Madison is literally an ANGEL!! It was my first time getting filler in my lips (which I was getting done for my birthday) and she made me so comfortable and made the experience overall so enjoyable! Because of traffic it also made me late for my appointment but she still managed to fit me in which was a LIFE SAVER considering I live 2 and a half hours away. I love this place. I have had several experiences but this last dermaplaning and facial was underwhelming. Normally, the aesthetician includes extractions and apply a lovely lip balm at the balm. None of that happened. I did get a sample of a moisturizer.

I used to love going this place , but things kept changing whether its from banking products to coming across the “ new “ dysport way ? It looks like they have new workers now which upsets me because now im scared to go to anyone else . I used to love going to kendra for my lhr , but she left and new people were there and i really liked kim . I came back and kim was gone and it looks like more people are gone too . I think vitality is inconsistent with their workers and too many things are changing . I will start finding someone to go to and rely on instead of going to new people each time . Please fix that

I was feeling not so great about how, at almost 39, my under eye area was aging me. I did quite a bit of research and went in for a consultation. Madison answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable with my options. I opted for their mix and match program which is such an incredible value for the money. We decided that we would take a conservative approach to my under eye area, using a small amount of filler over a series of injection appointments, in addition to some strategically placed dysport to help with my angry lines and my inability to hide anything that I’m feeling from being written all over my face. I just completed my second appointment and not only am I beyond thrilled with my results, but I am so glad I found Madison. She has such incredible talent and is a true master at her craft. LOVE THIS PLACE. My favorite part? They are conservative about their application of everything they do. For example. They paired me with Graham. He took his time. Talked to me about my concerns and past bad experience at a Botox Party (I DO NOT recommend those!). He explained how the muscles work, what he injects, where, and why. Now, I actually have a week muscle above my brows. In a few days I noticed a little more lift than I was comfortable with. "NO PROBLEM! We'll get you in ASAP, to fix it at no charge." And they did. They pride themselves on good customer service and excellent results. I'm 52. No matter how many facials and great products I use, my face still lost some of its elasticity. I looked drawn and tired. He injected some filler in my cheeks.nothing drastic. Can't even tell. I just look better. UNBELIEVABLE RESULTS. Lastly, they do have sales periodically. This June is an amazing one. I paid half price for filler. It's a BOGO. I highly recommend!

The person I spoke with was very direct regarding what I wanted. Her response was, even if I have lost 20lbs that the service I wanted which was Cool Sculpting would not work. I would need to loose more weight get to my target weight for this to work. I also found out that this does not work on your arms or thighs, it would take many sessions. So it was a disappointing session but good to know I would not waste my money.

I really wanted to like this place. It had good reviews and was convenient. I have tried it a few times for different services and I just can't find anything great about it. Maybe the previous places I have been to have had higher standards. I'm not sure. I have left here not seeing any differences at all - no improvements in my skin. I have tried several simple procedures with them because I do not feel comfortable just trusting anyone with fillers, Botox, etc. But I can't even get to that level with them. I have seen people wait for their appointment while the staff just stands around and talks and goofs off - not professional. And this doesn't just apply to this business, but anyone who will be in close contact with clients should always have fresh breath. That should be pretty simple. I just have been disappointed.

I purchased a Hydrafacial special from Vitality Med Spa. Making an appointment was super easy and I was able to go on a Saturday. It was my first time at the spa. My impressions were that it was a clean, welcoming environment. They were on time in calling me back for my appointment. Tammy was the specialist providing my Hydrafacial. She was very sweet and took the time to walk me through the process. She was very accommodating and offered me a blanket in case I got cold. Overall the process was relaxing and easy. At the end of the procedure, she showed me what came out of my skin. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend a Hydrafacial from Tammy/Vitality. It’s been five days and my skin is still glowing and looks fresh/clean.

I am so happy I finally decided to book my appointment! I had previously went to a plastic surgeon for fillers and didn’t receive the bedside manners or warm patience that Madison gave me today. She took the time to get to know my medical history, ensuring I had the proper medications to heal (even found me a coupon for my prescription online). She was above and beyond making me comfortable, explaining the steps before hand, playing music I wanted to hear to relax, giving me detailed information on the products she was using and how to care for myself before and after. She answered all my questions so I never felt rushed or embarrassed. By the end of my visit we were laughing and hugging goodbye. I recommend her if it is your first time or your hundredth time, I know I have found a diamond at vitality med spa!

