After extensive research I chose Dr. Patel to be my wife’s surgeon. She had been bothered by her under-eye bags and her breasts sagging. She had 15 years old implants with hardness due to scarring. Dr. Patel discussed all options and we trusted his recommendation. And boy was he right. Dr. Patel and his entire staff were knowledgeable and friendly and so respectful of my wife and her needs. The procedure was done in outpatient surgery center. The center staff was equally amazing. A great private facility. She is thrilled with the results. She looks 15 years younger and her breasts are very soft now. Dr. Patel is such a skilled surgeon that the scarring is healing beautifully and minimally. I trusted him with my wife and he did an amazing job keeping her safe and giving great natural looking results.

I love Dr. Patel and his office. He has been my go to doctor twice now (breast augmentation + tummy tuck & BBL), and I have not been disappointed. He’s very knowledgeable and attentive even during recovery. He will never have you do anything or a procedure that is not necessary. He is very personable and humble for a very well known plastic surgeon in Chicago area. His patient care coordinator will work with you financially as well. I could go on and on like a broken record, but I say go to Dr. Patel and you won’t be disappointed. I went to Dr Patel because one of my friends had a mommy makeover with him and looks fantastic! I only had a consultation for a breast augmentation and felt so confident with his work signed up for breast aug and lift, revision of a bad tummy tuck I had years ago with a bad plastic surgeon, 360 Liposuction with fat Transfer to my butt and hips! Dr. Patel and his staff are so awesome. I was new to the area and found him on google and Realself. The office staff is very friendly and not pretentious or hoity toity like some offices I've been to. Michelle is his injector who does Botox and fillers and I HIGHLY recommend her. She took her time, making sure it was perfect. She's really sweet too. I'd had filler done at two places previously and while I was happy with the results, it didn't really look much different (especially $600 different!). Now they look noticeably fuller but not 'duck lips' at the same time. Michelle called it a pout. :-) I also had a breast augmentation with lift and tummy tuck with Dr. Patel. I love my new body and can't wait for summer to get here. He is truly a down to earth, honest and gifted surgeon. I am very happy with my choice and recommend Dr. Patel to anyone in Chicago area. I had 4 consults with the top plastic surgeons in the area. I had several challenges that I was trying to find the best surgeon to treat me for! I had a mild sagging after breastfeeding two children ( but did not want a breast lift) And another request I had was that I wanted my BA via transaxillary incision. All 4 surgeons did not offer transaxillary breast augmentation. But wanted it since I did not want to have any scars on my breast tissues ( even slightest or faded). Dr. Patel is simply the best when it comes to transaxillary ( he does all types of incisions, but I think he lets his patients decide which one they want). My scars under my arms are absolutely undetectable! And I am only 3 months out. He tried two different sizers/temporary implants on operating table and selected one that looked best and because that's what I wanted in our pre surgery discussion. He also did my tummy tuck for me and I cannot believe when I look at myself in the mirror that my body looks like when I was before having kids. And I had no drains! just Awesome! Two health professionals recommended me Dr. Patel-- the RN who had tummy tuck with Dr. Patel and an anesthesiologist, who is family friend. My recovery was as expected. I love my new breast!! And my tummy tuck area looks amazing! my tummy tuck scar is fading nicely but Already wearing two piece bikini this summer as my scar is below my bikini line. Dr. Patel is a great surgeon. But most importantly is down to earth and understands what the patient wants and needs are beyond the words!!! Highly recommend Dr. Patel!

