Everyone is caring and friendly. They make you very comfortable. I could ask any questions and even call back later. Nothing is pushed on you and I feel they are very honest. Talking to Dr West and staff is very laid back. Like chatting with friends. I was a patient years ago and I came back because of how they made me look and feel.

Can you even leave a zero star? Worst customer service I have ever seen in any industry with horrible business acumen. I am the person that will shout out atta boys when people do well and never have I left a poor review until now. As far as "quality of work" Abby and McNeil are on point but they should really do some house cleaning with the rest. They lost thousands from me in the future by their poor customer service.

Because I was so young, I did not know what to expect. But I trusted my body and my life in the hands of a certain surgeon. I was promised everything would be what I wanted. I underwent a rhinoplasty and a breast reduction and lift. My surgeon did not compensate for my breasts to grow back in even though I was only 16. So now my nipples are too high on my breasts. I have permanent nerve damage and have no feeling in my breasts even after 7 years. My rhinoplasty was not satisfactory and I had to go back and get another surgery, which still did not create the results I was promised in the first place. In fact, my nose looks nothing like what I had asked for. In hopes of fixing this problem, i went back to the surgeon a couple years later and was given no solution but to pay for another surgery full price to fix what I was left with. I would never recommend my surgeon. As for the business, maybe. Take your chance

Dr. West did my breast reduction and I ended up with MRSA and opened wounds for 2 years and a total of 3 surgeries. I too this day am mortified by my results. I went from a Dddd to a A cup and struggle every day with finding a bra that fits. Dr. West didn't even want to culture for or treat my MRSA. It was the infectious disease doctor that told him he had to. I went thru endless wound care appointments, hyperbaric treatments, IV antibiotics, to finally getting a new surgeon and doing a lot of my own research to finally heal. It was an absolute nightmare. I DO NOT AND I REPEAT, DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. WEST!

My breast surgeon sent me to MPS after my breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Hanna has taken such great care of me throughout this difficult journey. He is a wonderful doctor and an excellent surgeon. I drive 80 miles to their office (one way), but it is worth it to me because of the care that I receive. I would highly recommend this practice. My wife referred me to Dr. Michael McNeel. He had done a great fore Head lift for her several years ago. I was diagnosed with basil cell carcinoma cancer on my nose near my lower eye. My wife said have my plastic surgeon do it for you and maybe we can take care of a few other things. Ok. Being 64 and having some character build up over the years, ya lets erase some of this Baggage. I had a full face, lower and upper eye lift plus we got the cancer. The whole experience was top notch. TLC all the way. Dr. McNeel and the entire staff are the most caring people for their clients. I will give a shout out to Kenestone Hospital too. They were great as a team with Dr. McNeel. Tonya is amazing!!!! I decided to try micro-needling to reduce a nasty scar on my face. It is working! My husband actually said it looks better. My skin looks great! Tonya explains everything she is doing, gave me products and instructions for after the procedure. It does NOT hurt at all and the mild sunburn is gone in 24 hours. Receptionists are friendly. Was seen on time. The doctor was very thorough in explaining pros and cons of different procedures and the medical basis behind them. They are expensive. Be prepared for that.

My wife got breast augmentation 1 1/2 years ago at Marietta Plastic Surgery Company. Due to Capsular Contracture on my left breast (scar tissue forming around breast). I recently went back and asked what needed to be done. Long story short, they want to charge me ( for 1 breast) $3950.00 (including a $175 discount) to fix it. I can understand paying the Anesthesia, facility fee, and new implant ,but the company also wants to charge me $1750.00 to perform the surgery and $.00 Cos175met Assure(?). I started crying on the phone to their "Patient/Client Counselor" (Tracie) and asked her to please ask the Dr. to work with me on the price. When I googled other Plastic surgeons, a lot of them waive the procedure fee for their clients. Anyway, I never got a phone call back, I ended up calling them a week later. I didn't get a phone call back, again. Instead, I got an email that Dr. West had denied my request, the next day. I have been distraught. Crying and depressed. I am in constant pain and discomfort and not to mention my breasts are now uneven. I just don't have another $3950.00 . Dr. Fabian actually performed my surgery, but since he is no longer working there, I was told the other doctors were not going to waive the procedure fee. I did not choose Dr. Fabian, but was assigned to him, however, I did choose Marietta Plastic Surgery Company. I feel this company is Very UNCARING and greedy. I feel as though they believe they did me a favor by performing Breast Augmentation on me, even though I paid them over $5000.00, as if they were the only Plastic Surgeons in the world. I am STILL waiting for them to call me back because 2 weeks ago I was told that they would "reopen" my file. My husband has called them back twice since then and was told Tanya (the last women we spoke to) was "unavailable" and would call us back. She has not. Pick another Plastic Surgery Company. I wish I did!!

