Dr. Colgrove is an awesome doctor. I was able to get my breast augmentation schedule within 4 days of my consult. Dr. COlgrove and his team are fabulous. They me some great advice and treated me like family. I did not feel self-conscience and intimated at all. I love my new look!! Dr. Colgrove did and amazing job!! I thought Dr.Colgrove's office would be very intimidating because my only experience with a plastic surgeon was what I had seen on tv. I was also worried they would "point out all my flaws" and drill down on why I wanted to make the change. It was the exact opposite. The nurses and staff were extremely nice and Dr. Colgrove was very professional. He answered all my questions (regarding post-op and taking care of my toddler) and gave me time to think of any additional questions. He made me feel at ease. After all my questions were answered I got to have "girl time" with my nurse to decide on which size suited me best. Some of the nurses also shared their personal experience with their surgery. It truly was a wonderful experience and the surgery went very smooth. I've never felt better about my body. Also, the post-op appointments were very fast which was good for me since I needed to get to work. I am very grateful to Dr. Colgrove and his staff. They were wonderful to work with.

I'm 27 and a mom of two and I have never been very pleased with the way my body recovered following pregnancy. I've met with three plastic surgeons within the past few years, none of which seemed to be a right fit for me. A friend of mine had gone to Dr. Colgrove and referred me to his office. I had also heard rave reviews from others regarding his scope of work. I knew he was my doctor before I walked in for my appointment. His staff is incredible. They not only help you make an informed decision, they also keep your confidence boosted throughout the entire process. I had my surgery on March 21, 2014 and I can honestly say that people who do not know me never guess that I have had plastic surgery. I chose 425cc L and 450cc R, moderate profile + saline unders. I can honestly say they look natural and when compared to the photos Dr. Colgrove was given for my "desired" look, there was no deviation. He helped me find a balance between a natural and enhanced look. The evening and day after my surgery I received phone calls from his staff to check on my progress following my procedure. The care and concern they show for their patients goes above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Colgrove and his staff to anyone.

The last time I went in to have my Botox done here, the results only lasted two months. I called to see if there was something they could do about it because I’ve never gone only two months and need to go back already. There was nothing they were willing to do for me so I was greatly disappointed. I will find somewhere else to go where I can get better results than that. My results have always lasted me a good 4-5 months. That’s too quick to have to go back for the amount of money you spend.

I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift done by Dr. Colgrove a few months. My stomach looks terrible and I have a cyst near my cut and Dr. Colgrove just saying let it heal. He did not listen when I told him my stomach was hard and something was wrong. I had to have an ultrasound and had fluid due to scar tissue. I have a large mass on the side of my stomach that he is not doing anything about it. The staff keep mixing up my appointments, so now I have to go to another Dr. I will never recommend him.

I consulted with Dr. Colgrove in regards to the water assisted lipo because I was preparing to enter a Bodybuilding competition in the Physique category. I have always done the nutrition and training as required but still struggled in previous competitions with getting a small area around my thigh called the saddle bag to completely look competition ready. The feedback from the judges following the contest was that I needed to work on this area. Dr. Colgrove explained to me that water assisted lipo is a “procedure intended to contour areas that cannot be affected by diet and exercise”. So I scheduled my surgery and from the minute I arrived, the staff prepped me and made me feel comfortable. Due to the small degree of area treated, I chose local anesthesia. I was aware of everything going on but there was little to no discomfort because the area was numb. The entire process went great. Immediately following the procedure the area treated was noticeable smaller and at the 8 week point following the water assisted lipo I now have a nice smooth contour and very pleased with the results.

I have used Colgrove for my two breast augmentation surgeries and have been happy with both surgeries. One of saline implants leaked 6.5 years after the initial surgery. I went back and upgraded two months ago to silicone, I should have done that in the first place! I highly recommend silicone over saline. Not fun to go to bed with a nice, full breast and to wake with a flat one! Especially if you dont have 3-5 k in the bank to fix it. Thankfully mine were still under warranty but I did not want to risk having that experience again. Since I only have experience with Colgrove, I cannot compare him to other doctors in this field but he does have the best price in town. I agree with some comments about his lack of bedside manner, friendliness etc but I disagree with the comment that you "get what you pay for." He does great work from what I have seen and my personal experience. I really dont care as much about my doctor being nice as I do about him being excellent at what he does and in my opinion he is. His staff IS nice to include the nurses and his anesthesiologist which are the people you deal with most anyway.

Just left my consultation and was left in the office after everyone had gone home. Dr. Colgrove was very short with answers. Could never look me in the eye and stayed maybe 5 minutes in the room. I was seen by four different assistants and they all went round about asking the same questions. I got left waiting on the manager to finish the consultation and no one ever came. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally opened the consult door to a completely empty office. I was locked in. All the doors were locked. Lights off. My file put away. I have trusted Dr. Colgrove for over 25 years and have had numerous procedures. He is simply the best and has always been an achiever to my expectations. He has never over-sold his services and never said " you need this" or " you could benefit from this". He is all about you. After a procedure is performed, he will personally call to check up on you. Most doctors will tell you to call their 24 after hours number (which is typically an outsourced service) NOT Dr. Colgrove. Rest assured, he will be checking up on you (not his nurse). Since residing in Atlanta for nearly 50 years, I have referred over 25 patients to Dr. Colgrove which needed correction from other plastic surgeons mistakes/faults. Out of every person I have referred, not a single person was disappointed and was pleased with their results. My referrals requiring corrections consisted of: Breat Augmentation, Rhinoplasty's, Lipo Suction, Scar Revision and Complex Facial injections (which should only be performed by a plastic surgeon and not a rejuvenation clinic (which typically has a revolving door) Many of my referrals have trusted Dr. Colgrove with additional procedures as well. For those on a budget (keep in mind) Dr. Colgrove's office has an in-house surgery suite where all procedures are performed at his office (not to mention, his practice looks as nice as the Wynn Hotel Spa in Las Vegas) Many plastic surgeons in Atlanta perform procedures at an offsite facility/hospital. The fees for any procedure are astronomically rediculous due to hospital surgery fees. You will find Dr. Colgrove's fees to be extremely competitive. He has changed my life. My hats off to you doc!

I had a great experience with Dr. Colgrove and the office staff. I went for a consult on Tuesday and was schedule for surgery Friday; much quicker than I imagined. Dr. Colgrove and his nurses were absolutely amazing. They made me feel right at home and so comfortable. The nurse were all super sweet and were completely honest with me. My surgery went off was absolutely amazing and the week after went smoothly, I had no issues and very little pain. No more than what a normal head ache would range too. I had my surgery on a Friday and by Wednesday I was out of bed, off most of my pain meds., and back to my pretty normal routine; Minus lifting and reaching over my head.