Having Plastic surgery and getting an extensive breast lift and augmentation was never something I ever thought I needed to consider as I was always happy with my breasts. I had been a D cup until I recently lost 65 lbs and realized I was now faced with extremely sagging smaller breasts. I wanted the best plastic surgeon in Chicago and surgeon's reputation were high on my list of things to consider. I turned to my girlfriend who just 3 years ago had a breast augmentation & nose job done by Dr. Dhaval Patel. She loves her results and highly recommended Dr. Patel. So...I went for my consultation and I was sold! The entire staff at Dr. Patel's office has been nothing less than professional, discreet, supportive and informative. Each visit was prompt and encouraging. Dr. Patel did an exceptional job in walking me thru the process, explaining the process of the breast lift, the various implants and their pros and cons as well as the healing process so I can make the best decision for me.. I chose a 400cc gummy bear Implant and a loli-pop shaped lift?. Surgery center staff was great too. My recovery as less than a week. I am couple of months out and I am extremely pleased with my results. My lift scars very fine and hard to see even though it's only been couple of months. Now I am considering getting my tummy tuck to get rid of my loose skin and fat from by belly and hips area. Thank you Dr. Patel for your wonderful care. I highly recommend Dr. Patel if you are considering plastic surgery in Chicago area. Tip: if you are sensitive to painkillers and narcotics, consider anti nausea patch and oral tablet that Dr. Patel gives. It works great!

A mom of 4, youngest being 2, and a husband who is in great shape, I often started to feel little anxious and depressed. After hours in gym and living to eat, I decided to research other options to remove that unwanted fat from my back, thighs, arms, and knees! Dr. Patel has a nice and informative website but I was not convinced at first. I decided to do a consultation after further research and I am so glad I did. I had my procedure with Dr. Patel in mid 2018, and he is amazing! His personality fit right with mine. I knew immediately that he was the doctor for me. You can just tell he loves what he does. He really took his time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I decided to bite the bullet and go for the whole enchilada....tummy tuck, 360 liposuction with fat transfer to my butt and breasts, breast lift and liposuction of my arms and thighs! It’s amazing what a difference it can make when you Go to a place where everyone is professional and know what they are doing and deliver on their promises. Amy, my coordinator is also a doll. She keeps it as real as it gets and for me I appreciate the honesty! She actually was the icing on the cake to help me through my recovery! The day after my procedure, I woke up the next day feeling sore but was able to move around. First week was tough but manageable. I am now over 6 months post op and I am in love with my results. I would totally do it all over again and it was totally worth the money. They delivered on everything they promised! As cliche as it sounds. I wish I had done this sooner. I will be returning in a few weeks to get some additional work done on face with Botox and laser resurfacing! They made a believer out of me, and that is hard!

Dr. Dhaval Patel is a very friendly, honest, funny, and detailed person. He cares for your questions and wants to ensure that you are more than informed of what is forth coming. He does not sugar coat anything procedure wise and tells you it is a major surgery and to expect just that. I am 2 months post op and I can tell you after 16 years of my old body I am pleased to say even with the fresh scaring, I am pleased with my new look. Dr. Patel not only completed the tummy tuck procedure but also lipo some areas that needed it to ensure that the overall appearance was a great shape. I had lost my breast volume after breast feeding. I did to want implants so he recommended fat transfer to my breasts. What a great suggestion! I have never felt so confident in my body . I been going to Dr.Patel for the past 4 years for everything. The first time I went was to get a consultation for BBL, I was terrified due to hearing stories from people. I remember he was the first doctor I set up a consultation with ( I had other appointments set after him). When I first arrived the girls made me feel so comfortable especially Jennifer. Jennifer told me about her procedure done with Dr.Patel and even showed me her before and after. When Dr Patel came in he made me loose my anxiety and made me look forward to the surgery. Because I started off with small amount of breast tissue and slight sagging of breast skin, Dr. Patel decided to go below the muscle and have separate dissection of breast tissue to give a small lift. This also really helped give the visual appearance of a lift, since I lost some perkiness after losing weight. I went from a small B to a large D, and I have been so happy with the result. I look sexy but natural, which was very important to me because I work in the professional world. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a single thing. Even my recovery was very easy. I was functioning normally after a few days, and was able to slowly start workout after 3-4 weeks. I would recommend Dr. P to anyone.

I'm the type of person who doesn't typically write reviews or even have the time, but my recent experience with Dr. Patel’s office is definitely worth my time! I am a mommy of three, with my youngest being 2 years of age. After each baby I'd bounce back to my original weight but as you know the beauty of having children can leave devastating damage to the appearance of our bodies. After three breastfed big babies I was left with an unrecognizable belly button, hanging excess tissue and droopy breasts I knew NO workout or diet could remedy! I made the best decision in having a Mommy Make Over—-full tummy tuck and breast implants done by Dr. Patel! I never thought I'd be able to wear a two piece ever again! I felt very confident with his knowledge and experience. Trust him when he expresses his opinions because he was absolutely right! From 360 Lipo with my tummy tuck to implant toe and size. I wanted to go very natural and at first I was afraid with the size preference of the implants chosen for me, but in the end the results were perfect so I'm happy I listened. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone who is in doubt!

