I could write a long review saying how wonderful my entire experience was with Dr. D and the entire staff, but a picture is worth a thousand words! The left was taken March 2018 and the picture on the right was taken March 2019, just 6 weeks after my surgery.

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. First time I went to this place Jennifer did my facial. I got the microdermabrasion facial which was fairly decent. She told me that I needed Retin-A treatment and the doctor in the office could sell it to me or prescribe it to me and I could get it filled on my own. So I told her that would be great and I would take the option to get the prescription filled at my pharmacy. When we were done she comes back to me and says that the Dr. is really busy and won't be able to get the prescription filled for a couple days. I told them that would kind of inconvenience me because I was looking forward to starting the treatment. They said if I want it today I can buy it from them and if I want the prescription written it would take about a week. After they spoke again with the doctor they finally wrote the prescription. Fast forward to today I decided to schedule an appointment a couple days ago and go back because I am definitely overdue for a facial. I scheduled the appointment just fine. They called me back today (Friday) and said they had to cancel my appointment and they weren't taking anymore appointments for facials. I couldn't believe this! I am so hurt that they cancelled on me and didn't let me reschedule. I wanted to give this place another try because I didn't feel like the Retin-A situation was a big deal and I was willing to let it go because it was a small issue. It just saddens me that this kind of customer service exists. I could only image the damage they probably do to people on their operating tables and to the clients wallets. I do understand you get what you pay for which is no issue. But when you have high prices with poor customer service that is where the line has to be drawn. I will take my business elsewhere unfortunately.

I've been a few times to see Jennifer Barnett at Premier Image and she is FANTASTIC. I can't believe I waited as long as I did to make an appointment (43 years, I mean!) to have a facial but I am so thankful she was recommended to me and I will never go to anyone else in Atlanta. She's gentle, kind, caring, and an absolutely fantastic aesthetician. She didn't try to sell me on services I don't need (or want) and helped me pick a solution that is tailored to what bothers me about my skin. I look forward to microdermabrasion and I never thought I'd say that. She is an asset to Premier Image. :)

My blepharoplasty was on June 8th. Dr. DeJoseph did a wonderful job. One of his previous patients gave me his name, knowing I wanted to do something about the way my face was aging. As I really trust my friend’s judgement, and I saw how wonderful she looked, there was no need to see any other doctors for a consultation. He understood that I didn’t want to look old anymore, but I was also not expecting to look 25 years younger, either. I feel like Dr. DeJoseph gave me his full attention, meticulously, smoothing my lids. My results are tremendously better, and far exceed the hopes I had. I honestly wish I had the procedure done 10 years earlier!

They're excellent...really natural looking. I can't get over how fresh I look. Dr. DeJoseph is an absolutely amazing plastic surgeon: he's professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He also has a great sense of humor. His staff is great as well. All of my expectations have been met. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. DeJoseph.

I had liposuction done and they screwed me over. They charge me 6grand and they didn't do what I ask them to do. And my stomach looks like I'm three months pregnant STILL ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS the worst please ladies don't let Dr. Klien WORK ON YOUR BODY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I LOOK AND FEEL STUPID AND ASHAMED. They really took advantage of me for three areas they charged me 6 grand. Then didn't do what I wanted done. Rip off say no To Dr.Klien he will steal your money and JOY....

Highly Recommend! I've been getting treatments done at Premier Image for over a year now and everything has been great. They have their own line of products which is effective and affordable. My most recent experience was with the CO2 Laser Resurfacing treatment - I was amazed that it didn't hurt at all! Jen made the process easy and painless. She has done all of my treatments and I will definitely continue to have her treat me. Jen takes her time and makes sure that whatever is being done is the right solution for you. I was a little nervous the first time I had a peel, but I trust her completely and my skin looks great! I recommend Jen and Premier Image to anyone that is interested in improving their skin! <3

I recently had a facelift and a neck lift with Dr. DeJoseph at the beginning of October. Although I just had my procedure done, I can tell the results will be amazing. I had chosen to get work done as a present to myself and because I work in a very young environment I want to keep up my appearance. I've had work done with Dr. DeJoseph a few years and decided to go back to him since I loved my results back then. I was once again not disappointed. Already, my marionette lines and my jowls are gone -- but most importantly, my results look natural. I'm excited for my final results! A+ for Dr. DeJoseph!!

I had wanted to get rid of this tattoo for sometime. It just doesn't look good for the business I'm in now. Dr. DeJoseph has done several laser tattoo removal sessions and it's just about gone. I really like this guy and really appreciate the time he has taken with me. While I was going for the tattoo removal I found out they can get rid of acne scarring with this CO2 laser treatment. I had it done and my scarring is gone! I really like this doctor and appreciate the time he has taken with me.Recommend him to everyone.

2 years ago I had a mini face lift along with my sagging neck and came out great. The problem is I still have a lot of soreness behind my ears and where the staples went and numbness. I can still feel the nerves that have not healed yet. I really don't no if I would ever suggest anyone having it done.

Dr. DeJoseph performed my neck and chin lift on May 23rd and I’m so happy with the results; he really went above and beyond. I heard about Dr. DeJoseph through my family and friends. In my initial consultation, when I first met Dr. DeJoseph, I was amazed at how pleasant and professional he is and his great bedside manners. He makes you feel comfortable and not intimidating to ask any questions. Even the medical staff were helpful and professional like the doctor. The recovery was pretty easy - I was actually expecting something more intense. I followed the guidelines provided to avoid certain medications for swelling. Not much bruising, just a bit of swelling which was normal but went away. I did not feel any pain. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Dr. DeJoseph and his wonderful staff to anyone looking for the same type of treatment.

