I can’t say enough about Dr. Lee and his staff. My daughter had pretty extensive jaw surgery that we had been nervously anticipating for years, and we fully trusted Dr. Lee’s expertise. He took great care of her before surgery, through the surgery and hospitalization, and throughout her recovery. Due to questions about pre-op, coordinating insurance, and Dr. Lee getting the measurements and information he needed to do the surgery I was speaking to the office staff several times a week for several weeks. They were always kind, patient and eager to help with whatever was requested, such as forms for insurance or questions answered. My daughter is still healing, but she is already thrilled with the results! Although the surgery wasn’t fun by any means, she feels it was worth it and she would do it again if she had to-but is very happy that she doesn’t have to!

He was awesome!!!! He got my IV in on the first try and it didn't hurt. I was impressed because he personally called me to make sure that I was doing okay because my wisdom tooth was harder to remove than expected.

I received treatment from Dr. Bryan Lee about 4 years ago. I had been struggling with TMJ type issues for about a year, which were consistently getting worse. In fact, my health was beginning to suffer, as I avoided anything that required chewing to eat. This caused loss of hair, and toenails that came off in the shower. The pain was terrible. Being in the medical profession, sometimes we make the worse patients -- I was nervous, possibly a little non-compliant about proceeding with a jaw joint replacement. I sought out additional treatment options, but everything fell short. The clinical staff was great! Dr. Lee great! The office staff has been terrific in helping me navigate for help from my insurance. While most TMJ procedures are non-covered, with help from Kristi, my appeal was approved. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff! You have been a lifesaver for me.

I broke my jaw in a car wreck. Long story short, Madison memorial released me instead of calling a surgeon in to fix it.By the time that Dr. Lee was able to get to me my Jaw was so swollen that it was so hard to fix and match up. I've had several surgeries performed by Dr. Lee. He has always been so kind, checking up on me, and I swear that he is the most knowledgeable and the best around at what he does. My daughter also had surgery performed by him twice and she was scared of the needle putting her to sleep. Dr. Lee inserted the IV personally and all was well with her also. I love him for being my doctor in my 3 years of horror. I have one more surgery to go and I should be done with him being my doctor. Bitter sweet moment because you don't find many great and caring doctors that know you by name and your families names. He is amazing!

I had to have jaw surgery to move my upper jaw forward because it didn't match the bottom and my teeth were tipped. Dr. Lee did an excellent job after the orthodontist did what he could with braces prior to surgery. Dr. Lee made himself available throughout the entire process before and after surgery. I can now chew things easier and my bite matches with the top and bottom jaw. My teeth are lined up. I never thought I could have this. Thanks to Dr. Lee and his staff I can have that now. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Dr. Lee performed a double jaw surgery to fix my underbite and I am thrilled with how it turned out. He is incredibly skilled and was able to perform the surgery with only two small incisions externally; everything else was done within my mouth, and his attention to detail and precision with everything ensured that I had little to no scarring. I was quickly off pain medication and able to go about my daily routine within the first couple of weeks. He and his staff are super friendly and are incredibly accommodating. My daughter (Ellie H.) had upper and lower jaw surgery with cheek implants done by Dr Lee in 2016. She was also in braces for over 3 years and had many issues with crowded teeth and her upper and lower jaws. From beginning to end it was a very detailed process but the surgery was the icing on the cake for my daughter. Recovery was difficult but Dr Lee did a phenomenal job and was so skillful with the surgery. He transformed an already lovely girl into something breathtaking with all of the correct proportions and balanced bone structure that she was lacking. I made a cash deal for 2 implants $3,300.00 cash in Twenty dollar bills paid in full and since the insurance kicked in and paid more than he thought he is refusing to refund $1,400 of my money. And today I had to pay another dentist $ 750.00 more. It's taken 10 months to get my teeth mounted to the implants. I do not recommend this particular Oral Surgeon.

My daughter had jaw surgery done by Dr Lee. He is meticulous and exacting. Good pre-surgery education as well as follow-up care. His staff has always been very polite and personable and remembered us from visit to visit. We had heard a lot of horror stories about people having jaw surgery. This was not our experience at all. No complications. My daughter had minimal pain after the initial two days post-op. We just finished the six weeks of no chewing and my daughter is now enjoying food that she has never been able to easily eat. Her profile has changed a bit and my daughter is happy with how she looks and feels. We had a good experience with Dr Lee and would easily recommend his services.