The doctors are great. Always up on the latest. Caring and look out for your best needs. I had my breast implants done by Dr. McNeel. He was referred to me by a nurse at my dermatologist. No ads. But I had visited so called best in Atlanta and was not impressed. When I went for a consult I was extremely impressed. Being a Prof I expect professionalism and expert knowledge of the trade. He was that plus some. Actually did my measurements, first Time one had... that impressed me and told me what he thought was possible. And have me options. I made an appt that day. Since then I have gone to him for fillers since I am 61... been going since I was 49. They last longer and he knows exactly where to place them. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Last visit was for my 61st birthday and he asked what bothered me the most... I said looking in the mirror lol. Then told him exact areas I didn't like. They had a full range of choices and gave me price list. Told me what would be best in each area and gave me a few minutes. The best part I was truly impressed was he asked me how much $ do we have to work with? For me on a budget and had birthday money from husband I had some wriggle room and he addressed all areas. The most in areas that were a nightmare to me. Best lips in town. Chin looks great... He made me feel pretty again. And did some Injections to make nips bigger my husbands request. Lol. He loves it. I had gone to the best dermatologists in Atl and there suggestions made no sense. I have some medical background and a degree in Science so I do my homework. Remember one thing... Dermatolgists and I love mine are experts in topical skin. Plastic Surgeons are experts in muscle and nerves under the skin and know exactly where to do injections. Enough said! Hope that helps!!! They are the best!!!! And I drive a long ways to go there, but it's worth every penny. Best part they Care... even checking out it was a pleasureable surprise. It's hard to find the best...ones that care about you and their work. They are young but super cool. Satisfaction is what matters to them which is what matters to me!

I had to give one star in order to leave a comment; however, the service received merited zero stars. Months prior to procedure, my sister began to research removal of a facial mole. Though the mole is benign, it has been a source of self-consciousness for years. She is a selfless, stay-at-home mother who seldomly indulges herself. This decision was big, and we were excited she was following through with something that had bothered her most of her life. Dr. Hanna performed the procedure, but it was unsuccessful. She, being very understanding, made a follow-up appointment to give him a chance to correct it. This was confirmed by their receptionist who reassured, "Sometimes they don't get it all." I was alarmed at the poor treatment she received. (You can read more about her experience in the 1-star reviews). Not only did the doctor refuse to correct his mistake or agree to a refund, he responded in an intimidating, rude, and unprofessional manner. If you are reading this, we encourage you to choose a different practice.

I have completed the online contact form twice and no one called. I called the office and they said yes, we have received your form and someone will call you back shortly to schedule an appointment. That was a week ago. Apparently they are not accepting new clients or they just don't care if they lose clients. Horrible customer service. I will be going elsewhere. Update: Kelly contacted me and offered a major apology as well as personally getting me scheduled and taken care of. After meeting her, I have changed my review to 5 stars based on her superior service.

Amazing staff and skilled professionals!!! Tonya, the estitician was able to reverse post inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to a severe chemical burn and misdiagnosis. Her determination to resolve my issue despite the challenge was the driving force even when I was discouraged. The turn around was extremely quick and there will soon be no signs of prior damage.

I noticed that the good reviews were about staff and Dr. McNeal. I havent heard one good review on Dr. Hanna....I have read that he thinks he is above reproach! who needs that attitude when dealing with your most personal attributes? Make sure you get an appointment with one of the other doctors...Dr. Hanna needs to work in another profession. Maybe in a maximum security prison. They need an option for less than one star.

I traveled to Georgia to visit a friend and made an appointment here based on the reviews. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I do not know if it had something to do with color but she spoke to me as if I was a child. I couldn't wait to come here and I was treated unfairly. I left and told them I would find business somewhere else. Would never give my money to people who don't treat everyone even.

I love Dr. Hannah and all the staff at Marietta Plastic Surgery to include operating room staff and both offices. There is not one time I have called with my own minute problem that they did not immediately call me back, and get me in to see Dr. Hannah. No matter how busy they are , they all take time and patience with me and with a smile. I cannot say enough good about them as they are all remarkable. I worked Hospital for 30 years and owned my own medical business and do not say these words lightly. I was blessed to get Dr. Hannah and staff. After being told I wasn’t a candidate for a modified tummy tuck at a different place where I only saw a nurse, I found myself looking for a second opinion years later at MPS. I loved how each assistant and coordinator was willing to spend time listening to concerns and helping to guide you to the best possible dr and procedure for you. Dr McNeel was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He also offered all options and I felt, was completely honest, not just there to sell products. I never felt rushed. I had a mommy makeover and I am so satisfied with my results! The whole process was so smooth. Tammy, my patient coordinater was so easy to talk to and nice. Danny, took my pictures and explained everything I was going to need and how it was going to go and she was so thorough and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Michael mcneel, I did my research for a couple years on doctors in the Atlanta area and I am so glad I made the decision to go with him! He is hands down, look no further the best! And if I ever have anything else done on my body he will be my ONLY doctor! (This is your body, you Want a doctor that knows what they are doing and you want your moneys worth!). Everyone is so amazed with how flat and how much has been removed from my midsection, my incisions are clean lines and low, my breast Are perfectly even and my nipples are nice and back to regular size/shape and everything is just awesome! I am 9 days post op and I can’t wait it’s only going to get better from here!

I am Hoghly Disappointed ..”PROCEED IF You Have MONEY To THROW AWAY” to Dr. Hanna. I received a Juvederm treatment to help reduce the look of under eye bags. However the results I received were not as quite expected. The under eye bags are still visible as they were before, no change what so ever, must I also mention that I have waited over several weeks for final results as he informed me to do as well. After several weeks of Anxiety & patiently waiting, I followed up with Dr. Hanna about the complaint & the only advice I received from him was to receive another treatment which would cost me an additional $600 more or he can dissolve the Juvederm that was recently injected. Neither option was pleasing to hear considering that I just paid him $600 for the injection. I guess I was just unfortunate however that could be you as well. Money Wasted!!
