When I had a nasty growth on my hand I called MetroDerm, my dermatological professionals for the last 20+ years. The growth was cancerous and Dr Neckman did some Mohs surgery to make it go away. I got an appointment within one week of diagnosis and was in and out of surgery in less than three hours. The staff at MetroDerm was helpful, personable, and extremely competent, as always. I would never use any other practice.

Got ripped off. The experience was actually pretty pleasant and the doctors and staff were fine, but then in the mail comes the bill with the junk fees. I was in and out in literally 5 minutes and had a tiny cosmetic mole scraped off. They sent me on my way. Turns out that's almost $500 worth of service! For 5 minutes. Worst part is that they do not disclose their "mandatory" analysis on the tissue, so I had no opportunity to decline it and they would not remove the charge. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I went to metroderm Atlanta to get treatment for a skin condition.i was treated and scheduled a follow up. I expected further treatment to be given on this follow up, especially since I didn't suggest it, the doctor did. Upon the follow up, the doctor gave me a brief look over, told me some info that I already knew from researching, and sent me on my way. The receptionist charged me $40. I told her it was a follow up, and every other follow up I've been to was it charged. I told her to ask the doctor about it since I did t receive any treatment did I g this visit. She still said no. I paid the charge, then called their accounts and customer service and she told me the same thing. They left me unsatisfied even after I politely and multiple requests for them to fix this. 0 out of 5 I do not recommend this dermatologist firm to anyone. I left reeling like I've been ripped off

I went here 3 times. Each time I had to wait at least an hour before I was seen. Dr. Kim did a mohs procedure. When I went back to have the stitches removed she didn't even come into the room to check it out. I will never go there again.

9:00 a.m. appointment: 8:55 a.m. - arrived and brought completed paperwork with me 9:05 a.m. - called up for DL/ins 9:40 a.m. - finally called back to see Nina Singh, P.A. only explanation offered was that they were having "efficiency" issues with their front desk staff and that the PA and her nurse (?) were on time - apparently they were sitting around waiting on me since 9:00? It is becoming far too common and accepted for doctors and their offices to continue making patients wait far too long. If other professionals showed up 40 minutes late for clients, they wouldn't have clients. Doctors and their offices need to be held accountable; unfortunately, the only way to do that is for patients and potential patients to make others aware and let them decide for themselves.

I just saw Dr. Kelleher because I was referred here by my endocrinologist. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dermatologist. He wasn’t friendly at all! My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I wasn’t seen until 10am. The woman taking notes for the doctor before I was seen was extremely rude and so was the doctor. The whole point of seeing a doctor is for them to help you not to judge you or show their prejudice towards you. This man asked me if I had insurance??? Well duh why would I come to a specialist for acne without insurance? I did not appreciate this visit and would not recommend this place to anyone of color. Please don’t waste your money and go find a physician that will listen to you and one that cares!

what a SCAM this place is. Went in for an injectable service. Was NEVER told about a $100 consult fee. Doctor came in spent literally 5 minutes in my room. Then refused to do the injectable. Was NOT asking for some crazy thing to be done. Just a lip injection. Minimal I might add. Upon leaving the office not quite knowing exactly why he wouldn't do it I was told I owed $100!! FOR WHAT??? He spent 5 minutes in my room with terrible bed side manner and literally did nothing. Now they have me in collections for a service I did not receive. I will not pay it. I refuse.

They truly understand the connection between your health and your emotional and psychological well-being which is even more profound when it comes to your skin. I have been a patient for 20 years and have always felt cared for, valued and listened to from the doctors to the nurses to the front desk staff to the schedulers who will do everything they can to fit you in if you have an immediate concern. The doctors never seem rushed, even though I know they are, and take the time to engage with you as a human being. I couldn’t recommend MetroDerm more highly. The top of the line for dermatology in Atlanta.

Make sure you call to verify your bill. They will wait MONTHS to contact you. I moved six months after service, totally unaware of my balance because I never received a bill! They sent me to collections! Protip for the billing department: if you can't reach your client via the totally outdated SNAIL MAIL route, try CALLING and LEAVING A VOICE MAIL or sending a HIGH TECH EMAIL. I know you'll say you called me, ONCE, but I never received it! Make sure you exhaust all communication options for clients so you don't have to pay collection fees and I don't either! Absolutely ridiculous.

The location of the spot was very difficult to access, but the staff at MetroDerm—particularly Dr. Papadapolous—did a great job. They explained what was going to happen, before it happened, which reduced the stress level considerably. I would recommend this group, and this physician, to anyone requiring a similar treatment.

If doing laser hair removal, really check out the person doing it as well as the instrument being used. That alone will determine the success of your treatments! A family member had purchased 6 treatments at Metroderm. The first 4 were substandard. The replacement specialist knew what they were doing and the remaining treatments went better however that didn't complete the job. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because Metroderm gave one additional treatment at no cost. We had asked for an additional one to make up for the other 3 but were denied. We are going to another place to get the remaining treatments done but wanted to make sure others were aware.

Where do I start...I absolutely LOVE Dr. Papadapalous!! I have been a patient of his for over 10 years- he has performed several MOHS surgeries on me- and is very patient to explain in detail what he is doing and careful to not leave scars where visible. His compassion and attention to details is off the charts. If I have something unusual appear on my skin- I call the office and get in pretty quickly so he can evaluate the seriousness of the spot. I feel extremely blessed to have such a caring and thoughtful physician looking after my skin- especially with my skin type and family history. I also love his office staff- Kim is so very helpful and patient as well. He is my favorite- just pray he doesn’t retire for another 20 years!

Seems unprofessional that when I called with concerns and needing to have my medication switched I was told a nurse would be calling me back. I was unable to answer the phone when she did and when I called the doctors office back they told me well you will have to put in another message as the nurse is working from home today(it's a Friday) and she may or may not be able to call you back again today. So your telling me you don't have someone in office who can address this? After having to wait for 45 minutes for my initial appointment and now this I'm highly discouraged with this office and will not be going back.

He did a painless biopsy and found that the cells were basil cell carcinoma cells. Dr. Papadopolus performed (once again painless!) a Mohs procedure.

Dr. Papodopollis is incredibly abusive towards his staff. While waiting to be examined, we could hear him yelling, at the top of his lungs to a poor girl. We saw her trembling and are absolutely appalled at his uncalled for behavior. Our friends have also informed us that they have witnessed similar behavior from him. As for his medicine, he does not listen to the patient when expressing pain. He just keeps hurting and hurting until he’s done. I highly DO NOT recommend
