Dr Ferguson is an A hole with absolutely no compassion for his patients. Staff are rude and just want to take your money. I got cheek fillers which are uneven. Dr refused to fix them and made it seem like a joke. Don't trust him.

Do not go to them for Botox. No personal care at all. Treated me as if I was the same as everybody when I told them what I preferred. Dr.Ferguson simply looked at me for 3 seconds and told me what he usually does to everyone when I told him what I preferred, they brushed it off like it did not concern them. Do not go to them I’ve heard they’ve had many mistakes and other medical spas have to fix. I walked out right away

I’ve been going to the Ferguson clinic for my tattoo removal and my experience with them has been great! The staff is helpful and friendly. Always willing to take their time to answer all my questions and address any concerns that I might have. I am very happy with the customer service and with my treatment at the Ferguson clinic.

I have nothing to say other than DR FERGIE is an incredible person who happens to be an incredible surgeon. Words could never explain why. If u r lucky enough to have found this review then u r lucky enough to make a difficult decision/experience as close to what could be considered as a family affair. No luck involved just solid advice..BULLSHIT EXCLUDED.

It took me a long time; 7 years to be exact. Dr. Ferguson did my breast augmentation and when I went back to tell him that my right breast didn’t look right, he told me to massage the breast. I did do what I was told but no changes so he told me that I have to pay more money for him to fix it; since the implants didn’t go inside the sack he made for them. Seven years later my breast looks horrible and my nips looks huge. I do believe that he did a horrible job and instead of fixing it he just asked for more money....My husband and I saved the money because my breast were hurting me, there was not fat just loose skin so when you run it hurts so bad. Military Doctors put me on a waiting list (2-5 years)I couldn’t wait that long...That’s the only reason we went and spent a lot of money.

I love the Ferguson Clinic. The staff is super friendly. Shabby is the best! My skin is looking it’s best since I started getting the hydra facial and microneedling treatments with her. She also recommended a skin regimen with their awesome skin products just for me. Overall, my skin looks brighter, pores are tighter, my acne scars are less visible, my skin tone is more even, and my skin looks better and tighter. I am also doing the laser hair removal treatment and after 3 sessions I have noticed great improvement. I highly recommended her!

The entire team at Ferguson Clinic were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Ferguson was very impressive with his knowledge of surgery and the plain language way in which he described the procedure. My procedure went exactly as he described and the results were excellent. Both he and h is team of professionals were continually available after the surgery and during my recovery period. I do have experience with other cosmetic surgeons on Oahu and I feel he is the best one in our area today. As a final comment, his pricing for surgery is extremely reasonable and much less than other surgeons on the island. Highly recommend

My experience was good then turned out really bad.I spent over 8K and basically what I got was a flat stomach for 6 months and a really bad scar on my stomach. My stomach actually came back and I work out 5 times a week and i eat right. All of my friends even said that I eat like a rabbit and run every day. The staff was so nice at first then after my last appointment, they treated me like I was a waste of their time. Dr. Ferguson does do great work however, i specifically asked if my stomach would come back and he said no, absolutely not. Also every time i had a scheduled appointment with him he would be in the room maybe three minutes...not enough time for me to even ask questions. My last appointment, he was very rude as soon as he saw my stomach and asked questions that were rude too, not very nice if you ask me. I told him from the beginning that i gain weight so fast, but i felt so embarrassed when i left his office. My point is, if your going to work with females that have low self-esteem in the first place, then my suggestion is to be more compassionate and not so mean to your clients especially when the results come out so terrible.

The staff is so nice and totally professional - you never have to worry about a thing. They take care of it all. My strongest highest recommendation!!!

I got my Breast Augmentation and Smartlipo at the Ferguson Clinic approximately 6 months ago. The experience you get from the Ferguson Clinic is unrivaled. The staff did a phenomenal job at making me feel comfortable and safe from my consultation all the way through my post-op. They made me feel less self conscious about wanting to be the best version of my self that I could be. From the Office Manager, Teresa to Dr.Ferguson (and everyone in between), I was made to feel like I was home and with Family. The staff was attentive to my needs, questions, and concerns. Dr.Ferguson did an amazing job and it's really unfortunate that I don't have a job that allows me to be shirtless all day because my breasts look amazing and if it wasn't frowned upon, I totally would. Dr.Ferguson & Teresa were kind and patient to address each and every one of my concerns after my surgery and didn't make me feel like just a number. They took the time to answer my questions and put my concerns to rest even after they got my money. I can't even get this type of service from McDonalds these days. The Ferguson Clinic has gained a lifetime customer. Thank you!

Shabby and Teresa are amazing. They are so sweet and make you feel at home. I did the MD Intensive Microneedling aka Vampire Facial and Hydrofacial with Shabby. I've had 2 treatments so far and my skin looks and feels amazing! The packages are affordable and they offer payment plans. Co-workers and random have complimented on my skin. So far I have referred two of my friends. I can go on about how great my skin looks now. After just one treatment you see a difference. The office is very clean, warm, and inviting . You don't have to wait long for a facial treatment. I highly recommend the Ferguson Clinc for all of my aesthetic needs.

When i first came into the clinic i was a bit nervous , but i was greeted by Teresa who made me feel at home and so welcoming . She walked me through the whole process of having a hydrofacial . Its a great way to dig in and get all black heads out as well as rejuvenate the skin. Once seated in i felt great and so clean ! my face was glowing and got so many compliments from not only friends but my clients. I work in a client facing job that this treatment helps. Its good to at least go once a month. i recommend this treatment and its so cool cause at the end they show you all the gunk you had in your skin and pores.