My son broke his jaw while bull riding in 2012. Dr Bryan Lee was amazing! He was able to do a surgery where he placed a telescoping plate in my sons jaw with a screw that hung out of his neck. My son would turn the screw every day making it so he regrew his own bone. Dr. Lee was always happy and willing to do all he needed to in order to make my son's jaw normal again. Dr. Lee also removed my sons wisdom teeth a couple years later. He took such great care of him. I loved going to Dr. Lee's office because of how personable he is. I also liked the office staff! We have been bringing our daughter to dr. Lee for four years. She had been having jaw issues since before then and we had been to multiple Dr who wouldn't take the time to address the problem. Severe TMJ with clicking and popping each time she opened her mouth. Not able to open her mouth wide enough to yawn. She was in pain for several years and it continued to get worse. We are so grateful that we were referred to dr. Lee who did everything that he could to take care of her and find out the problem before he did surgery. Once we had tried all of our options and found out that both of her joints were out of place, he did surgery to put one side of her jaw back in place and she is so happy with the results! No pain in that side at all! She was feeling better and noticed a difference in just two days after the surgery! Dr. Lee was very kind and caring and concerned about her before, during and after the procedure.He was never pushy, and always left us feeling like he treated her as he would his own child. She is excited to get the other side done, which we are in the process of scheduling! If you have any issues at all with TMJ he is the one to come to! We have recommended him to family, and will continue to recommend him to family and friends! He also did her wisdom teeth and after both of the procedures he called us personally to check on her, and was always available after hours if we had any problems. We will always come to Dr. with any of our families jaw, wisdom teeth needs!

Corrupt. I took the xrays my dentist gave me to him and he spent about 10 minutes to look at them and give me an opinion. Cost me $80, and this is after they said my insurance would cover it. This is why healthcare is completely screwed up.

Dr. Lee is the man. I had a double jaw surgery done by him and I would recommend him to anyone. Sometimes you have to wait a while in the waiting room because procedures will run long etc. but considering he broke both my jaws (on purpose) and that's my biggest complaint, that's not a bad deal (also you can just call before your appointment and see if they are running behind or not). He knows exactly what he is doing and does a perfect job at it. If you have questions he will always take time to answer them. I would 100% go to him for this procedure again.

Dr. Bryan Lee is an excellent oral surgeon. As a past EMT, he allowed me to watch as he worked on my husband. He had 22 teeth and three tori taken out all at once. The doctor and his associates are always willing to answer questions and demonstrated a sincere concern. We did not have to return for a check up, even though they checked with us on how he was doing, more than once. We were able to continue check ups with our local dentist because we live three hours away. My 84 year old husband with Type I Diabetes for over 50 years, has recovered in record time and has healed ahead of schedule.

Dr. Lee was amazing! He my mandible realignment, inferior turbinectomy and septoplasty. He called and checked up on me and was always so nice. The reason for a 2 rating was because of the people who work in his office. Mariam who is the financial advisor was pushy and rude and hard to talk to and work with. They forgot to do my history and physical and I only gave me two days of which I wasn't available to reschedule. I'm happy with the results but super relieved that I don't have to deal with the rude office staff.

I have had some snoring issues which would cause sleep apnea. Dr. Lee helped to open up my airway. He has been kind and considerate and what I loved the most is that he listened very closely to what I wanted. I asked to have my nose straightened and made more feminine while he was opening up the airway, and although he could have been extreme, he was subtle. Just as I asked. I look back and realize I could have done more and loved it, but I still love what he's done. He is very talented and will listen to you.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth looked at for removal. I traveled from Idaho Falls to Rexburg just for this. I was told that I'd hear if my insurance would cover the bill or not within 2 weeks of the appointment. Never got a call from this office. And when I tried calling, no answer. Botox shots have really helped. I have chronic migraine and was scheduled for double jaw surgery in hope for some relief. Dr Lee spent nearly an hour with me discussing the surgery and my migraines. He really cared about helping me determine what was best for me. In the end I decided to forego the surgery and try botox shots in the related muscles. They have really helped. I just had my second round of shots and am enjoying more good days.

Excellent work by a surgeon who knows what he is doing. Had a tooth that was removed by a dentist but was a difficult extraction. Fragments were left and were getting infected. Procedure was explained and tooth fragments were removed and an implant post was inserted successfully. Very little pain following the surgery.

