I have been suffering with keloids for 4 years and I believe meeting Dr. Jones has put an end to my suffering. I traveled from Australia to New York with my family just to be treated with surgical removal of my keloids followed by SRT (radiation treatment). We came all this way due to the high non-reurrence rate and also that SRT is safe radiation. My experience was outstanding in every respect.

Very unprofessional. Went for a consultation on Sunday May 26th for keloid removal and spoke with Tamara. She said she’d give a call back that Tuesday or Wednesday..never received a call. I had to call back multiple times through the next few weeks just to get an answer. It’s now June 20, and still have not received any more updates or email replies. I’ve probably called this place about 10 times and am always given a voicemail to respond to for Tamara and never a response. This place seems super sketchy based on my experience and everyone else’s reviews. You’re better off going somewhere else which is exactly what I’m doing.

My 1st consultation I was told I couldnt afford the doctor I has requested(she was wrong).She judged me by my skin color cause she didnt know anything about me I was only there for 10mins...Moving forward my surgery with dr jones was great his staff during my surgery was great but the after care with the 24hr nurse didnt work. I called because I ran out of medicine n no one answered or returned my call. I then called my consultant valerie whom text me and said she would contact the head nurse then they would call me.....now I dont know what happened but I never recieved a call back. I went over 24 hrs with no medication after receiving lipo n a tummy tuck. I called monday morning to inquire again the ladies were very nice. I spoke with melanie and in 10 minutes my meds were at the pharmacy she informed me that the phone system was down but that they were currently working on it. so due to the pain I had to endure n my 1st consultation they lost a star other than that I wouldve given them five stars n dr jones work is great I love how it's looking....ps the worker who did my original consultation no longer works there...........yes I highly recommend this location.

Today makes 3 weeks since my consultation at Lexington about removing a keloid on my left ear. My consultant Nicollette Smithson said she would give me a telephone call the following Tuesday to inform me on what my insurance would cover or out of pocket costs for this procedure. I can understand at most the intended telephone call being delayed a few days, but three weeks? I met with this woman on Friday February 15th. Today is Friday March 8th. I was really hoping that Dr. Jones could help me as I’m desperate to remove this ear keloid for the third time. It is odd to not even meet with a physician about your condition and just a “consultant” but I’m so desperate to remove this keloid with a higher rate of it not returning. After thorough research and seeing Dr. Jones’ success rates of treating this condition on television and the internet I was confident this was the place that could help me once and for all. In addition, they want all this personal information from you prior to seeing someone that isn’t even a medical practitioner, and no common courtesy or professionalism to follow up with a potential patient. I called the front desk multiple times explaining that I have yet to hear back after my consultation and to date no one from Lexington has returned any of my multiple telephone calls or responded any emails. I’m looking forward to a response to this review if that wouldn’t be too much to ask for. If this is how I’m treated now it is alarming and a red flag about how a patient is treated throughout their procedure before and after. Is this place is all surface? I don’t appreciate my time being wasted as a patient serious about obtaining treatment for my condition. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to even write this review but the truth is just that, the truth.

For years I’ve suffered with painful and unsightly keloids, after seeing an ad for Lexington my husband suggested that I give them a call. Immediately I met Mrs. Holly, her warm smile and polite, encouraging disposition made me believe that I could live pain free. As if contact with her wasn’t enough, I then met Dawn Surajh NP! She began to talk to me about the pain I was in and quickly offered a reasonable solution. I was almost in disbelief because I felt like I was talking to a family member, that’s how relatable she was. I was nervous and skeptical; however Dawn’s bedside manner has a way of keeping you composed. I was given a plan that would go in stages, as I had multiple areas of treatment. Dr. Nicholas Jones is truly an amazing doctor that exemplifies professionalism and perfection. Although the staff in the office was great, I would be slightly remiss if I didn’t state facts! Dawn, Dr. N. Jones and Holly are the reasons why I patronized this business. They called and checked on me, or treated my wounds when I was ill, and even encouraged me when I needed it, or just to see if I needed anything. I know that somethings are protocol, however, I know pure genuine kindness when I experience it. I have been dealing with this office for over a year. I recently visited the Atlanta location and had great experience. Ordinarily I do not write reviews but because I had such a bad interaction with one employee I'm compelled to post. Again, the experience in its entirety was awesome; until I interacted with Natalie. I believe she is the office manager. She didn't seem to have basic comprehension skills. I had to repeat myself, explain my requests and at some point realized I felt blown off by her. I wasn't sure if it was me being over sensitive. However, while waiting in I witnessed her interact with a caucasian woman and she was all smiles and very helpful. It was like a 180 degree difference than the way I was treated. The practice was awesome but Natalie doesn't represent the entire experience and she needs to go!

