The best recommendation is repeat business. I've gone to Dr. Strong for several different procedures, and will continue to go for anything I need done that he offers. Not only is he experienced and knowledgeable but he recommends the most appropriate procedure and not just the most expensive one. He stands by his work too, if you're not happy he''ll make it right at no extra charge. Before you get anything done it's at least worth a consult with Dr. Strong.

I recently attended a lunch & learn, hosted by Neocutis, at Kalos. This was my first visit to Kalos and I was totally impressed. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed visiting with the other ladies at the lunch & learn along with the Neocutis rep. I had my first facial peel and WOW did my skin look and feel great. They sent me home with a variety of Neocutis samples and I am loving each and every product. I will most definitely go to Kalos for future skin rejuvenation needs. I am looking forward to my next visit and will be purchasing a few of my favorite Neocutis products while I'm there.

I went to Dr. Strong based on his reputation and reviews. I needed filler in my cheek just under my eye. I had been having filler done by doctors in Los Angeles and New York for the past 10 years so I knew a lot about the procedure and what I needed done. It was immediately apparent that Dr. Strong did not seem as knowledgable as doctors I had previously been to. When I started to ask questions he became defensive and tried to discredit what past doctors had told me. He did a very poor job of injecting Juvederm under my eye. It was immediately noticeable that it was far too superficial. I tried to live with it for a bit but it looked awful and showed as a big lumpy bag under the skin. I had to take a extended trip to Los Angeles to have my usual doctor inject enzyme to have it removed and start over from scratch which is a 2 week procedure. My eyes are back to normal and look great. But I would not recommend Dr. Strong for Juvederm injections.

My wound from Mohs surgery opened up and exposed the skull, the Dermatologist sent me to Dr. Stong to have it closed. I went with no appointment, when I got there I was taken almost immediately, the wound was closed in about an hour. and I was on my way. Dr. Stong and his staff are professional and personable. I was very displeased with this office. I went in for fillers in my under eye area to correct very mild under eye bags. I initially opted for an under eyelid surgery consultation because i have had fillers before and don’t feel they work long enough for the amount they cost, however no previous fillers I ever had have done me the way his method of injection has. He said fillers would be great for me because his method using a canula (not sure of the spelling) could get to the places the other drs couldn’t. He said it was his specialty and suggested I use Restylane again(I’ve used this filler previously) in the under eye and cheek area. Totaling 1,750$ . I agreed. I was told to expect bruising and swelling for at least 2-4 days and to see exact results in 2 weeks. For the next 2 weeks i looked horrible under my eyes. I looked like I had a blueish greenish line of demarcation on each crease of each eye, and the bags were certainly more pronounced. I called in to try to get an appt and was told the dr was going to be on vacation for a few weeks so i could come that next day, but if not i would have to wait. I tried my best to make it the next day but just couldn’t pull it off. Mentally I tried to tell myself that it was starting to look better but honestly it was not. Here we are about 3 months later and I look hideous. The swelling in my right eye eventually subsided a little bit my left eye looks like I have big bag of rocks underneath it weighing it down. In addition to the dark line sitting there , a bag that I never had before is there which makes me look like I haven’t slept in days. Keep in mind I’m only 34. I disputed the charge through my American Express card, giving this same reasoning, hoping that would trigger them to at least reach back out to follow up, especially considering i didn’t know when the dr would be back in town. They didn’t, all they did was file a response to the dispute , which is fine because i will continue to dispute it until i no longer can as long as i am walking around looking this way. Even after speaking with the receptionist and her telling me he was out of town and explaining to her how i was concerned , i never received a follow up call or anything. I’m scared to get the filler dissolved because i don’t want to make it worst , at this point I’m just stuck. Just want others to be aware of the potential of using this canula method when getting fillers and the importance of someone who cares about their patients even after they have received their compensation. .

