Dr. Mcinnes removed the excess skin above my eyelids. His staff were professional and very friendly. The surgery was painless and flawless. The pre and post surgery instructions were precise and easy to understand. It's been 2 days since my surgery and my eyes are already starting to look and feel good. I've experienced no pain from the surgery. Dr. Mcinnes called me personally the day after surgery to check on how I was doing. I really appreciated the call. I'm totally satisfied with the surgery and highly recommend Dr. Mcinnes and his staff to anyone needing the surgery. They are an outstanding and highly professional surgical team!

Worst experience EVER! My mom had and eye surgery done in June and she has had nothing but problems. She has tried several times through phone calls and email to contact the office and they NEVER get back to her, and her eye is becoming worst. Do NOT go there, they do not know what great service is or patient care. Looks like since they dont want to make this right we may need to report this to the medical board, this is bad business and I know another patient who has had the same problem.

Dr. McInnes and staff are always looking out for the best interest of every patient. So what? You waited for your appointment time. Did you know it's because some patients come in and need extensive care that wasn't expected? It's certainly not because they're all sitting around the employee lounge talking about the weekend. These guys are professional and on point all the time. Most importantly, don't you want the best doc in the area? We're lucky to have him in our medical community.

I had a very bad experience several years ago with an eye surgery where they attempted to remove what i thought was a cyst in my eye lid. The Dr had told me i could do an office visit and i wouldnt feel a thing..i felt everything from the cutting of both eye lids to every stitch and i looked like something out of a horror film, it took me over a week and a half to recover and 1 week to be able to drive. Two years later i was referred to Dr McInnes and although hesitant, i followed up and I couldnt be happier that i did! Dr McInnes found that it was not in fact a cyst but my lacrymal gland had fallen. He was very kind and spent time explaining what he would do he also said i absolutely would not be awake for the proceedure. Day of surgery i was still scared and he was very reassuring, his staff was excellent, nurses and anesthesiologist were all amazing! Everyone was so kind and, i did not feel a thing. I didnt even need pain medication after my proceedure. I couldnt be happier! I will never go to anyone else, this place and the people are amazing!

This office is wonderful. From the time you walk in to the time you leave. They are very caring and understanding and will actually spend time explaining things to you. You don't feel rushed or like they are trying to hurry and get you out. I would recommend to anyone needing eye care.

I was a teenager in Los Angeles, before sunscreen, so now in my 70's I'm having skin cancers and MOHS procedures, where they take layers until they get a sample that is free of basal cells. Dr. McInnis did the repair the day after my dermatologist did four layers off my lower eyelid -- I had lost a half inch of the eyelid margin (edge) and the size of a penny, off my cheek. Wow, what a fabulous job he did. He used several techniques -- strong stitches in the skin below the outer surface, and then several techniques to swirl enough skin around on the outer layer. It's been a few months now and I'm amazed the both eyes have the same appearance at the margin and also the skin underneath my eye. When I smile, the skin under my eyes naturally wrinkles -- both sides equally. He is very talented, and also very gentle and kind. When I had returned after a few weeks to have stitches taken out, he did it himself, very gently. He and his staff are kind souls. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Dr . McInnes was absolutely amazing and made my eye look like nothing had ever happened to it. (I had a cancerous growth removed from my eyelid) He took the time to visit with me to make me feel comfortable with the progress, even though I know he was very busy. I was disappointed in the staff though. I was told the biopsy would be in within 2 days, and I kept calling to see if the biopsy had come in and each time was told that it hadn't, but when it did, they would give me a call. After 2 1/2 weeks, I called Dr. Mc Innes's cell phone and asked him about it. He immediately found the biopsy results, which necessitated in immediate surgery. As it was a few weeks before Christmas, I sure wish it could have been 2 weeks earlier. They also had a hard time keeping track of payments that I had made, and even though I had the receipts, they couldn't find the payment. This would not keep me from recommending Dr. McInnes to anyone, or from returning to him if I needed to.

Came in today hoping to find a solution for my eye problems that's been making me feel insecure for almost 5 months now and it turns out they filled in my spot with someone else.