I wasn't fortunate like most girls to be fully develop in my chest. I always felt so self conscious and embarrassed because to myself I looked like a 13 year old boy in a bikini. It was a running joke between my friends and Me. I lost count of all the consultations I spent money to go to for the last 5 plus years but did not feel comfortable with either the staff or surgeon. It wasn't until I went to Dr. Patel’s office and finally did what I always wanted to do. The receptionists up front are just a joy and so friendly. When I had my consultation with Jennifer (Dr. Patel’s assistant) and Dr. Patel, they probably took 45 minutes or so. They went into detail about everything and anything! It wasn't an in and out type of consultation like I was used to. They made me feel so comfortable and made it seem like I was the only one in the office! (Although I had to wait good 35 mins to see them as their office is super busy). You can tell they have passion in what they do! Jennifer even gave me her cell number and told me to call her if I had any questions before or after surgery. I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered. Not too big and not too small, they are perfect for my body! After surgery they checked on me and even scheduled multiple appointments to see the progression with Dr. Patel. I'm currently 4 months out of surgery and I feel amazing! The scar is minimum and no more boy body! This has been one of the best decisions I've ever made especially choosing Dr. Patel and staff. If I had to do it all over again I would in a heart beat!

I have always had small breasts with uneven cup size that led to a lot insecurities. Finally I started my search to find the best plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation. It was a process alright....6 months and multiple consultations...and final choice was Dr. Patel hands down! I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Patel a few months ago. I am very pleased I chose him as my surgeon. I was worried that I would look “fake” or “overdone” and the implants wouldn’t look right on on my body. I was thinking about a mommy makeover a long time before I decided to go on consults. I went through all of the top doctors in Chicago and consulted with many of them. Dr. Patel is the nicest and most sincere person I have ever met. He spent an entire hour on the consult. I originally thought I would only need breast implants and wanted a tummy tuck. He told me that breast implants alone would not work for me and I would need a breast lift with augmentation. He did also say he would do the tummy tuck and flank liposuction at the same time. I was really worried because I wanted a mommy makeover with minimal scarring and did not want scars on my breasts. Well its been 1 year since my mommy makeover and the scars aren't even visible! I love my figure in tight dresses and outfit. I love my results and so happy I had my plastic surgery done with Dr. Patel.

He had to spend several hours just cleaning out the scarring and leaking silicone left from the rupture. He then meticulously repaired my Breast pockets for the implants, as well as adding abdominal fat in order to make an incredibly natural look and feel. I love the results of my 360 body liposuction too. Before surgery, my breasts were hard and in my arm pits. Like I mentioned, I am very happy! Secondly, I was given all the information before my surgery, so I knew what to expect. If I had additional questions, they were always answered to my satisfaction in person or over the phone. I have been getting Botox and various fillers done since my 20's. I was taught by my mother to get ahead of aging rather then falling behind and chasing it. It has worked out well for me for the most part. But I got tired of getting multiple fillers done over time so I was looking for more long term solution. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for last 5 years. I discussed my concerns with Dr. Patel and he recommended fat transfer to my face. As always, he is direct and honest. That's why I have been in his office on regular basis over last 5 years. It's a safe procedure as it's my own fat with no risk of rejection or anything. I opted to add my own blood plasma/PRP to my fat to increase its survivability and better outcome. Procedure was done in office awake with small liposuction to harvest fat and then fat transfer like regular fillers. That was straight forward with minimal discomfort. I am several months out from my fat transfer and I love my results. Dr. Patel is an artist for sure! It looks very natural and it will last me a long time. Per Dr. Patel.....many years... So financially also, it is definitely worth it. I recommend this procedure to anyone looking for long term solution to fillers.
