The “ WORST “ experience ever! Literally changed my life! Took me a while for me to write a review cuz I got so devastated and have been in a deep depression. So, she offered ZO peel for my pigmentations at first telling me I was going to peel like crazy and gonna look drastically different. Did nothing , just some flakes. So, she offered IPL, promising me the same thing. And there, it left me really dark, thick spots all over my face. I just can’t go anywhere without make up on now. Everyone was asking me what happened . The spots look disgusting and all over my face . She offered me a free session for that. Really crazy thinking that I would ever leave my face to her again ! I cried a lot! I wanted to confront her but had to fly to mainland. I had to do something to get rid of all these marks. Went to see a few different docs. All of them told me IPL was not a good idea for a darker skinned person like me. Back home , I had to do TCA peeling and has been using hydroquinon n tretinoin. The marks got a bit lighter. My pigmentations on my face was nothing compared to marks IPL left. I don’t even know how much I had to cry. THE WORSR THING EVER EVER HAPPEBED TO ME! MY LIFE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN! As a woman, just tiny bit of pimple bothers you but these marks... words just can describe how I feel. I’m just so mad and so sad. Hurts me so much . Worst worst experience I ever had in a real long time !!! God! It’s minus 1000 stars!

I had a pretty difficult tooth extraction-actually 2 teeth. It wasn't pleasant but Dr. Hiranaka made it the best it could be. Also I have not had any difficulty with post op complications. Highly recommend his services.

A couple of years ago, I was faced with the unpleasant reality of having my dentist tell me that one of my front teeth was going to have to be extracted....a nightmare on many levels, not to mention the fact that I had never had a dental extraction prior to that time--not even my wisdom teeth! Fortunately, my dentist referred me to Dr. Hiranaka's office for the extraction along with a dental implant. I was quite nervous about the procedure. I have a high pain threshold; but was fearful enough that I thought perhaps I should have the procedure done under sedation. Dr. Hiranaka and his staff reassured me, prior to and during the procedure, which went smoothly under local anesthetic without any sedation needed. The entire process--from start to finish, as well as my post-op recovery--went very smoothly and I am extremely happy with the cosmetic outcome. I cannot recommend Dr. Hiranaka highly enough!

From the moment you walk in to check in with Gerri or Natasha, they are always smiling and courteous, to passing any members of the team whom are always friendly and all so very patient and helpful, Debra always does a great and thorough job (and answers all my endless questions), Julie is great, and Dr Hiranaka is the BEST!