I have been seen at Lexington Plastic Surgeons for the past year almost. Initially, everything was smooth sailing. Met with a consultant, met with Dr. Jones, had my surgeries (keloid removal on my ears and upper chest). The surgical staff is excellent, as well as the radiation tech. In all honesty, you don't really see the doctor that much outside the consultation, surgery, and post operation follow up. That is the only reason this review is 2 stars. The way this location's office is run is ABYSMAL. On multiple occasions, an appointment for the V-Beam treatment (which only takes at best 15 MINUTES to perform), I end up waiting an hour. The machine is placed in a consultation room, so if there's someone in there, you have to wait. The machine has to be turned on 30 minutes PRIOR to get warmed up. If you know you have patients coming, why is it turned on last minute? Now to top it all off, I had an appointment scheduled for September 9th. The office manager called me on September 6th to let me know the machine needed to be fixed, and she would call me on September 10th to reschedule. I HAD TO CALL the office on September 10th, and found out the machine was still unfixed. Left a message with the receptionist for the office manager to call me back. IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER 19TH and I have YET to receive a call. Ridiculous.

I am highly disappointed with the service at this facility. I had Lipo Suction done and after the surgery the doctor did not come to see me leave, nor had he called to check on my status nor had he made any attempts to reach out to me for a check up. I honestly don't even think that he performed on me since he was not dressed for surgery. All he did was take my pictures and that was the last I saw of him. All the weight that they "sucked" came right back because I was not told how to maintain myself properly after surgery. I would not recommend that ANYONE get anything done here!!! ZERO STARS!!

However, the very first thing I felt when I met with the Lexington team was that they truly understood my hurt, and wanted to help me. All awhile, I saw my the circumstance wasn't the most complex, by their standards, by any means, I still received more than enough reassurance, thoughtfulness, attention, patience, and diligence that I needed!!! The level of knowledge, support and consideration they gave me eased my mind throughout everything!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE THIS PlACE WILL TRY AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! I am extremely dissatisfied with the results of my procedure. I had originally gone into the office for a free consultation to discuss the removal of the keloid on my chest. She was extremely uninformative and blatantly lied about the financial matters for the surgery. She told me a $2,000 co pay would be required for the procedure and the rest would be covered by insurance. I was then sent over $100,000 in bills for the removal of these TWO SKALL Keloid’s on my chest and it makes absolutely zero sense. Not only did I receive these outrageous bills in the mail but the work looks worse than before. I wasn’t informed until the day before my surgery that the scar would be bigger. I am even more self conscious than I was before, and now stressed out about how these bills could be resolved. The scars look absolutely DISGUSTING, and they’re not flat either, they practically grew back 100 times worse. They’re on my chest which is an extremely noticeable location and I am so upset about ever stepping foot into this office.

Poor Service. I arrived at the doctor's satellite office 5 minutes before my 3pm appointment and was given paperwork to complete. The office is in a seedy part of town and is not very modern or appealing. I completed the paperwork only to find out that the doctor was NOT at the office. Instead there was a consultant, who is not a doctor, nurse or other medical professional, there to meet with patients to go over surgery options. I had to wait until 4:30pm to be seen by the "consultant." Unacceptable!

Keloid scar removed. They just want your money, they do NOT care about helping you in any way. I got a chest keloid (raised scar) removed 9 months ago. Self pay, no insurance. They charged me 8k. The results are questionable. I went back today for a check after a few times and the doctor told me that I should get it removed a 2nd time. The advisor, told me that it rarely happens and that they don’t reoccur. I wouldn’t advise anyone to get some work done at this place. Service is bad and they do not do a good job.

I was seen on May 24, 2018, for fillers and Botox to the forehead . My injector was Isis. Prior to leaving my face was a little swollen, but she said that the swelling would subside in a week. But after a week I still looked very swollen around my upper cheeks near my eyes, and my eyelids was still very hooded and now looked exaggerated. Also my forehead felt very heavy causing me to endure headaches. I called the office a week later, and the next day I received a call back from Isis, and she scheduled me to come back in to take a look at me. When I arrived Isis was very pleasant and concerned. I told her my concerns and she injected me with more Botox because my eyes were still very hooded. Again, I showed her how my face was still swollen and that I wasn’t happy with the results. She said that it’s natural for my face to still be swollen and that it’s only been about a week or so, and I should give it another week. Well, it’s June 18th, and my eyes are still hooded, and my forehead still feels like someone is sitting on top of it. I did some research and the heaviness comes from too much Botox around the brow area from an inexperienced injector. At this point there’s nothing left to do but wait for the Botox to wear off. I’m so miserable!!! I am very disappointed with my experience at Lexington. I spent a my hard earned money in order to do something special, and to help me feel good about myself.

