5 stars is simply not enough. INFINITY stars should about do it. After suffering for many years, I was finally able to get breast reduction surgery. Dr. Mandel came highly recommended without hesitation, by our family doctor. Every where I went, when asked who my surgeon was, the response was always emphatically positive. It was clear that he was genuinely liked and respected in the medical community. Dr. Mandel is kind, compassionate, cheerful and very professional. He's also a very gifted surgeon! I always felt at ease and trusted him immediately. You want to know just how good someone is? Take a look at their staff. I have never met a better bunch of people. Fun, sweet, and also superbly professional. From beginning to end, they care about you and always make you feel important. Dr. Mandel gave me back my life by performing this surgery for me. Am I gushing? You bet! I am so grateful for everything!

I highly recommend Dr. Mandel and his staff for your breast augmentation. I am very happy with my results; Dr. Mandel was very helpful in recommending what was good for my body type and I was very surprised after surgery how small my scars were, which you can barely see them now. The hospital staff was absolutely amazing before and after my surgery, I realized you do not need to go to a "big" city for your plastic surgery needs.

Dr. Mandel does beautiful work. He and his staff are a delight to work with. I've come from Missoula, where I live, to see him twice. Once for an excisional biopsy and once for removal of a BCC, both on my face. The biopsy was a couple of years ago; you cannot see where it was done at all. The BCC was just a few days ago. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a motorcycle accident, driver pulled put in front of me and needless to say I had no where to go. Ended up smacking the side of the truck and need to go to the hospital. After a few days there I got to meet Dr. Mandel, came in my room and told me what he needed to do for repairs. He was so easy to talk to, explained everything in detail from my jaw being wired, how the procedure would go, expectations, habits etc...and did such a fantastic job. 6 plates later and a few phones calls after surgery hes still been very helpful and shows that he cares about his patients. My face doesnt look chopped up after the surgery. If I ever needed to do another surgery for whatever reason, I would definitely choose him and will recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor that does a great job and cares.

I am very happy with how the day of surgery was so easy, the healing really sucks because it is so lengthy but my incisions have been healing nicely. As an operating room nurse, I get a birds eye view of how surgeons perform. When I became a patient of his, I was not surprised to find that Dr. Mandel and his office staff are just as professional and comfortable to work with as his surgical team is. i am thankful every day for them and what they do. I highly recommend Dr Mandel for a breast reduction! I ended up with breast cancer this year and since it was caught early in stage one, I decided it would be a good time for reduction. He came highly recommended to me by every doctor and nurse on my journey with cancer. He is so personable and easy to talk to. He cares about what he does and wanted to keep me safe. I had asked him to take as much tissue as possible due to cancer and also told him I didn't care if they were too small and not proportioned with the rest of my body. He said he would take as much as he could yet still keep me safe. And that's exactly what he did! I am so happy with how small they are! He also did beautiful work. He is also a great listener and welcomes and takes the time for questions. And he has been there for aftercare and with any questions I have had afterwards. Also, his nurse has been very attentive and always calls me back if there are questions. All of his staff are very nice and attentive. His office is beautiful! Another thing I have been impressed with is they always take into consideration how far away I live when scheduling appointments, etc. I would say that Dr Mandel and his staff are the best group I have been to in the seven years I have lived in Northern Idaho.

My experience from start to finish was better than I could have possibly expected. This is a highly skilled surgeon, with an attention to detail that I appreciated greatly. He was committed to a comprehensive explantation, including a complete capsulectomy and followed through on his commitment perfectly. Scars are a big deal to me and I can’t even explain how clean and camouflaged my incisions are. I called at least 50 doctors offices across the West Coast. This practice has such compassion and highly knowledgeable. I was above and beyond stressed from Breast Implant Illnesses and the possibility of having lymphoma fluid surrounding my implants. Needless to say this is a very important surgery needed and must be done ASAP. I’ve had over a dozen health issues pop up after breast implants put in by a Seattle Yale graduated surgeon. I had my implants put in at 31 and healthy, and now at 34 I’ve had symptoms of endometriosis, sudden brain fog before HR increases, fatigue, anxiety, shaking tremors while breast swell and extremely scary cardiac issues, breast pain and tightening, hair loss, and psoriasis to the extreme on upper body mainly around breasts and then to my head recently, with weakness. Aging was terrible and spent tons on Botox and Fillers. They were prompt to getting me in and helping me! I can’t wait to update results.

I had an abdominoplasty with diastasis repair after a 163 pound weight loss. I was nervous during my consultation with Dr. Mandel, but he eased my worries and answered all of my questions (even the ones I asked multiple times - nervous forgetfulness). Dr. Mandel made sure that I was aware of all potential risks and that I understood everything that he was explaining to me. During my pre-op visit, Dr. Mandel again discussed the potential risks. He was very thorough. My surgery went great and I am now healing. I am beyond happy with my results, and they aren't even the final outcome yet. Everyone in his office is so nice and friendly. I have had a wonderful experience, every step of the way. Dr. Mandel gave me the ability to love myself, and for that I will be forever grateful.
