I used to always look tired in pictures and since having my surgery with Dr. Byun, I have been receiving many compliments most of all “ wow you look amazing!” And working with guests all day in the beauty industry has made me look how I feel- full of energy. Dr. Byun has made this process very easy for me, always answering any questions that I have and making me feel comfortable. I had a couple of consults before deciding on Dr.Byun and I am more than satisfied with my decision.

The reason I am going to this length to share my experience, is because I am so thankful and happy that I would like to do something in return to show my appreciation and repay in the small way that I can. This is a big deal for me to say things like this because I have to say that I am very picky and hard on myself. Six weeks ago, I received a Dr. Byun’s famous signature midface muscle lift/ Face Lift, along with upper and lower eyelids surgery, forehead muscle lift, and chin muscle release. I am 57 years old. It’s been 10 years since I wanted to have surgery done, so I consulted many doctors and even traveled to other states to search for reputable doctors. I have done a lot of research and decided on Dr. Byun to do my surgery. Dr. Byun is very caring, kind but most importantly, you want to make all your patients young and pretty, so you don’t just perform surgery, but devote all your efforts and talent to make this happen. I realized more this after my surgery. Not only Dr. Byun turn clock back my age 20 years younger, I appreciate Dr. Byun’s efforts put in details like even my ear lobe. Dr. Byun said that ear lobe cannot be simply cut and replaced. Skin and muscle inferior to the ear lobe have to be lifted to reduce tension along the earlobe so I do not have traditional face lift ear lobe look! I also had a scar on my forehead due to an injury that made a dent, and Dr. Byun went out of his way to make it better. Now it looks like I have never injured it. I am honored and proud to be Dr. Byun’s patient! I compared the profile to my wedding picture, and I look better now than then, what could I ask more?

Paid a ton of money for a breast augmentation just to have problems and now my breast look way worse then they did before I told the doctor my left breast was hardening way in the beginning and he told me to simply massage it when I went back months later I was told I would basically have to pay for a whole other surgery with no compassion towards me at all I will be going to another surgeon in the near future it's a shame to put your trust into someone trying to improve your body image just to now be left embarrassed of the surgery he did

I Love Dr. Byun and very happy that I chose him. He is a truly gifted artist. He gave me my youthful look back and I get compliments all the time on how good I look. He and his staff are always there whenever you need them.

I had the pleasure of attending a charity event for Dr. Byun. The event benefited those in need of surgery, but don't have the funds to pay for it through insurance. At the event he shared some stories of patients that he has helped in the past. These patients weren't patients that got a procedure done to increase thier beauty it was to correct an issue that happened to them in an accident or disease. Patients that he helped also came to the event to share their stories and show their happiness they have now. It was a very good event and was able to show how great the charity is and how it can help others in need.

Dr. Byun is a great experienced surgeon not only in Chicago land area but over the world. He did amazing jobs for my family members and I’m very happy we were referred to his office. He also has an outstanding sense of humor that you do not want to miss it :-). He gives deep care and time to help patients feel comfortable. He shares and answers detailed information on what to expect during and after surgery. Every interaction we’ve had with him and the office staffs have been positive. I highly recommend him. and his staff members are so expert as well.

For whoever writes good reviews about this doctor ( you might be a lucky one and I hope you guys telling the true ) For whoever thinking to choose this doctor PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH This doctor called a cops on his patients I understand the surgery take time to heal and that why I waited..but I think with my situation it will never heal ( I have numbers of pictures w my own blog if someone ever needs to see) After I contacted Nicole and sent all bad photos that dr BYUN leave on my body they reported me HARRASSING them ...Really......so basically after the patient paid for the service if Patient not happy they cannot speak up otherwise they will report it by HARRASSING People make mistakes,I get it but the way they treated their patient... that’s so wrong Nicole ( office manager) said to me .. people pay in a certain money and expect everything to be perfect.. there is nothing to be perfect DON’T UPSET DR BYUN...Really......??? What about me....?? Trust me if you told me like that at the beginning ..I never hired u dr BYUN ..and ...if you two reading my reviews,you must know why I got so upset (what happened if your family member got bad experience like me) again I’m complaining about the scar ... IT IS THE JOB Nicole should take a look on the receipts and my records before urging with your clients .. I paid for liposuction and she keep telling me NO YOU ONLY PAID FOR A TUMMY TUCK..another scary thing when she said that so you really don’t know what they had done on you cz they put you in SLEEP I’m writing this review cz I don’t want other women have to go though like this ... The money is in your pocket ... BE Careful Sad thing about this is I was 100% trusted him and promoted his business on Asian beauty magazine ( I sent it to you guys remember...?) and thanks god I didn’t

Best Plastic Surgeon on the Planet!!!!! I have had numerous plastic procedures and aside from looking refreshed and youthful, you would never know I had a thing done. I am very open about having plastic surgery because I would like to share Dr. Byun with anyone wanting a natural result. In addition to being an incredible surgeon he is a great, down to earth person who listens to your concerns. My maintenance routine now includes botox and my new favorite, platelet injections. My face is thin and I like the extra volume the platelet injections give me. At 64 I am often complimented on my skin which I attribute to the platelet injections. I don't know how he does them! I am just grateful to have Dr. Byun to keep me looking as good as I feel.

Dr. Byun....is amazing. He is the best doctor ever. He really cares for his patients, very down to earth. He does a wonderful job, always thinking about the needs of his patients. He takes his time to explain everything. I went to the ER with multiple truma. Lets just say if it wasn't for Dr. byun i would not be here today writing this review. I had double eyelid surgery and eye lift done about a year ago and I am pleased with the results. Dr. Byun is very nice and informative. He really listens to you and cares about his patients. His staff members are also very friendly and professional. I had zero pain after surgery. I also had fillers done on my forehead and I love the results. I definitely would recommend coming here for any eye surgery or injectable fillers.