Overall it's been 3 months since my BBL. Results since day one not satisfied. I feel fat areas on flanks weren't done. Butt no real difference. Yes I'm sculpted waist wise but that's it. For the money paid, I feel only half the job was done. Would not recommend. And never seen doctor after surgery. Follw ups with nursing staff.

Staff is super courteous which is a plus. However, I went for a BBL and the Dr. took it upon himself to perform additional lipo in an area I did not approved which left me with indentations and unevenness. Set up for a revision (which I had to pay for) crazy, right? Even though I didn't ask for what he did. So, revision is done but it wasn't done correctly. Had another meeting with the manager but no resolution to my problem. Instead, another procedure was offered with cost! Unbelievable! BEWARE...just because it cost more doesn't mean you get what you pay for! I don't recommend this place for BBL.

I have been coming in for SRT treatments following up on my keloid surgery. The sugery went well and I am really happy with the service and the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Lexington Plastic Surgeons and Dr. Jones to others. My only unpleasant experience was that I was bumped in the waiting room by a patient emergency that kept me waiting an extra hour without an explanation. Everyone was nice but it was a long wait and I still do not know why that happened.

Dr. Jones was good. On the other hand the office support staff was not. I waited 2 hours to be seen on my first appointment. The office aesthetically is not pleasing. It is very basic and small with barely room for any thing from the waiting room to the makeshift OR. There is very poor time management and professionalism at the office. One day I showed up for my radiation therapy at 10 AM on Sat and the office wasn't even open! There also seems to be no follow care or concern after a procedure. I would not recommend.

Being out of state I knew getting to NY would be difficult but the front desk, and staff were very accommodating and understanding. I am 3 weeks post op from a tummy tuck and lipo procedure i had with LPS and even with the little swelling I have left I am happy with my results. My only suggestion is another company for patients to get their garments. I found the garments suggested by LPS was too painful and left me with bruises. One night it was so unbearable I got out of bed and searched online for a new company and garment and its wayyyyy better.

Love these guys very attentive and major attention to detail. I love the clinical and administrative staff. They made me feel like family and I was very comfortable in office during all my visits. The staff are always available around the clock and I rarely had to leave voicemails but if I did I got a call back with in hours. Alex is super and was available for everything and anything I needed. No question was left unanswered and I would definitely go back for future procedures. The Doctor was very upfront and honest about expectations and what he can and cannot do. Everyone was so patient and so kind..love them!

My doctor Dr. Ginsberg is so down to earth and answered every question I had. His bedside manner was amazing. *** BOTCHED BY LEXINGTON! *** I had a keloid scar between my breast that has made me very self conscious for many years. I have revolved my wardrobe choices around what actually hides my scar for many years. I came across Dr. Jones on the t.v. show The Doctors when I decided to book a consultation. I was immediately sold on the extremely high success rate, along with his reputation for amazing work! I was shocked by the $6500 price I was quoted for a scar removal however, I wanted so badly to be free from the embarrassment I've endured for many years, and agreed to it. One of the worst decisions of my LIFE!!!! I was left with a very ugly scar after it finally healed. I not only have a scar longer than the one I had before, I also have a frequent stabbing pain that I've never had before the surgery. I wasted $6500, took days off work, days weeks off the gym as well as other activities due to the healing time, and pain of the surgery itself; but on top of all of that, I was told the surgery could be repeated by another Dr. in the office for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $4500!!!!!!! Talk about adding insult to injury! One would think that after spending that kind of money, they would be willing to repeat the surgery at no additional cost on merit alone! Does reputation mean anything to this office? Clearly, care for the patient is irrelevant! All this office seems to care about is money, and that is not ok! I did not ask for a refund, I did not ask for anything unreasonable. All I wanted was what I paid for. Who in their right mind would pay an astronomical price of $6500, only to be left with another scar, and pay an ADDITIONAL $4500 to have the scar they caused corrected? That's a total of $11,000 for a simple scar removal! Save your money and go to a better surgeon who doesn't charge astronomical prices and actually cares about their patients! On a positive note, Holly working the front desk is very professional, kind, and the only one who seems to care.

LSP has proven to be a place where patients are not cared about. I got my keloid surgery done on February 2019, 2 months after I noticed that it started growing back. So I was suggested to get injections followed by v-beam laser treatment. I’ve done that for the past months now. Even though I have noticed minimum improvement I have to say that every time I come back to LPS for my treatment sessions, there’s something wrong with the appointment. Today, for example, is a great example: I had this appointment booked for the past 5 weeks, even received an confirmation email 2 day’s prior. Because of my previous bad experiences, I called to confirmed and they couldn’t find my appointment. After about 30 min with a representative, she told me that the laser machine isn’t working... but they never cared about notifying me. Very disappointed!