Three weeks ago, four days before a large party to celebrate my 20th anniversary and 50th birthday, I went to my dermatologist to get a "small" basil cell carcinoma removed from the end of my nose. The spot in question was only a couple of millimeters in diameter, so I assumed that was about what they would remove. The Mohs surgery was scheduled for 8am, so I thought I would be back at work before lunch with a couple of stiches. After the second pass, they got all of the cancer, but I was left with a hole at the end of my nose a little larger than a nickel. The dermatologist did not think a simple skin graft would yield a satisfactory result and referred me to Dr. Stong. Dr. Stong worked me in that same afternoon and rebuilt my nose using some cartilage from my ear and folding down a skin flap from the bridge of my nose. He worked me in again the day before the party and fixed my ear where it was barely noticeable so the party was able to go forward with only a band aid on my nose. Two days later, he removed the stiches from my nose. While I still have a little swelling, and I'm following his instructions to reduce/prevent scarring, I'm amazed at the result he was able to achieve. I am confident that in the end, no one will ever guess I had such a large chunk of my nose missing. I am very glad that Dr. Stong is as skilled as he is, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

UPDATE: I received a response today to my review. Dr. Stong's office is stating my review is a fake review. I have a bank transaction that proves we paid Dr. Stong's consultation fee, I assure you I am a patient. It is even more disappointing that bad reviews are labeled "fake". I will be contacting Google to ensure they do not take down bad reviews just because. I think it is important for people to know our experience. That is what this platform is intended for. ......... If I could give ZERO stars I would! I decided to go see Dr. Stong based off his reviews. I drove with my mom from South Carolina for a Rhinoplasty consultation. We were greeted by his nurse Maria who was very sweet and after talking with us for a few minutes came back with the doctor and we discussed the Rhinoplasty in detail. There were a few things that raised a red flag during the consultation. When we questioned some of his information and asked more questions about certain things Dr. Stong would get very defensive and get short with us by giving us answers like "don't worry, that doctor doesn't know". Instead of explaining things to us, he would discredit other doctors we had seen. The worst part came next. After talking with us he left the room and we could hear him yelling at his staff. His words and tone that we were able to hear shook up me and my mom. The consultation ended with him getting frustrated with us over asking him to do the rhinoplasty images. He told us he would have to start the rhinoplasty image changing from scratch and said for us not to worry about it because it was just a guide and he knew what we wanted. We left very disappointed and I ultimately decided not to go with Dr. Stong. I am very glad I did not go with him. If you are considering going with him all I have to say is do more research. My mom ended up finding out that he verbally abuses his employees and most of them walk out. She informed me just recently that he has many unhappy rhinoplasty patients and threatens to sue them if they speak up. I feel like these people should speak up. That is why I am writing this review. I wish I would have paid more attention to his bad reviews because a lot of what those reviews say are similar to what we experienced. And come to find out most of his reviews are fake. So disappointed!

I have been interested in getting filler for my lips for a long time but was always too scared to take the leap for fear they wouldn’t look natural. After a lot of research, I decided to trust Dr. Stong with the procedure. Everyone at the office is so nice and helpful and the environment is incredibly inviting. Dr. Stong listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was taking up too much of his time. He walked me through the procedure and after the initial numbing, it was over in five minutes. The results are completely natural looking and I am in love with how my lips look for the first time ever. Because I trusted him so much, I also decided to have him perform a liquid rhinoplasty during the follow up appointment for my lips. Despite not having an appointment for the rhinoplasty, he was very accommodating and went ahead with the procedure. He talked me through what he was going to do and also stopped halfway through the procedure to make sure I liked the results. Just like I expected, the results are amazing. My nose looks just how I imagined it should look and I love it just as much as my lips. You cannot go wrong choosing Dr. Stong.

