Miracle Doctor!! Ok, so a brief history on me and why I chose Dr. Kramer. About 15 years ago I had breast implants put in (yes, 5 years past their expiration date) to help fill in what was left after nursing my daughter. I didn’t get a lift, just a fill so I’d at least look decent in clothing. My doctor, at that time, made my implants a bit bigger than I requested which upset me but I kept them regardless. Anyways, after 15 years of having these heavy saline-filled bags in my chest, I was done, done, done! I wanted to remove them and lift these babies up! Over time, the weight of these things not only caused chronic neck and back pain but they were sagging with one protruding more to my side. I was fearful after moving to a very small city that I wouldn’t be able to find a doctor who could correct what was happening. Of course I could find a doctor who could remove the implants but I needed to find one who could give me a lift with the best results possible. I happen to research a few plastic surgeons in the area and saw that Dr. Kramer worked in my hometown of Phoenix, AZ! Yes! A doctor from a big city!!! After scoring that bonus round, I looked into his work. I was very impressed with his work and his healed results that I immediately scheduled an appointment. Having my consultation, he and his assistant Kimmie were very professional and answered all of my questions. What I got from Dr. Kramer during our consultation was that he was extremely calculative and was analyzing all the details in front of him. He was very clear as to what my results could be and I appreciated his his non-sugar coated delivery. His Assistant, Kimmie, she is an absolute doll! She has been my go-to for all of the questions I’ve had since my surgery and I’m so happy I have her in my corner. Now, I had my surgery about a week ago and so far I’m LOVING my results!! He had a major challenge in front of him and he nailed it!! My results are beyond what I could’ve ever imagined and they aren’t even fully healed! How crazy is that??! I would highly HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kramer if you want amazing results. I’m sooooo glad I did!

Dr. Kramer and his staff are exceptional as far as their knowledge and care for patients. Every single person was friendly and made the experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I went to Dr. Kramer seeking a breast augmentation after giving birth to and breastfeeding three children. As you can imagine, it can be somewhat uncomfortable discussing such a private (and even embarrassing) situation with anybody--even a doctor. However, Dr. Kramer is completely professional and takes the time to answer questions and make sure that he understands what the patient wants. His calm demeanor and straightforward communication really put me at ease and made me feel 100% comfortable. I would also like to add that Kimm, who works closely with Dr. Kramer during examinations, is especially kind and considerate of patients throughout the entire process. She made herself available for questions and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort before and after surgery. I am completely happy with my results and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I simply can't say enough about Dr. Kramer and his staff!

I was recommended to Dr. Kramer by a good friend. I went for an abdominal plasty consultation and booked my surgery that same day. I had no idea how simple it was to fix extra skin and separated abdominal muscles after three C-sections . Everyone at the office was so helpful and they even gave me the name of a prior patient that I could talk with over the phone about what to expect. The day of surgery was very uneventful as far as anything negative to report. I showed up, got my IV, got marked up and then woke up in recovery. I never really have had any pain to speak of, I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Kramer did a wonderful job. I have had a second procedure with him and again, super happy with the process and results. It’s life changing and the skill and the caution this doctor works with are very much appreciated by me.

It took me a while to decide to get a breast life and augmentation and went to a couple different doctors for consultations. Immediately when I walked into Dr. Kramer's office, I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so professional and kind and made me feel very at ease. Dr. Kramer spent considerable time with me in my consultation and his nurse, Kimmie, too. They answered all my questions and asked a lot of their own, making sure I knew all my options and also getting to know me and what I was looking to get out of my surgery. My surgery was amazing! I was treated so well and it is apparent that everyone who works for or around Dr. Kramer loves their jobs and respects Dr. Kramer. My follow ups were all great, still treated with the same care and completeness as before my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kramer for any cosmetic surgery--I can't imagine having anyone else perform surgery on me. He is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want!