Since Dr. Work has sold this office to Lexington Plastic Surgeons it has went completely down hill. Dr. Work ran his practice utilizing his quality of work over quantity. Total different from Dr. Jones. Everything is about a dollar, meaning if you are a celebrity paying top money you will be placed ahead of everyone waiting. This is the 2nd follow up I've had since the change and each time my wait is literally a hour and half. One appointment I sat for 1 hour and 45 mins and young lady said oh you're next you don't have to leave. Today, my appointment was scheduled for 930, I arrived at 913. I'm now typing this review at 1028 and I'm still sitting here being told "you're next". The new staff are more concerned about gossiping out loud than attending to patients. I plan to take my business to another practice. The time wasted to sit here, then pay for parking by the hour is not worth it at all.

I give 2 stars because i have to take some responsibility for the lack of actions on my part. Had 2 koloid surgeries in which several kiloids were treated and removed. Just like some of the other posts, feels like they only want your money for the surgery since there’s really no follow up system from their part. They never call you to follow up or check in. They tell you that you have to go back once per week to do Laser treatments. I chose Saturday’s since i work during the week and live far from their manhattan office. On numerous occasions, appointments were made and their staff would show up late or wouldn’t show up at all. At times, their laser machine wouldn’t work and i had to go back home without any treatment. Here is were i went wrong, i finally gave up and never went back. I would call their office and request call backs and no one would return my calls. Now my kiloids have regrown and hurt more than ever. I’m not confident in going back and searching to a new doctor to just inject them with meds.

**Update December 19, 2018** Following a series of overbookings I was contacted by the office manager, Alex. He expressed sincere remorse for the problems I had experienced and rescheduled my follow up. At the follow up Alex greeted me warmly and the wait was non existent. I was seen promptly by Dr. Work and his team who again, did great work. With the kinks with the wait and scheduling concerns worked out I have nothing but praise and am *so* thankful for my results. *Update 11/27* I maintain that Dr. Work’s work is impeccable. However the office is so poorly run that I will be continuing my post op treatment elsewhere. I have had three scheduled post op visits and have spent a collective seven hours at the office following my procedure. The last appointment I received a call from the office asking me to reschedule as they had overbooked. I rescheduled, showed up for my appointment and waited over an hour. I had to leave without even being called back. They didn’t validate parking or anything. Jasmine, the office manager, was abrupt and made excuses without apology for poor scheduling. One emergency—okay. But every appointment should not last two+ hours. I have to now go to urgent care to have a stitch removed since I wasted an hour driving to a doctor’s office without being able to see the doctor. There are other practices. Go there. *Original Review* I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Work. His bedside manner is so easygoing and straightforward. His work is succinct and thorough. The office staff and nurses are among the best.

I gave these people a one star, because it would not let me write a review for zero stars. However, they get zero from me! Beth Ann is an unethical snake. She pretended to be super nice until I told her I would not be moving forward with Lexington. She lied to me. Once she approved me for credit and gave me a very high quote for a BBL, I told her I could not shell out $9k on a lipo/buttock lift before getting a second opinion. At that point I explain to her I wouldn't be moving forward but advised her after getting another opinion or two I would call her back with a decision. She said she would keep me on the schedule to see the doctor. However, the next day after my consultation with another doctor, I called her to cancel the appointment and get the account info on the credit I applied for. I found out she had charged $3200 on the credit line and was giving me problems about reversing it. The office manager Talema was just as rude, she said she wasn't given the opportunity to speak to me because I was on the phone so she started giving me a sales pitch that I could bring my quote and they would work with me on pricing. I told her, I wasn't interested. That's when she got ugly. She told me I would be charged a $500 cancellation fee unless we could work something out. I called the corporate office and they finally released my funds. I would not trust these people with my health and safety. They operate off fake pretenses and unethical tactics to trap people into doing business, which shows they are not confident in their services and pricing. Go to Dr. Friedlander of Image Cosmetic Center. He has 25 years experience, not deaths or hospitalizations and I met two very happy customers in the lobby who looked great after their surgeries. They did not try to bully me into signing and paying that day. In fact the secretary suggested I get my blood work before moving forward, which shows they are confident that I will come back and if I don't there are not so desperate to use unethical tactics to trap me.