The staff, nurses, assistants, and Doctor Lee made a normal wisdom teeth experience and awesome experience. Every staff member from scheduling, insurance issues, to answering surgical questions made everything unburdensome to me. My issues were their issues and they made sure we were in it together. As for the procedure itself, I know that every patient handles surgery and medicine differently but I truely believe that the experience that Dr. Lee and his medical assistants have make any procedure as pain free as possible. Sewing up the wisdom teeth holes I feel makes a huge difference in healing and makes post-surgical care a breeze. Would recommend Dr. Lee and his staff to everyone needing care in his expertise area (oral and maxillofacial).

I visited Dr. Lee after other oral surgeons had failed. I had a dislocated disc that caused severe jaw pain. Dr. Lee was able to surgically put it back into place leaving little to no scar. I haven't experienced any pain or jaw problems since. I am very pleased with his results and would highly recommend.

Dr. Lee performed impacted wisdom teeth extractions for two of our kids. Both surgeries went very well and recovery for the first was smooth. I expect the recovery for the second to go just as well (he just finished surgery). Dr. Lee uses a steroid to decrease swelling and that is very effective. Dr. Lee and his staff explain everything beforehand and are friendly and prompt in the office. He knows what he's doing and does it well. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

His staff is as amazing as well, his assistants are very personable and made me feel comfortable in the days leading up to my doubke jaw surgery and genioplasty. Not only did he do a wonderful job with my DJS he also removed my wisdom teeth. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone considering jaw surgery.

I had Dr Lee place a dental implant in tooth number 2 position with a sinus lift and bone graft. Awesome experience. The dental implant is doing great. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and his office to anyone. The staff was great as well. Hes a very, very, knowledgeable surgeon and a great person! Go there if you need dental work!

The doctor himself is very pleasant and does an amazing job. My wife recently had her wisdom teeth removed here and they didn’t give us all the information of our insurance coverage before the procedure and it was too late after the procedure was done. Ended up paying way more than we should have because they didn’t tell us everything before. Hence the 1 star, bad business ethic and created an unnecessary financial hardship.

I got a dental implant, molar, upper, from Dr. Lee and it has performed flawlessly for three years. The experience from start to finish was pleasant, instructional and painless. His training in medical as well as dental gives him an advantage in explaining and understanding how the mouth, jaw, etc. work. I cannot imagine anyone could give better care in this area. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lee and his amazing staff! When I began my orthodontics treatment nearly 4 years ago, my orthodontist informed me I would need jaw surgery to fully correct my bite. I had consultations with multiple oral surgeons in my area and none of them seemed fully confident in performing the procedure I needed. I started getting discouraged because I obviously wanted a surgeon with the experience and confidence to perform my procedure. A family friend referred me to Teton OMS after the great experience they had in Dr. Lee performing her daughter’s jaw surgery. I decided to take her word and set up a consultation with Dr. Lee which meant driving 9 hours from where I live to Rexburg. Immediately, I felt a reassurance in Dr. Lee’s ability that I hadn’t gotten from the other oral surgeons I had been to. He had the confidence in the procedure I needed and explained step by step exactly what needed to be done. As it came time to set a surgery date, his office staff were very sensitive to not only the distance I had to travel but also my busy schedule. When surgery day came, Dr. Lee once again explained to me step by step what he would be doing to correct the alignment of my jaw which helped calm my pre-surgery anxiety. My plan was to go home a few hours after surgery but due to the way my body reacted to the anesthesia, I ended staying overnight in the hospital. The following morning which just so happened to be Christmas Day, Dr. Lee drove all the way to Idaho Falls to check on me before I was discharged. On a personal level, this to me was going above and beyond as a doctor. I’m now 3 months post-op from my double jaw surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The pain my misaligned jaw caused me before, is now completely gone. The recovery process has been a breeze and honestly close to painless. 2.5 weeks post-op I was back to work, the gym, and living my life! I’m not sure my recovery process would have been this easy without the surgical expertise of Dr. Lee. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lee and his staff!

A few months ago, my jaw completely locked due to ongoing issues with TMJ. I was told by several people to go to Dr. Lee because, "he is the best". After my dealings with him and his staff, I have to agree. He found out the disc in my jaw had slipped and would require surgery to put it back into place. I will be honest, I was very nervous because he would be cutting into my face! He and his staff explained things very thoroughly and answered all my questions. The surgery went perfectly. My scar is very minor and easy to hide. I can finally open my mouth fully and the horrible headaches that came with the locked jaw are gone. I would totally recommend to anyone who may be having similar issues to go see Dr. Lee!
