Dr. Jake Bloom is one amazing & incredible doctor! He eased a lot of my anxiety & worries about scarring/wound care. I have a 2 year old boy that fell & had a tiny cut on his forehead two weeks ago. Dermabond glue was applied At Lurie’s children hospital ER versus stitches upon my choosing. As soon as the Dermabond film fell off, I noticed that the wound didn’t close well. I texted Danielle, his wonderful wife & who happens to be a previous co-worker of mine, to see if Dr. Jake can see my son. She immediately contacted his office, got all my information. And that very same day, my son & I were immediately accommodated. Dr. Jake is very professional, warm & knowledgeable on his field. His entire staff are very accommodating & friendly as well. He sat down & explained to me thoroughly my options. His medical & professional input eased a lot of my worries. The only regret I have is I wished I contacted their office first as soon as the incident happened. My son James loves Dr. Jake and didn’t even cry at the consultation. Dr. Bloom's bedside manner is second to none. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and dedicated to helping you achieve results that fit your body and meet your needs. I am a patient, like many others, who had a negative experience elsewhere and was apprehensive about my next step. I replaced saline implants with gel, added a Galatea internal mesh "bra" and had a lift. This is the best thing I've done for myself. My number one concern with a lift was the scar and I could not be happier. At only 5 months out the scars are already fading and look way better than I had hoped for. Post Op care has also been of the highest quality. Since my surgery I've had Botox and filler with great results. I am looking and feeling good. People have told me I look great and I've lost weight. They know I look better and different without noticing exactly what I've had done. I highly recommend Dr. Bloom without reservation.

Every time I walk in the doors I am kindly greeted and feel right at home. I adore the staff here and Dr. Bloom is a very knowledgeable and kind man. He explains things very well and gives you options which I love. He also never wants to do too much of anything. He would prefer to keep you looking and feeling fresh rather than creating some sort of plastic version of yourself.