Wanting breast augmentation, I consulted with two different plastic surgeons in Boise. Dr. Kramer first, then another. I initially preferred the second surgeon, but the price was 1 1/2 times the price quoted by Dr. Kramer's office. I would have to wait another year to afford it. A few months after the first consult (and thankfully BEFORE I actually got surgery with someone else!) I was contacted by Dawn in Dr. Kramer's office. I was honest with her about being less than thrilled with my experience meeting Dr. Kramer. She urged me to give him a second chance. I went for a second consultation and I'm SO GLAD I DID! My husband accompanied me to the second appointment (I was alone at the first) and we realized that Dr. Kramer's apparent lack of bedside manner is due to a laser focus on the work he plans to do. He's meticulous and an absolute artist at breast augmentation. His office is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is friendly, warm, extremely knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with! I'm ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with my results and would recommend Dr. Kramer to anyone.

He was very blunt, to the point, and matter of fact. However, I learned to appreciate those qualities in him because he sets realistic expectations and doesn't sugar coat anything and he truly is a brilliant surgeon. Kimmie has a warm and comforting personality, as well as loads of knowledge and experience. The front desk woman, Jennifer, is incredibly pleasant and friendly. Most importantly, I am so happy with the results of my procedure. From my first phone call to Dr. Kramer's office to my post op appointments, my experience with Dr. Kramer and all of his staff was an excellent experience. I had been researching breast augmentation and surgeons in my area for over a year. I took my surgery seriously and I wanted to make the best choice. Dr. Kramer was high on my list because I have a friend who went to him for augmentation and her results were beautiful. I also was impressed by the before and after photos on his website. I attended the "Breast Event" at his office with a group of other women who shared an interest in augmentation. The " Event" was informative and interactive. We met Kimm ( Dr. Kramer's wonderful nurse and breast assistant) and other members of Dr. Kramer's staff . Dr Kramer talked to us, showed us pictures , patiently answered endless questions, passed around different implants for us to look at and feel. At pre op I had an opportunity to meet with Dr. Kramer and Kimm. Dr Kramer went over everything that would happen before, during and after surgery and discussed my desired results with me. I tried on bras with implants so I could get a real feel for what I was hoping to achieve. I am now 1 week post op. I was expecting to be happy with my results . The results exceeded my expectations. My breasts are beautiful!! They are only going to get better because they have yet to fully settle into place. I am beyond happy. It feels so good not to feel the insecurities I felt when it came to my breasts. Dr Kramer is an experienced surgeon but he is also a breast artist. I have already recommended him to two women in my life that are interested in augmentation. Thank You , Dr. Kramer, Kimm and staff for my beautiful new breasts.

I had a Clear lift at Dr Kramer's office on March 14th 2018. HORRIFIC !!! I was told NO DOWN TIME and NO after care !! It is done with a "new laser" procedure that is supposed to firm and help with redness of skin. LOOK AT MY AFTER PHOTOS !! This has made me lose work and $$$$.AND they have not refunded me as of today--which THEY said they would do on March 20th 2018. Make sure you know what you're in for !! The other photo is what I looked like the day before the procedure !!!!! Photo is a little blurry because of the lighting only.

