When the pharmacy I selected to pick my medicine up closed, he sent my prescription to one that opened 24 hours. This was nearly 10pm. I love his compassion.

Complete waste of $15K. I was very disappointed in the end result after I had rhinoplasty done by Dr Majmunjar. I broke my nose severely when I was younger, and it has been crooked and visibly asymmetrical ever since. I was very clear that I wanted those things corrected in my surgery. The result looks nothing like the imaging Dr Madmunjar and I designed together. My nose still points down and is still visibly asymmetrical. In addition to the poor results, I had to wait in the lobby for almost 30 minutes after my appointment time for two of my follow up visits. I would urge anyone considering this office to look elsewhere.

Being of African American decent and male, cosmetic surgery is not really heard of. Even searching for doctors that work with AA PT. and respect their bone anatomy giving natural beautiful results is very hard to do. I found this doctor online and looked at his before and after pictures and knew instantly that he would provide the results needed. The staff and the doctor has impacted my life in such a positive manner I can not even show how grateful I am of their professionalism and skills. From start the office staff worked with me in every aspect from scheduling to the finance of my procedures. The doctor even help me with some big discounts on the procedure to help fit my budget. I highly recommend him to anyone !

HORRIBLE! I found Dr.Majmundar as I was searching on google for a doctor who could fix my ripped earlobe. I came across Dr. Majmundar and he seemed like a great choice based on previous reviews. I called his office and began to set up the appt to get the process started. His assistant told me the price of the procedure would be $700.00 and I would come in for a consultation to speak with the doctor before the procedure. When I arrived for my appointment I met with him and his assistant. They went over the procedure and all that it would entail. Then the doctor told me that I should get his 3 step cream (sun screen, skin lightener, and moisturizer). He implied that if I did not get the cream that i would most likely experience discoloration and scarring.I would have to wait 2-3 weeks, while using the 3-step cream before I could return fro the procedure. Like anyone I was scared to NOT get the cream. Not only was I dealing with insecurities with the ripped earlobe but now I run the risk of it not healing properly? Well I agreed to the cream and I figured it could not cost more than $50.00-$60.00 at the most. Wrong! The total came up to $169.00 and after I paid for the cream the assistant stated that she had to go "mix it up". Which in returned meant that I was paying $169.00 for some concoction the doctor had created. To add insult to injury, they informed me that the price was no longer $700.00 for the procedure but now $795.00. So $795.00 in addition to $169.00 that would come up to almost $1000.00. After I left the offic that day I began to analyze things and even thought about cancelling the whole procedure but they had already took the money for the creams and half the money for the procedure and if I cancelled there was a $200+ cancellation fee so I decided to just proceed and hope for the best. That night I began using the cream, hoping it would do what the doctor said it would. Instead this cream broke my whole face out. I had been using it for a week and it was the worst. Of course I stopped using the product. I tried to call the doctors office about the reaction but they were not answering there phones. I only later learned that they had moved offices. I learned this when one of the assistants called and asked for credit card information again so she could refund the money and then rerun the card at their new location. With all the credit card fraud going on I was skeptical so I told them I would do the whole thing over when I came in for the procedure. I arrived on my scheduled date for my procedure and checked in. When they took me to one of the back rooms the doctor came in about 15 minutes later, explained the procedure and left out again. The assistant came in and did the set up for the procedure. She left out for about 15 minutes and the doctor came back in. He numbed my ear in which he told me he'd be back in about 10 minutes to let the numbing take affect. His 10 minutes turned into about 45-50 minutes. When he came back in the room they completed the procedure, which didn't take long. They informed me how to care for the ear and instructed me back to front desk. There I was asked to do the transaction I previously stated of returning the money back to my card etc. Based on them returning the money the same day it would not let them take the money right back off the card the same day. I was asked to leave a check to cover the cost. Which I declined. I was then told not to use my card until they receive their full amount owed. I was told to come back in six weeks for a check up and to get the ear pierced again. That was it. Check up day came and I could not make it the day of due to illness which I spoke to an assistant about and rescheduled for the next day. I arrived and the procedure to pierce the ear took place. This time they were more quick. After everything was done I said thank you and goodbye but then I was called over to the desk. I thought I needed to sign some papers but instead they were asking me for an additional $50.00 which they never told me about. Never again.

Great sense of humor too:) I had booked a hydra facial, but because my skin was sensitive and peeling a bit, she decided to only do a facial with derma planing. Dr. Majmundar is great at explaining critical information in a way that is understandable and I trust him to recommend what will get me to my desired look without pushing extra services that I don't need or do not want. All in all an excellent experience. Update: I decided to have a mini brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a little fractionated CO2 on 3/1/18. So now at day 21 and I am amazed at how good it looks! Still healing but very happy with the results.

Dr. Majmundar: your lack of concern with the poor results I received after my lower facelift surgery after only 7 months post op should have been addressed in a more appropriate manner. I tried to work with your office and it’s like pulling teeth. Word of mouth, reputation and referrals are everything and should be important, as how I felt about my outcome as your client. I may be “just one” client, but I paid you a lot of money for your services and never once questioned your charges to me. You know what I’ve paid out to your office to date and yet, your office still continued to provide me with over the top estimates and a lack of a simple reply. Never a call back (until a poor review is read) and then apologizing to a client only to do exactly the same thing is unprofessional at best. Not a good experience and my end result from this surgery is horrible.