I've received at least 3 phone calls from lack of communication between staff regarding payment, records etc....... I have been a patient of Dr. Works for years and wouldn't trust any other doctor with my body. The office staff needs to communicate among each other before placing a phone call to patient asking xyz. I was put off by De'Andrea calling about payment, after I've already spoken with Amy regarding payment. The front desk needs overhauling. Young girls, don't know the proper etiquette of office rules. Dr. Works is amazing, but beware of the office staff.

These people know how to trick into paying this large amount of money for so little work they do. The pictures the showed me are very different from what i see on my self. For 3000 u can do ur whole hair in turkey. And for 2000 u can do it in Pakistan.

I developed keloids on both of my jaws from shaving. The keloids were both itchy and painful. I tried steroid injections but the keloids only got bigger. Next, I tried herbal medicine. The process was painful and the keloids were removed but they came back with a vengeance. I tried steroid injections again but it was futile. I had given up hope when I came across Lexington Plastic Surgeons ,Atlanta, on the internet. Since I was out of state, I had the first appointment over the phone and sent them pictures of my keloids. Scheduling for the surgery on one side of my face was easier than expected. The surgery and recovery were pain-free. I did not even need to use the pain killers. The SRT treatment was also pain-free. I like knowing how things work and Alek explained the SRT process well to me and made me more confident in the treatment. During the whole process I felt comfortable as the staff always kept me well informed and were professional. Dr Jones is an excellent surgeon. I am happy with my results and did not think this would be possible. The first surgery was 5 months ago and there is no sign of recurrence. I had another surgery last month for the other side of my face last month. Like the first time, it was painless and the incision is recovering well. My wedding is only a few weeks away and I now find myself looking forward to it more as I will be able to enjoy the day keloid free. Keloids affect people both physically and emotionally and it’s sad that they afflict people. I feel fortunate to have been able to meet with Lexington Plastic Surgeons in Atlanta and cannot recommend them more highly.

I have been to the Atlanta location several times for myself and my daughter..the staff is great..but there is a new blond that works there and she is very weird!!! First of all she ask me to sit on a naked table with no protective sheets..I declined..then I had to ask her about a gown because I was told to take off my bra and shirt..she stared at me then left the room and came back with the gown and bed covers..but right under the table were several covers and gowns...she need additional training PLEASE!!!!!!!

I wouldn't get my money back! I really want the surgery but the treatment I've been getting from the people who work for this company has definitely made me feel like it's just not worth it!!

I went for a consultation. I had read a lot of reviews about how the office staff was rude and unprofessional sho I was very weary. My experience was great. The staff was great. The was no high pressure sales or anything. The wait time was minimal.

I had the best experience. From the initial consult, I signed on day one, it felt like the right place, and this was after going to three different doctors in the city. I went to reputable places but I felt like they did not understand me nor were they concerned with what I wanted as an outcome. I am comfortable in my skin, I did not want to change me, I am comfortable and I am happy, I worked really hard to get down to my goal weight, I just wanted certain things done that my body could no longer do. I love the results. I love the outcome. I am just so happy. When I met my surgeon at LPS there was a humility there, he did not come into the room with the idea the he knew better than me like all the doctors at the other facilities did. He really listened to me, I really got that he heard me, and that allowed me to then trust him and I was very confident in his abilities to provide me with what I wanted. And not to take away from the staff, from beginning to end they were all amazing. I really really really had the best experience.

I recently visited the Atlanta location for a procedure. The staff in the front office is very welcoming. Dr.Nicholas jones is amazing! I had very little pain after the surgery and my scar looks amazing and improving on the every day bases. I definitely recommend Dr.Nicholas jones.

I had my consultation today for a tummy tuck procedure. I almost cancelled based the review rating and shared experiences in addition to the a lack of enough before and after pictures (I saw enough to feel confident but would like more). I'm glad I didn't. I left with an appointment for my procedure! Pepper who conducted my consul was instrumental in my decision. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable! My husband and I were with her for over 2 hours without feeling rushed. We had so many questions and she answered all of them and more. We encountered several staff members and every single one of them were extremely friendly. As I mention this was a consultation and I have interviewed several doctors and did not go to the appointment intending to schedule my appointment with this particular office but the vibe we got made us feel very comfortable. Now, I haven't had my procedure yet so…... stay tuned:-) I'm scheduled with Dr. Nicholas Jones 9/10/19.

I met with such an awesome consultant by the name of Josie <3 Mrs. Josie made herself available to me at all times and went the extra mile to check in on me prior and after my procedure. She is such a patient and lovely woman! Dr. Jones is professional and very talented with his work! His team of nurses (Melanie and Katherine) as well as anesthesiologists are pleasant and warm individuals.
