I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but I could not believe how rude the receptionist was. I literally called to ask a few questions. I'm very sorry if I interrupted your day. And even though she was rude I remained calm. I told the receptionist maybe this wasn't a good fit and her reply was simply "good." I honestly could not believe it. I'll take my business elsewhere.

What can I say about Dr.Crabtree but wow! He was very very nice and has an excellent bedside manner. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with my fears. His staff was very professional and kind. The day of my surgery I was nervous and the surgery center staff put me at ease. Dr. Crabtree came and marked me up and 3hrs later I had beautiful smaller, breasts. I'm healing nicely and I cant wait to go bra shopping. Thank you Dr.Crabtree!

If you’re looking for lip augmentation, look no further! Dr. Crabtree not only makes you feel comfortable but gives you honest straight advice. He recommended Juvederm Ultra for me (the last place I went to only recommended Restylane products after knowing they Metabolized quickly for me, huge waist of time and money) He understood and instead of giving me the run around, got me going with exactly what I needed right off the bat. The procedure was quick without feeling rushed and almost completely painless! He did such a grate job with my lips the friend I brought with me immediately made an appointment to get hers done too! I can not say enough great things about Dr.Crabtree’s practice! Even his staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend!!

I rarely take the time to post reviews online unless I absolutely have an exceptional experience. Dr. Crabtree is not only incredibly knowledgeable, well read and up to date on all the latest in his field, but he also has the best bedside manner of any type of physician I have been to. He explains the procedures clearly and maintains his patience and kind demeanor until you are comfortable with his explanation. He was great at explaining each step that he was about to perform and how he was going to do it. His staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would whole heartedly recommend him and will definitely be seeing him again in the future!

Botox and Filler Master. I’ve been tinkering with my face since the day I turned forty. That’s 11 years, folks! I went to several different places over the years in NYC and Honolulu and I got stabbed in a variety of places with both Botox and filler. All fine. Mostly good. Except the time, someone convinced me to put Botox in my upper lip. What a disaster. So I began to think... My vanity bills were getting extraordinary. Every time I went to the medical spa or the house of yewth there was a “new” idea, new place to stick, newer better substances. Finally, I just didn’t know if I was being taken for a ride. Seriously, just tell me what I should do and leave a little something in my wallet at the end of visit. I went to Dr. Crabtree because I had met him socially and he seemed like a good enough guy. My first meeting with him was straight forward, he offered advice in a friendly forthright way. “Should I do THIS?” i asked wondering about the newest thing. “No,” you don’t need it. Or “no” to that injection that can go very terribly wrong. (I had been told this by the other “specialists” just before they injected me in the very place that “was a bad idea.”) So Crabtree won’t do bad ideas; he just won’t. I love him for that because it’s really easy to get swept up and away with all this tinkering. I had someone put too much juviderm in my face once because, as she said, “there’s more left in the tube.”
