Most of all Dr. Friedlander and his nurse Sherry took great care of me, the anesthesiologists was wonderful he walk me through step by step. I had a very inconsistent set of experiences with this doctor. I am a Botox user. This is the only office where I paid for 25 units of Botox nd got little to no reults. I used to like his work but then I went and it seemed like the botox was way too diluted and I got no results. I saw another doctor for a couple of years but decided to give Dr. Friedlander another try because his price used to be very good (He has gone from $200 to $300 for "25 units). II told the office staff that the last time I had come, two years ago, I had no results and thought that it seemded too diluted. He had the nurse mix it in front of me and that time I had great results. I went back a few months later, and this time I again had little to no results! I waited two weeks and called to tell the Dr. that I had no results. They asked me to come back. I told them I did not want to pay any more money and was told I wouldn't. Today I went in. He said he could see a little results around my eyes but agreed that my forehead looked the same. He tried to tell me that maybe the Botox stopped working on me! It is funny but his office is the only one that I have had this problem with. He wanted another $100 from me! Seriously? I WOULD NOR recommend this doctor to anyone. You will not be sure you get what you pay for with him regarding Botox. If you have good results, I am glad for you but be careful. My experience is that it is hit and miss. I believe he dilutes the Botox.

I just had lipo suction of my abdomen and flanks and transferred to my buttocks. I had a wonderful over all experience. Dr Friedlander is very informative and his staff is very helpful. I'm in my 2nd week of recovery and everything has went smooth and so far my results are amazing !

ok where do i start? i'll start by saying that the staff was great! The Doctor was awful he wasn't friendly at all. I got body fat transfer from my belly & sides to my butt, I was already small but wanted a bigger butt & hips, I was so excited to wake up & see a bigger butt but that wasn't the case i woke up to the same body I mean my stomach did go down some but i still have to suck it in!!! I am so sad & depressed.When i called him to tell him that i was unhappy & to see what he would do to fix this problem he was so rude to me i mean he made me feel so small. Please don't be fooled by these good prices just save some more money & go to somewhere else!!!! Please

I also posted pictures in realself and asked for advice from other plastic surgeons. Also do not believe the positive reviews, Dr. Friedlander is pretty agressive on asking for positive reviews. Dr. Friedlander completed a tummy tuck first and that work was not good, I lost some fat in my abdomen however I still had a pretty large stomach. I went back a second time hoping he could remove the additional fat, however that didnt work. Trust me don't go there, the prices are great but you do get what you pay for. After two surgeries I am so not happy with the results.

I just recently got a lift with a breast augmentation with Dr. Lewis Friedlander and I can say I have never been happier! Not only did he take his time to answer all my constant questions but he has an absolutely outstanding staff that made me feel welcome from my first visit. I had been to at least 6 other surgeon's around Atlanta for consultations and I can tell you that image cosmetic center was the best and not only that but his pricing can't be beat! I would like to personally recommend Dr.Freidlander and his staff. From my first consultation to the end result I could not be happier. The were very easy to deal with and personal. Dr.Freidlander even was able to be reached after hours and gave me a personal phone call for a prescription I needed after surgery. Not to mention he did an amazing job and extremely quick recovery time. I have never been happier with my body. Thanks so much!!!!!!