I keep recieving invitations to leave a review so here it is. A year agoI had an incident in which scarring was the result. Though management/owner did not reach out to me, some staff did try to correct the issue at my concern and request. I was considering ending my Mix and Match membership. Not just for this one incident, but several things. I had just had an expensive procedure done and yes, there were no guarantees and I was told that but, maybe on good faith something extra could have been provided considering the thousands of dollars I invested. And the rules for Mix and Match membership were to change as well. So all of this affected me, their patient, in a negative way. Why would anyone continue? Well, I did. BECAUSE of Kendra and Leon. And now Kim. I don't expect perfection, but genuine concern goes a long way. When I considered taking my business elsewhere , I know it wasn't going to affect Vitality. That was not my intention. My concern was for my safety. I know this may be a long winded review, but I need to make it clear how incredibly awesome Leon and Kim are. Such that I continue as a guest and patient.

I had done a lot of research on fillers prior to my appointment here and knew i wanted a full lip. I found out this spa had a special of BOGO syringe which is great since they arent cheap! However, i was talked out of what i initially wanted and even told the injector would only do 1. I was told to wait 2 weeks before deciding if i like them or not, but you can not save the product for another injection. So now im about 1.5 weeks out and highly disappointed as its not what i originally wanted and entrusted this spa to guide me as a first timer. I dont think ill be going back here again.

Went in for a consultation with Madison about getting lip injections for the first time. She was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable about the process. I never felt pressured to do anything during my consultation. When it was time for the lip injections she talked me through everything to make sure I would be getting what I wanted. She was very safe and clean the entire time. I started off with just 1 syringe of Restylane but will definitely be coming back for more! I seriously love my results and my girl Madison :)

I was interested in laser hair removal and chose Vitality Med Spa based off of good reviews I read and because of the Membership program that they offer. The annual membership allows me to get the laser service I want, as well as try other services that they offer, by paying just a monthly fee. The facility is updated, clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk is friendly, as well as Kendra, who preformed my laser procedure. Kendra was very professional and the whole process was easy going. I can't yet comment on my results since I have only had one treatment so far, but overall I would recommend Vitality Med Spa.

I've only had microdermabrasion here and I was content with it- it's just exfoliation so my skin felt smooth afterwards. I purchased an IPL groupon to try an IPL session at Vitality again- I contacted them about 5 times so far to book an appointment for this procedure but have not heard back from them yet. It took me about 2 weeks to hear back to book for the microdermabrasian session too. If you want to make an appointment, make sure you call at least 2 weeks ahead of time of your desired date in case they get back to you super late. I also tried contacting them via Yelp and their website, and I think all I can do now is wait. Fingers crossed they get back to me soon.

I won 20ml of dysport off of Instagram and I’ve never had anything of this sort done before. I’m an esthetician and I’m going to school for nursing so I’m able to do this sort of thing so I’ve always been interested but nervous. I don’t like needles. Well, I went in, the office is absolutely beautiful, I got tons of reminders before my appointment which is great because I’m busy and often forget, they are very modern and up to date with the times. Alexis did my treatment and was very sweet. It was fast and easy and didn’t hurt at all. Make sure you tip! I loved it highly recommend

Extremely friendly. It was my first time ever visiting any place like this and they made me feel so comfortable. Front desk was super friendly and I forgot the name of the lady that helped me but she was so informative and kind. I went in asking able mole removal, which they don’t do, but she offer other procedures I can do lightened up my pigmentation. She was an open book and so patient with all the questions I had. I told her I was allergic to drugstore spf and she recommended AND gave me a sample of the Image product which I am SO thankful for. I went over 10 years without spf and google didn’t help for some reason, and I obviously didn’t have the knowledge and was just afraid to try anything with spf, but since my consultation with her I’m able to protect my skin from the sun with a good quality product that doesn’t make me flare up. Although I went in to get information about mole removal, I came out with better information that actually will help me more in the long run. I am a satisfied new client.