Waiting for an appointment with a specific individual is ridiculous. Their staff works twice a week. Secondly, I have massive bumps on the inside of my lips from lip injections. Definitely not 20 years of experience.

I went to Dr deJoseph for an upper and lower eyelid surgery. I have 2 scars 1//4" below my lower eyelids and jagged scars 1/4" above the crease of the upper lids. Over $8000, to ruin my eyes!!!! I look like the practice dummy. He would not or could not explain what happened!! Please do your research, I am devastated and heart broken.

Visited with a friend for tattoo removal. Everything went fine until the end. The laser person used Aquaphor in a jar and double dipped the tongue depressor into the jar. I tried to stop her, but she was talking. She put the Aquaphor on my friends tattoo. I said, is that safe you just dipped that in without changing the depressor. She said she didn't but after I said that I saw her, she said: it's just like vaseline, but this doesn't hold germs. I said have you used that on other people. She said, "Well it's okay because she wasn't bleeding." My friend and I both work in the medical field and know this is not right. Be careful. She should have just used the small package of Aquaphor.

I had 2 consultations scheduled for the same day at Premier Image; one with Dr. Boehm for a benign cyst I have been having on the back of my neck since I was 14 years old, and the second with Joyce regarding laser hair removal treatments on my chin, face, and neck. Both consultations were amazing and I felt comfortable moving forward with scheduling an appointment. I decided to take the surgery route (incision) versus the laser procedure for my benign cyst at another dermatologist location because I learned that having the laser procedure would not guarantee it wouldn't grow back. I did, however pre-schedule 3 appointments with Joyce to start on the laser hair removal procedures. The first 2 treatments I saw a small difference. The 3rd treatment I saw a significant difference, but noticed that within 6 weeks my chin hairs grew right back more aggressive than before. After my 4th treatment I saw no difference. Joyce is very sweet, professional, and knowledgeable in her field, but after performing further research on laser hair removal versus electrolysis treatments, I learned that laser hair removal does not actually kill the hair follicle; it keeps it at bay for a short period of time; perhaps a few weeks or month, but will grow back. Therefore, you'll have to continue having monthly treatments for as long as you continue growing hair. Electrolysis treatments actually kill the hair follicles while the hair is being removed. I waited 3 months and finally scheduled a consult followed by an appointment with an electrolysis and my hair problems are gone. Women's hormones can change month to month or following having a baby and it will wake those hair follicles up that's been treated by laser treatments, so I highly recommend having electrolysis treatments if you'd like to permanently have your hair removed.

I've always wanted to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to see what needed to be done with my physical appearance. Though I've seen other doctors, Dr. DeJoseph provided options for me, what the plan would be, and also had the engaging personality the others didn't. On top of that, a close friend of mine has been recommending him for the last 10 years! Two other friends who recently went through the same surgery were happy with the results. They loved him as well. It's these reasons, and the doctor's expertise in facial work, that made me choose him. Dr. DeJoseph performed my blepharoplasty, neck lift and facelift on June 4th, 2019. The results were beyond what was expected and I felt no significant pain, only a bit of my own anxiety about the results! The recovery was quick, and I have to mention that Dr. DeJoseph's medical staff were extremely helpful, attentive, friendly, and I never waited more than a minute to be attended. I had such a wonderful experience with this practice that I wish I would've done it earlier. Dr. DeJoseph is to me amazing and the best doctor there is in town.

I came in about a month ago for a consultation for laser resurfacing. Leonarda was the staff member that I met with. Immediately she made me feel comfortable, explained everything and laid out the best treatment for what I needed done. Today was my first session and I was nervous as this was completely new to me and I wasn't sure of what to expect. From the moment we started the procedure, every bit of worry went away and I was ready to go. Throughout the entire procedure we made conversation, laughed, and she checked on me repeatedly. If there is any place to get any cosmetic enhancements done, this is it. The staff is amazingly kind, the office immaculately clean, and the service incomparable. Gianna at the front desk is so incredibly welcoming and has answered any and every question I could possibly have. I would recommend this place and Leonarda to anyone that is looking for an environment that is pure class. I'm looking forward to my next session.

Two weeks ago I had an upper and lower facelift with Dr. DeJoseph. Every time I looked in the mirror I felt I looked tired so I decided to finally get my facelift. I came to know about the Dr. DeJoseph through a friend who had a similar procedure done. I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. DeJoseph on December the 16th. He was not the person who did my original rhinoplasty. I found Dr. DeJoseph’s office online. It was his approach and his personality, and manner that made me comfortable enough to have my procedure with him. His office staff and nurses were very helpful and accommodating, as well. Dr. DeJoseph got what I was looking for to be done on my nose, because it was just in need of a little bit of tweaking. I am very happy with my results so far. I like that he did what I asked and what I wanted him to do. I think the recovery process was little bit easier than the original. I would recommend Dr. DeJoseph to someone else for a similar procedure.

I just had my juvaderm injections and I'm amazed at the results! Every other time I've had this done at other plastic surgeons office, the procedure was insanely painful. What an experience I had with Dr. DeJoseph! My neck lift and mini facelift were on February 23rd, a Thursday, and by Monday I was back at work. There was barely any bruising and the recovery was so smooth. My dermatologist recommended Dr. DeJoseph, and as my derm is wonderful, I knew to follow his suggestion.
