idiot. Please people read this and take it into consideration I am human and I have feelings this was nothing but tears after tears I did this for my marriage and I still will not take of my clothes. I am not in any way exaggerating these people dismissed me as I was garbage. I am now more depressed and embarrassed of how I look now then before. I really tried guys put myself into huge debt to walk away even more broken thank you body lift. Ok so recently I was contacted by the CEO of the company and we worked it out will be having the procedure done again will update as soon as possible. The staff is all new and so far they have turned things around. Update soon

I had the pleasure of working with Natalie Rizzo, Nick Comtine, Kiril V, Stacy H, Emily and last but not least Dr. Roberg. I had chin and inner thigh liposuction here last summer. Dr. Dillon performed my procedure and I am not happy with the results. First, he did not get rid of the double chin (which was the point of the procedure) but instead my chin is still there but looks really uneven. He never even took 5 minutes to examine me before the procedure and get an idea of what he had to do. Now I will have to go elsewhere to have this fixed so basically $2,500.00 down the drain. During the procedure I was freezing on the table and though I was told I was not going to feel pain I constantly had to verbalize to the doctor that I felt pain and he was just singing along with the music instead of focusing on how I was feeling.

I was in for lipo on the abdomen, hips & back area in Feb. The doctor was very late to begin with. During the procedure the dr & nurse were telling me that I was going to look great by the time I went on vacation in may, that my stomach was going to be flat & that the other areas were going to be gone as well. Here it is the end of june, & all my areas pretty much look the same, very little difference in the hip area, abs are not not at all different & still have all the fat at my bra line. Spent a lot of money for nothing. Please don't go to this place!!

I’m starting to think they are a scam!! I scheduled a procedure and put a $400 dollar deposit down. Something came up and I cancelled the procedure, requested a refund. I was told I would get the refund....well it’s been 5 months and still no refund!!! And to think I was going to reschedule my procedure again! Not after this! Every time I call they give me the run around. And there’s no head manager! I call and it’s an answering service, when I ask to speak to a manager, one rep told me she didn’t have the number to the facility! How?! Why not?! I told her so you mean to say your scheduling appointments for a clinic you have to record of?! Doesn’t make any sense!! I called back and another rep told me the “clinic manager” Kendall Greenberg is in a meeting and will call me back...guess what? Never did. Then talk to the consultant Jessica from the WI location and she told me yesterday she would have Beatrice the head of accounting give me a call right back...guess what? Never did. I just called again and left yet ANOTHER message on Jessica’s voicemail. I need help! Has anyone experineced this with them before? Did you ever get your money back? Can I file a police report for this? I sure am looking into filing a police complaint. Contacting local news too.