A boating accident where the cartilage in the middle of my nose got sliced in half. I went to see Dr. Stong after the rural ER surgeon did a horrible job of gluing my nose back together. Dr. Stong was very patient and helpful with my "girl freaked out about her face" questions! :D He was kind, professional, and brilliant! He knew what to do immediately, and acted fast. I had an average sized mole removed that was half way in my eye brow. I'm 6-months post surgery and I'm BLOWN AWAY at the results!! I was amazed 1-month post surgery. It looks as if there was nothing ever there! I had another mole (same size) removed by another facial plastic surgeon and the incision was much longer. Dr Strong's incision was incredibly small and precise. He cut at a perfect angle to preserve my hair growth on my eye brown. Dr. Strong does charge more than most, BUT it's you face and it wasn't something I wanted to gamble with. I will never let another surgeon touch my face. Dr. Strong clearly has the golden hands!

5/21/19 UPDATE- THIS DOCTOR JUST SETTLED A MALPRACTICE SUIT! FACIAL PARALYSIS. BECAUSE HE SETTLED IT WON'T SHOW UP ON HIS RECORD! BEWARE!!!UPDATE- In less than 24 hours I received an email from Dr. Stong threatening to sue me if I don't remove this review.. If I could give zero stars I would. WORST DOCTOR EVER! He was an hour late to my surgery. My gut told me to leave but I didn't follow my gut....I really wish I had. I had upper/lower lids with "fat transposition", deep plane face lift and neck lift. I was told the fat transposition would move the fat pad back to their "youthful" position. Well, they were moved to the top of my cheekbones close to my nose which made my nose look huge. One would think that the "youthful position would be in your eye troughs. The fat removal hollowed out my tear troughs. Regarding my face lift, the scars are in front of my hairline and bunched up and very visible. Dr Stong did botox on my forehead one month after surgery and one of my eyebrows was a half an inch higher than the other. He said he couldn't do anything. I flew down to Ft. Lauderdale and saw my friends aesthetician and she did one small shot and fixed it. My surgery lasted an hour and a half longer than estimated and when I woke up from surgery Dr. Stong was no where to be found to let me know how surgery went. I may be wrong but I would think that after 7 hours of surgery, your doctor would be there when you wake up to let you know how it went?? At my first office visit when I asked why one side of my face looked completely different and if there was more bleeding on that side his response was "I don't know". I said "you were there, weren't you??". Every question I asked received a condescending answer that "its normal and will get better" At one appointment that was scheduled to remove stitches I waited an hour and 15 min before he came in and he didn't even apologize for the wait. I started bringing a friend with me to help try to get answers because I couldn't get any. I have severe dry eye syndrome/chemosis from surgery and I went my third ophthamologist appointment today as I've had to use steriod drops for the past three weeks and every time I try to stop them my eyelids swell up like grapes. The doctor today said I need surgery to correct this asap. I have gone to another plastic surgeon to look at everything else and he said I have legitimate concerns that will need to be fixed but I will need to wait another 3 months which will be 6 months post op. The bands in my neck look worse than pre-surgery. Please, please do better research than I did and keep in mind that there are reputation management companies that will help remove bad reviews like this one. Make sure you see multiple before and after photos and go to someone who has done hundreds of procedures. I feel like I was experimented on. I can honestly say there is not one thing on my face/neck that looks better than pre surgery and I spent over $20,000. In response to doctor's response. I agree that it is unfortunate that I have to have corrective surgery immediately to roll my lower lids back in and have the scar tissue removed as my vision is being effected. I wish time would fix the issues and they were only cosmetic as you claim. I must say I find it interesting that there had only been 3 reviews in the past year and since I and another person wrote negative reviews three days ago, three new "good" ones have been posted. I hope people who read this know what is really going on here. One of the reviews that acts like he just found him is a friend of his. I can't wait to expose the fake reviews! I'm sure that is illegal. I wonder how many posts in the past have been removed by scare tactics of legal action. I also find it funny that posts from a year ago have responses posted within the past couple of days.

Not only do I have the lips of my dreams, but I didn’t bruise at all for both sessions! Not one. single. bruise! The staff at KPS are so professional and sweet. They really want to help you to achieve your result goals and even checked up on me the day after my procedure to make sure I was healing okay and was without any discomfort. My best friend was so blown away with the results after my first session that she came along with me to my second and had Botox injections done. Dr. Strong and his staff are now a permanent part of my beauty routine.