I am 31 and had 3 large kids and my body was was never the same. I had a lot of hanging skin hanging from my stomach almost looked like I had a full fanny pack on at all times I hated it . so my first appointment went well doctor Kramer and kimmie was very professional and easy to talk to and they answered all my insanely crazy questions .They were not pushy at all and did not convince me into anything else that I did not need. I was getting an abdominaplasty ( tummy tuck ) done.At first I chicken out for first for 4 months and they did not make me feel guilty or sad about not getting it done. The best part was I was not harassed every single day to make an appointment again. As time passes I really wanted one and did more research i called and made appointments and So So glad that I did .I walked in to the surgery center thinking the worse and was very scared and negative. They put me to sleep and I did not feel anything.I wake up great and they had me up walking like a hour later .It was not bad at all not even close to want i tthought how bad it would be .I went home and rested and sweet little kimmie and there fantastic staff called and checked on me it was nice cause I needed some support to tell me that every thing is normal and ok .In my opinion my C-section pain was 100 times worse then a tummy tuck pain. The whole thing was just an amazing Journey and I got back my self confidence that I had lost 15 years ago it's only been 6 weeks and I feel great already where'd my first bikini and never wanted to take it off I looked in the mirror and just cried tears of happiness. Totally life-changing ,never in a million years thought my body would look as good as it does right now .Thank you so so much doctor Kramer for making me look and feel amazing all over agian and thanks to the fantastic office staff and kimmie for always being there for me . Dr. Kramer and his staff are fantastic. I feel so welcome just coming into the office! From first time calling Jennifer (front desk) to speaking with Courtney (who managed my scheduling) and all preparation with Kim (nurse) and Dr. Kramer it has been great! I have wanted a breast augmentation for, well, too long to remember, but I have always been very nervous about the right doctor, the right timing, and the financial commitment. I finally had a reason to just seriously look into my options. I had several doctors recommended to me, a few in state and a few out of state. I soon realized that Dr. Kramer was the only decision for me. First, just looking at before and afters of any of his plastic surgery procedures he's done in comparison to other surgeons, it was obvious the skill and artistry was superior. The staff was very informative and ensured that I had every option to learn everything I needed to know to make the best decision for myself. They worked very hard to work with my schedule and explain the costs and make sure that everything was a very smooth process. From planning to surgery I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Kramer is state of the art in his process surrounding surgery and recovery and even though it may not be everyone's outcome, I experienced almost no pain after my surgery and had a very quick recovery with a lot of care and follow-up from Kimmie first, then of course Dr. Kramer. Everyone is great! I was so happy I stayed in state. The slight extra cost was absolutely worth the experience, the security from any potential complications, the proximity and the care I received...not to mention I am extremely happy with the outcome!!

Wow here we go again REVIEWS yes I know we can take them or leave me but here's the deal Coming from a mans perspective . My wife had a simple augmatation years back after 2 kids and a partridge in a pear tree ,by a top 100 us board certified that has since retired and was perfect .,after the years gone by ther was some noticeable scar capsulation forming without hesitation went into the doctor a a full mamagram, No worries all good but thought it should be time . Dr Kramer and staff made this happen nothing but A+ Had surgery with the best results(this was not an easy situation) but completed with little to no scarring and with great results , I know as a husband for almost 30 years, of course I'm byass , she's is happy and heathy and looks great. Dr Kramers prep work with (to dos and not to dos ) was the most professional that we have seen ,pre op ,cares ,meds, and after care was bar-none was the answer. Sorry to vent but as a man we want the best for our wife's and ladies,out there . Dr Kramer and staff thank you for keeping them up! people please due your homework as we did and have found this was our best choice as well As the best results Staff was way more than expected from star to finish. THANKS ALWAYS

I would give this establishment zero stars if it was possible. I have deliberated long and hard regarding writing this review. After telling several family and friends, they all suggested that I write about my experience, hopefully this may give someone fair warning before seeing this particular plastic surgeon. My daughter had been a patient of Dr. Kramer, so I went in to see him for a consultation regarding breast augmentation surgery. It took me 2 years to save a little over $10,000 to be able to pay for augmentation surgery that I had desired for many years. The assistant to the doctor took me into an examining room that smelled as if someone had broke wind in it before I was left to sit in there. I am not sure if when the doctor came in he noticed the foul odor and thought that I was the one that created it, but the way he treated through the consultation indicated hostility. The assistant asked that I remove my blouse and put on a robe. As soon as Dr. Kramer walked in, I perceived him as being annoyed already. I was asked to remove the robe, which I did. As soon as I removed it, he started measuring and muttering comments to the assistant. Her back was turned while she wrote the comments. He said something about the burn scars on my arms, then he poked just above my right breast near my arm pit area and said something like, What is this?? While he poked it. It was small fat pillow that I had on each side. I actually had never noticed this area before until he brought it to my attention. It took me a little over a year to lose about 45 pounds before I went to see this doctor, but I still had about 10 more pounds to go before feeling perfectly fine with my appearance. I just wanted to fill up the extra skin in my breasts after having 3 children and losing that much weight. I was actually happy with the results of losing the weight. During the examination Kramer told me to lift my arms above my head and said, look in the mirror, which I did. By then I was terribly embarrassed and all I wanted to do was leave as fast as I could as tears began to well up in my eyes. He said that he could do liposuction on the area that he pointed out. I told him, No, I can lose more weight. I just wanted to leave at that point, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. All I can say is that he could have been much less rude, it was not necessary to body shame me. I was already embarrassed about how my breasts looked, that is why I went to him in the fist place. I certainly did not need the plastic surgeon to degrade me. After the appointment I went out to my car and sat there for a long while feeling stunned and embarrassed after what I had just endured. I told my daughter that I wish I had never went to see her doctor. I am not a huge heavy lady. I just want to give fair warning to others so that they do not feel the same way as I did that day in case they are not perfectly thin. This doctor does not have a compassionate heart, he is cold and incredibly rude, or at least he was to me. As I had mentioned earlier, my daughter had a breast augmentation by Doctor Kramer. He actually had my daughter's medical file with her bare breast pictures when they consulted with me. He opened her file and showed me her pictures. Even if she is my daughter, she was still a patient, it is not appropriate to share her file unless she authorized it. At least that is what I would expect from a reputable medical office.

From my consultation to my many questions and pre opp, Dr. Kramer and his staff have always been so easy to work with and always willing to answer questions, and concerns. I am 8 months out from surgery and wouldn't change a thing. Its so great knowing that even after surgery is done they are just as attentive to you and your needs. I contacted Dr Kramer's office regarding cost and scheduling of consultation. I was thorough about my interest and current factors/circumstances. The website asks for your preferred method of communication (What a considerate question! This is not only convenient but thoughtful in the sense of privacy). I checked "email". Several days later, I have received nothing in my email. I do receive a call on my cell phone at a most inopportune time. I mention my surprise that I was not contacted by email instead. The (Receptionist??) says that she needed more information. [long awkward pause] She asks "what do you want ..ummm.. what do you want to know?" (startlingly unprofessional). Perhaps my email wasn't even read, I wonder? Patiently I suggest scheduling a consultation, asking for the price of a consultation. She says "well, we can't do that until [circumstance stated in email has changed]" So someone DID read my email I observe to myself. I conclude that it sounds like there isn't anything I can do at this time then? Her ending response "oooooKAAAAYEEEEE" not unlike an exasperated teenager. I have worked in the medical field and with patients interested in aesthetic procedures. This is not a reasonable first impression and interaction. I will not elect to spend money where I will be treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. I am also a bit disturbed by the lack of thought and organization put into calling me. I think it would be wise to spend a bit extra on a plane ticket to an office that more clearly values their patients and professional integrity.

So Happy!! I had my first ClearLift treatment about a week and a half ago and I couldn't be more amazed! I will be doing a series of 4 treatments; truthfully I didn't expect to see results until after the 4th treatment. But right after my first treatment was done I could see visible tightening on my forehead and around my eyes. And now, 10 days later I am seeing even more lines disappearing from my face. My skin feels almost bouncy. The overall color and texture of my skin is noticeably improved. Suzie, the technician that did my treatment, was able to focus on some small veins around my nose, and those too have improved. They are not all the way gone yet, but definitely lighter. The entire treatment took about 15 to 20 minutes and was not painful at all!!!! I was able to carry on with my day as if nothing had happened, no down time at all! I recommend this treatment and Kramer Plastic Surgery to anyone wanting to improve the overall appearance!

I’ve been going to Dr. Kramer for years now and love the services I’ve received and the friendly staff. Dr. Kramer did my breast augmentation a few years ago and I had the fastest and easiest recovery and loved the outcome! Alaina does all my injections (Botox and Juvederm) as well as laser facial treatments and I LOOOOVE her and the results I receive. She gives me her honest advice while taking into account what I am hoping to achieve. I recommend their office all the time and won’t ever go anywhere else!!

So I just called Dr. Krammers office and spoke to Jill. I was telling her about my dillema that I am going through. I have had augmentation twice not to repair anything just because it was time. In talking to her she asked me if I would need financing then without out even a consultation I was told I would need breast revision and the cost would be 8 to 10 grand. Your kidding right. I have the feeling these people could care less about patients and more for the dime. I will fly back home thank you.
